I love this place. You can get in and out pretty quickly, its always clean, staff is always friendly, and its never crowded.

This is the only laundromat in the city I will go to. $3 regular wash, $1 dryer. Very clean and a decently friendly staff. Sonetimes its pretty crowded though and theres not always available washers or dryers. If you pick the right time to go, though, its a great laundromat.

Quick and easy but double up on the dryer times. Parking can be a problem as well. But, has free WiFi, bathroom, clean and safe.

This place isn’t what it used to be. It’s uncomfortable and sort of gross. Most of all, the dryers do not work well enough to remove pet hair, even with the use of all additive methods to assist this. I’m going somewhere else - even though CCL is 1/2 mile from my house.

This place is my favourite. Beth keeps this place very clean and is always very polite and helpful. She will do all your laundry quick, for a very small fee. It’s very inexpensive to have Your clothes washed and it comes back all nice and folded in hours. Doesn’t get better!!

Well maintained laundry coin operated business. The last time I was there I noticed that the front entrance was shut down probably because of the Corona virus

I went in to do my own laundry but asked about wash n fold services last moment. Im a tour bus driver in town for the rock fest and had little time to myself - she immediately took my laundry and said come back in 2 hrs!Its so nice when people go the extra mile for you.

The staff here is exceptional. They go above and beyond to prove they are dedicated to customer loyalty. When I overloaded a couple washers in error, they gave me change to divvy out my loads with another machine. I highly recommend this location to all!

Staff is nice. Coffee is free. Maxhines are in good repair. Floors need work but they are looking/advertising for some help with them. Bathroom is dodgy. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall they do a decent job cleaning the place. Lots of machines and space to fold. It is our favorite laundry place.

This is my laundry of choice. Its not perfect, but it caters to my needs nicely. There is a nice wait area, wifi, and good machines. Its usually pretty busy, but Ive always been able to find a machine. They do have a laundry service, and send out dry-cleaning. This is a nice place, please be respectful of the facilities. This is one of the last good ones near campus.

Very clean and laundry gets dry for low price. They could have more chairs to sit down on though were allowed to be six feet apart. Last time I was there there was only one customer chair inside for the whole building...

I used to enjoy coming here to do my laundry, but the customer service has been extremely poor lately. Without the customers, you will not have a business. The white, chubby lady wearing a blue shirt & blue ponytail holder working here was very rude today. Get another job, if you’re unhappy with your employment. Never take it out on the customers. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I’ll recommend a better laundry facility with better service.

Clean and friendly service

Its temporary until our laundry room is finished. But were familiar with this when our dryer went out and we needed them. Nice people work there, customers seem to be decent too. So if you need a laundromat I do recommend this place.

First time there, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Five stars for their customer service.We had a little problem but it was resolved and I was very pleased with their customer service.I had a dry cleaning done for my winter coat for around 22 dollars. I gave them 100 dollar cash and they gave me change of around ~40 when it was supposed to be ~70. I didnt know until I got home so I called them for the remaining change back. At first they didnt believe that they gave me the wrong change so I asked them to look at their security camera which they did (I found surprising) and they refunded me the money. I appreciate them taking them time to look at the security camera. but one thing: i would recommend the workers pay closer attention to how much money should be in their drawer. (because they told me they didnt give me the wrong change because the draw had the right amount of cash in there when it shouldnt have been)

Facility,machines,location,pricing,and parking are all decent to above average however Im sick of the extra rude staff especially the older lady that works here, she is costing this business money by going out of her way to always have an attitude with people...seen it with others many times and experienced it myself from her. I understand you close at 10 but when people walk in there at 830 you could say hi or fake being friendly to a customer coming to give your business money not instantly yell at someone walking in an hour and a half before you close about how you have to use quick washers because your only concern is leaving. If your hate your job so much go find a new one because I walked out and will not return so long as there is rude service and guarantee in not the only one. Fire this old hag and replace her with someone friendly she is condescending and costing this place money.

Love the claw machine

When I need to do laundry at a laundromat for whatever reason, I haul my stuff the extra distance to this place specifically. The staff is friendly and attentive and they have a variety of machines; both big front loaders and conventional top loaders. Generally plenty of parking out back and even when it is busy there is enough machines that you wont be waiting around. Never used their dry-cleaning service so Im not sure if it is any good. Ancient and adorable pop machine in this place and they have free wifi. They also sell snacks from behind the counter.

