The drop off service is nice. When doing my own, I have noticed clothes dont spin out well and the fact that you cant do your bedding? I get that Columbus has had bug issues, but cmon.

Clean laundromat with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Steven was kind and patient enough to help me understand which machines were good for what. Im grateful for the signs that provide clear guidance and the convenience of the drive thru!

I must say, the kid who works at night in the drive-thru, is absolutely awesome!He always had a amazing attitude, and positive energy, hard worker, and very friendly to talk to, sometimes we come through the drive-thru to buy something just to say hello to him.He will be the reason we continue to come.The older gentleman who usually works in the afternoon seems kind of bland, and doesn’t seem to care much to be there. None the less, I have no real complaints. Keep up the good work.If anything were to change I will gladly update this review.

I havent used the laundromat in years and it clear that I was inexperienced. The attendant assisted me the second she noticed me struggling and have me great advice to save me money. The establishment is well maintained and clean

My daughter ran up to do a load of laundry and apparently there was a string hanging out. The owner came by, opened it up and fixed it and tried to make my daughter pay again and told her to watch for strings. She is 16 years old. The watch for strings comment-very appropriate. Telling my daughter she has to pay to restart the machine is terrible customer service! What a jerk! We will never come back!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT! The owner, Larry P., carries a gun, and it has been admitted by one of the employees that they keep multiple guns. The staff is extremely rude, and clearly do not know how customer service works. If you are looking for a laundromat/tanning salon, I highly recommend going to the SC Wash and tan on W broad. Do not risk your safety to go here, ESPECIALLY if you are a P.O.C. Racially motivated crimes are still an issue to this day, its not worth risking your safety to go here.

The place was clean and nice. However, the prices were a little steep for somebody on a fixed income.The clothes were still wet coming out of the washer. The spin cycle was either not long enough or not strong enough. Dont know, just speculating .

My dryer isnt heating so, in meantime, have been goin to wash & tan on Broad once and Courtneys on Norton once, tried to dry just one load tonight, 6-16-20 @ 8:45 but was denied by female mopping the floor who said they close at 9 pm....it wasnt 9 and my clothes wouldve been dry by 9. Very disappointed cause we all need to dry our clothes....just saying...wasnt asking for anything more.

I usually never leave ratings, unless I’ve had a great experience or if staff causes the issue...I’ve been going here on and off for almost 4 years, either to tan or for awhile I had to use their dryers. Last night will be my last time using that side of the facility. tanning closes @10pm, last tan is @9:30.... which is fine I understand that it takes time to close, and people want to go home. There was literally not a soul to be seen in there. It wasn’t what she said when I asked to tan at 9:32 it was how she said it. Her tone, facials, and body language were rude. Once her rude statement was out, she then proceeded to SCREAM for her manager. Once she had realized that I may be offended by her response she then proceeded to tell me that I was able to go tanning. Needless to say I’m not paying $20-$30 (for one session) after that.I never once complained about the numerous times I paid at least $60 a month to tan and 1/2 beds I used for that level were down or when 2/3 beds had issues. I will however complain when staff has a negative attitude.Two stars, because staff usually sets the vibe for an establishment.

I was very happy to use this clean facility. The attendant was hospitable and cared for the place. there are a lot of places with out attendants and this place is awesome.

This is my go-to laundromat. Ignore the negative reviews. While I can see how the employees could come across as rude, I believe its more likely that they were enforcing the policies (which are very clearly spelled out for customers). People arent used to not being able to manipulate companies into doing what they want so naturally they are going to try to hurt their business.The laundromat is always clean & a great location near multiple apartment complexes. There are various sizes of washers available and the prices are reasonable. Ive never had a bad interaction with any of the employees. This will be my go-to laundromat as long as I live in this area.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place not only has the worst tanning beds I have ever laid eyes on but it’s dirty, it dated, the thermostats don’t work and the outlets have loose cover plates and they expect you to plug in the fan because the buttons are missing. It was 86 outside and they rarely run the A/C. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Pretty nice. Came here while traveling through town a few times ... nice, clean and decent prices. I would recommend avoiding it on a weekend, gets pretty busy. Tuesday the high efficiency washers are only $2.00

I had been going to another laundry mat that was always busy. I thought I would give this one a try after a Google search showed it was actually closer then the other one.The place is clean!!! Problems with mystery spots on the floor or walls! And there are plenty of washers and dryers to go around!My only complaints are that there isnt much by way of seating, and theres no AC. I can live with that! Ive made my change for my laundry needs!

