I like the fact that it opens till midnight am not sure if it opens 24hrs. But for personal service I have been there till 12midnight. The staff are very friendly,helpful and polite.

I would like to share my experience! I’m so thankful and grateful for meeting Ms.Sheryl today, she was absolutely awesome! very outing, helpful & caring. I felt as if I meet a sister from another mother today, we connected instantly! I loved her spirit, I could tell that she is genuinely a good hearted person!

Excellent service, very professional, and friendly. I Had to get some pants hemmed for the same day and they accommodate and got the job done. They also Fixed my missing buttons on some of my shirts without myself asking to be fixed. I would highly be recommended Sunlight Cleaners & Laundromat - Columbus Square/Northland. I really like customer service representatives. He is friendly.

I come only in the evenings because of one of the employees. Shery Long works in the evenings and shes amazing. Shes so friendly and helpful. The Laundromat is always clean. I came in a few times when an different employee was there and wasnt impressed at all. All they did was sit behind the counter or was outside smoking.

Nice friendly atmosphere for the most part. The two ladies that are there in the evenings are wonderful and very polite and helpful. I dont go in the morning anymore because the lady who is working is very grumpy and doesnt seem to like to work. Maybe if she wouldnt just sit and watch movies all day and work her days wouldnt be that unbearable.

The lady who worked today there 4/11, she is a real nice lady. You dont come by people like her all the time

I go here because it is in a convenient location the price of the machines are reasonable and they wash good and dry they offer to do your laundry for which is a good thing for the elderly

Attendants are polite and helpful. Place is clean and well maintained.

Bad customer service. They charged me $149 and for dry cleaning and they also left my clothes there warehouse. I had to miss my flight and pay $230 extra. I will never comeback here again.

Its okay to do your laundry, but it would be great if you could watch T.V.

Very clean with good quality/high efficiency washers. The laundromat section is open until 11pm, last load in by 10pm. Wish there were higher capacity dryers (theyre average size) and the machines took card. Overall is a good place to get your laundry done.

Come in twice a month and the woman by the name Shery has the most beautiful personality great service as well she is great with customers And also she bring a smile 😊 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

This is a nice facility. The washers and dryers are clean. Plenty of places to sit. Vending machines. Magazines. Tvs. Staff behind the counter have always been helpful and friendly. Ive never had any problems here, with people or laundry.

Awful! Went on a Holiday because the nice clean blue bubble express was closed. From now on I will buy clothes before I go in that filth box with ghetto hood rats who dont watch their kids and curse you out when youve said nothing to them . It was a nightmare. Even the air feels dirty .

Always busy in the day, better to go at night. It could be cleaner. Staff is nice sometimes.

Its usually crowded when I go, but Ive never had trouble finding an available machine even at the busiest times. The machines work well, Im usually done in a little over an hour. Quarters only.

Ive tried the drop-off/dry cleaning service several times and every single time there is either a delay or an issue. The staff are friendly but incompetent and the store is not managed well. Ive had dry cleaning get lost for days, laundry not available for pickup several days after the market date, and no responsibility taken on the part of the laundromat. Ok laundromat for self-wash but I will never be using the drop off service again.