Very clean, went on a Friday night & it was pretty quiet. The free wifi is wonderful when youre sitting there waiting for your clothes. The staff was friendly and very helpful when I had a question. In a nice area of Clintonville, I felt very safe, and there are restaurants right around, in case you get hungry.

Nice little place to wash some clothes. A bit pricy on the machines. We had two loads to wash and it was $2.50 per machine. But it was on $.25 to dry both loads so a total of $5.25 for two loads. Theyve got a couch, a few chairs, an arcade, a bathroom and tables. Parking is behind the building. Plenty of machines. Overall a pretty good place.

Im not stalking or anything... I just have simply found my all time favorite laundry mat attendant, Charlie, working at this place which is great because I do a lot of laundry. He is a great laundry DJ almost always playing music I love which is more then I can say for any laundry and somehow its always perfect for folding. Charlie keeps the place immaculate. Im not sure how. And he, as well as others at ccl do really nice things that you wouldnt expect like smile, do intelligent things when it comes to customer service solutions, and the extra mile things like help you get to your car with loads of laundry or at least hold the door.

Clean, quiet and very helpful staff but the machines dont work as well which defeats the purpose. Many of their washers are out of order and the rest dont work very well. There are many times that I feel like the machines dont have enough water going through them and they are just spinning my semi wet cloths (even before the spin cycle).

Always a laid back atmosphere to do your laundry. Variety of sizes of machines, and some use dollar coins instead of dealing with a ton of quarters.

Smh so a homeless man came into today to wash his clothes has no reason they say cause they dont like how he looks and trust passed him for no reason.. took his clothes out the washer in the middle of his wash will not give his money back to finish washing made him leave with a bag of soaked clothes out the door, not mention the man was in a wheel chair!!!!

Super comfortable there, relaxing place to chill while you wait. People were cool. Washer and dryers were great, much faster than the ones I have that broke :)

Standard laundromat. The facilities are clean and tidy. Gets busy (like most laundromats) during the evening and weekends.Prices are fair for the area for a regular wash load and dry.In my experience, the front load HE Samsung machines seem to never get the clothes wet enough. Heavily soiled clothes will NOT get clean in them. Im not sure if this is by the manufacturers design, or if they set the machines to use less water than normal. I watched some jeans fail to be soaked during the wash phase, and only get wet during the rinse. It is best to use the old-style top load washers, at least you will be guaranteed your clothes get wet and agitated.Also, the smaller dryers take a long time to dry if they are more than 1/3 full.They do offer dry-cleaning and laundry service by the pound, which I have not used.

This laundry mat was large, clean and priced well. The dryers are a bargain. Very pleasant.

Parking can be tricky, so go at a less busy time if you can. Helpful staff and enough machines, carts, and sitting space to get the job done. 4 stars only because multiple dryers were out of service or about to break.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! We were told twice by two separate people that the price to hem mens slacks was not too much...around $5Other person said a few dollars per pair. We arrived to pick them up and were charged $65.00!! When I called to ask them why they would tell us one thing and then charge us something totally different I was spoken to very rudely by Courtney. She lied and said that the manager even came out and explained to my son that it could be ANY amount they had no idea what the charge would be and claimed he was fine with that.That is a complete lie. Will definitely steer clear of this place!

Always free machines and coin machines work well; they also let you take cash out like an ATM for a 50 cent fee ($25 max). Space is dirty and not well-maintained, but the machines do work. Not a great ambiance. Friendly staff, free wifi. Good location.

Best coin laundry Ive found in Columbus. Its always clean and the staff is helpful and polite. Old Skool and Lineage Brewing are right next door so grab a beer while you wait.

The dryers take up so much money! They never dry anything, even if I put the clothes in on high and have them dry twice. I never get a good machine. My friends machine gave her clothes a horrible smell. The amount of time spent here is wayyy to long just for me to get my clothes clean.

Very good place overall except the dryers taking 60+ minutes ($3.00) to dry a heavy load. Rather pay $4.00 and take less time.

Ok place to do laundry. Coin returns on the machines dont work and the large dryers only work for $1, so you cant run it for less time. There is no signage warning you of this.

It seems to be popular with college students living off campus. The staff is polite, nice & helpful; & its 2 doors away from a great restaurant, Harvest something, where I treat myself to a meatball sub while the clothes are in the dryer.

A little overpriced. Husband drives a tour bus, and he called to get price for washing 8 twin comforters. They charge $26 a comforter, and he explained that most places clean them for $15. She refused to come down on price and said he could come in and wash them himself.