Awful place. Do Not Use This facility. Staff is rude. My sister and I washed clothes. Both of us has a medium sized load. Her washer blew a fuse. So she separated them and the next two blew a fuse again. My washer worked fine but the woman opened mine and when I asked why she did she said the clean the washer. Why do you need to clean a washer with clothes in it? If I could give no stars, I would have. Will never go again.

Clean, reasonable prices, can get pretty busy at times but as far as the laundromat side goes its definitely one of the best Ive ever been to.

Always clean and if you need help there is always an attendant.

Terrible STAFF. I walked in the door at 930 SHARP, however it took me 1 min to say hello and let the woman that was working know i was here to tan and she said sorry last tan at 930 pm I said its 931pm. She said that doesnt matter I said last tan at 930 Im already closing up. But your website and sign advertised open until 10pm. I understand you need time to close the doors and clean the beds. But when I am paying to tan by the week, EVERY SINGLE DAY COUNTS. I cant promise you one thing, I DEFINITELY WONT come back when this weeks package is up!!** Update. I was in yesterday with a terrible experience! Just left this facility again today with a TERRIBLE experience and again same employee. This young woman was same woman that set up the packages for my daughter and I, with it being our first time tanning with this company she explained the packages and said that a weeks work of tanning would run us from Sunday ( the first day I came in and paid ) through the following Sunday. With today being sunday last day of my package for this week, she looks up our accounts and brings to tell us we can not tan. She made a mistake and meant to say it would run from Sunday to Saturday. So NOT ONLY was I refused at 931 pm last night but given wrong information at set up and not allowed to tan again this evening. I have NO clue how in the world this lady woman ever got the job with this company or is still employed with this company. Now as I came to the website to make the review and I see that I am NOT the only person that had this kind of experience this with SAME woman blows my mind! I begin to ask her for her manager and telephone number, she tells me he just pops in occasionally Ill take a message I said I would like to speak to him ( Larry ) in person and she says about last night when you came at 931pm yes we already discussed it so go ahead . I WILL NOT ever come back to this place after I speak to management and let them know how horrible this employee is when she is not being supervised! I have tanned for YEARS and I always stick with the same company. Just moved in this area but I wont be returning! This is not how you treat people, and I would never recommend this company or facility to anyone friends or family. I normally dont write reviews unless I had a great experience, but with this woman I want it to be known on Google and social media your waiting your money she will mislead you with information and she will treat you poorly.

Fairly clean. Not KID friendly at. Staff can be very rude in a way they address people who are not familiar with the rules especially people you can tell are new to the laundromat. Very demanding, aggressive tone. Not customer friendly at all. Use this as last resort.

I have used Courtneys for the laundromat, wash and fold services, and tanning. The facilities are clean, and both the women Ive encountered working there have been very friendly and helpful.

Can you give a negative rating ! Appalled to say the least. The owner treated us like we never have done laundry before. Told us to quite saying bad things. Went through our laundry ! Will never be back and I will ensure everyone I know, knows the way we were treated and talk to. Will be contacting the BBB as will. Just appalled still cant believe someone would talk to us the way we were.

My washer broke and I had to go to a laundromat.. I want my clothes clean so I would never overload the washer.. This employee kept walking up and down peeking into the washer to see how much I was loading into it. She then said to me that she thought I am overloading the washer and its going to break. Seriously woman ??? I lifted up the clothes and showed her that I had just put a few clothes into it. She was like, OK 😞. I will just never ever consider going to this place in the rest of my lifetime. I just wish Lowes would deliver my washer sooner.

Worst place I ever been the lady employee was very rude when I asked her why my washer was open she tried to justify it by the fact she was cleaning still which did not make nearly any sense of why she would be cleaning right now while my clothes where in the process of washing . but could never give me a real reason of why she was touching let alone messing with my clothes ...let alone she claims I over filled the wahser as though I never washed my clothes in my entire life . so had to pay to have my clothes rewashed .never once asked if I needed compensation to help rewash my clothes due to the failure of their electric system so as I sat and wrote my review a middle age man came out side to tell me to come get my thing due to the ignorance of him not wantibg to accept the truth about is place of business and this employees lack of customer service . Stopped in at 9:01 to only dry laundry and the lady working told me no everything has to be started by 9:00 pm even though they close at 10:00 pm! It is only 9:04 pm as I am writing this review! What a joke! I will never bring any business here again.

Higher price than other laundry. The dryers are 50 cent for 7 minutes, then extra 5 for every quarter, and it isnt displayed anywhere how that works. That kinda underhandedness lost my business after 1 time.
