I cannot begin to explain how much I love Judith. For someone that had never had a Brazilian waxing done before, she made it comfortable. Ive been going to her for almost 2 years and there is never a dull moment with her. Her energy and sense of humor makes every single visit a pleasure. I highly recommend her!! You will not be sorry.

I went here yesterday for a Brazilian wax. I called on Wednesday and she was able to get me in Thursday. I had a wonderful experience. Judith, really knows what she is doing and is very hygienic. Specifically, she took time to first clean the area she would be waxing with a gentle cleanser and unlike some places that re-dip the same wax sticks in the hot wax over and over, she used a new one every time she applied wax to a new section. Judith took her time and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made sure to do small sections to keep the pain as tolerable as possible and honestly it wasnt too bad at all. It took her about 45 min to finish because there was a lot of work down there. But, I am happy to say my lady parts are now smooth and 100% hair free.

Wonderful service. Everything was professional and relaxing. Judith makes her clients feel like celebrities! The one on one experience made me feel like she really cared and she tailored to my needs completely! Great spot.

Judith is ready at the time of your appointment. This is not a super chain business which means youll get personable attention. Judith pays attention to detail and she very thorough. The treatment room and office in general is clean and tidy.

Got my very first Brazilian wax here and Judy was amazing! To say it wasnt excruciatingly painful would be a lie (it was also that time of the month, so you are more sensitive there anyways) but Judy did an amazing job at taking my mind off of the pain and awkwardness. She made a not so comfortable situation very relaxed! Im very happy with my results and feel vacation ready! Will definitely return for all of my waxing needs! Thanks Judy!!

I have bought a Groupon voucher for a facial. I called her twice to make an appointment and she didnt return my phone calls. Very unprofessional! It is my FIRST bad experience with a Groupons deal.

Judith is amazing!From being fun and friendly and easy to talk to TO doing a wonderful job on my Brazillian wax....I have to give her five stars. Since a Brazilian wax is not the most pleasant experience I look forward to every time (except the smooth feel that you get afterwards), I had to read a lot of reviews before choosing where to go. I have been to quite a few body waxing places and not every professional makes you feel easy and relaxed during a Brazilian wax. I find it extremely important to find the right person who takes time on you and knows ways to make you feel relaxed and make it as less painful as possible... And Judith matches that perfectly! I was truly amazed how my experience went this time; it was the best and least painful from everywhere else I have been to. She is definitely a rare find. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her.

I will say this was my first experience getting a Manzillion wax and butt wax and it was the best experience I could ever ask for. Judith knows what she is doing and does it with such care and enthusiasm. She also does not rush to get you out or get the job done . As she wants to ensure that she does the job thoroughly and that you are comfortable. Was it painful even though I had every part of my genetalia and my butt waxed? Hell no! I dont know how dudes be complaining about it, it was a damn cake walk! Perhaps because Judith knows what she is doing and does such a complete and thorough job! She is a pleasure to talk to and she gives great advice. Nothing like being spread Eagle on a table and getting good advice about a life situation😂She is simply the best. As far as booking appts,people just book online. Dont bother calling to make an appt,its better to just book your appt online as it shows that one is serious by placing a deposit down of $20.00 to reserve your appt slot time with there credit/debit card. She also does not do walk ins. But she is the best! I dont care if it would cost me $25.00 to have a Manzillion done by anyone else in Columbus. I would never do it! You get what you pay for! It is a very private place and I had no interruptions or waiting while having my service .She always has a smile and makes me laugh even when the procedure is not so funny ! Took online appt. Billed my card $20 for appt to be applied to service. Called her to verify the day before and she didnt return my call. Then she was a no show for my appt. Who does that? Never called regarding the cancellation.

Ive tried calling and messaging this business many times and they never replied. I had an expired groupon (that wasnt expired the first few times I tried to contact them), and intended to purchase several services that wouldve meant them receiving money more than triple the value of the expired groupon (you can use expired groupons for the amount you paid). I even explained this in several of my messages to them. I finally just marked it as redeemed, even though it wasnt. Thankfully, Groupon now allows you to trade in unexpired Groupons (vouchers must be unviewed), so if you have an issue with the business, its not money just thrown away.**Please note that this company either lied about checking their voicemail or emails, as I tried getting ahold of them over two years ago several times, or their system was/is buggy. Regardless, deflecting blame as a company instead of taking responsibility or trying to properly handle the issue is a red flag. To solidify my point of them not responding, they finally replied two hours ago and my rating here on Google was placed over two years ago.**

Best experience Ive had with a business. Ive been looking for a qualified estethician for years. In particular I had been looking for someone who knew what they were doing when it comes to doing a male Brazilian wax. My problem for years was that I would break out in a rash and get painful ingrown hairs if I shaved that area myself. I wasnt too keen on getting that area waxed for the simple reason that (and lets be honest) it can be painful; REALLY painful.Long story short, I had heard good things about Integrated Touch & Bodywork so I decided to give it a try. The result: Fantastic!!!I didnt think something like a male brazillion could be anything but an unpleasant experience. I couldnt have been more wrong. Success for anything is always in the details. Even before my appointment date, the esthetician at Integrated Touch & Bodywork suggested that I take Advil on the day of the appointment. This helps reduce any swelling or irritation after the waxing is completed. The waxing itself was ten times less painful than the one other time I had tried it years before. Being inquisitive, I also learned that the quality of the wax being used and the technique literally makes all the difference when getting waxed. AND IT DID!!Im glad I took a chance with Integrated Touch & Bodywork. Painful ingrown hairs and shaving cuts have now become a thing of the past.Any guys that have been hesitant about getting waxed should really try this place.

Horrible experience! I had scheduled an appointment which I had to cancel, which I gave her notice for, and when I tried to reschedule, she did not return my calls for over 2 weeks. I finally got ahold of her today and was told that she does not have any openings until March 1st. Who believes that there is no waxing appointment available for over a month in Columbus, OH?? Also, did I mention that my groupon expires February 8th? So obviously an appointment in March would mean I would not get to use my groupon that I paid for. And speaking of the groupon, I looked at my list of groupons and to my surprise, it was redeemed on January 15th at 10:41 am! I was at work from 8:15-5:30 that day! And when I called Judith she said she doesnt have any control over things like that because she just goes with coupons that are presented to her. Did I mention that she asked for my groupon voucher code when I made my initial appointment? Yep, so put two and two together and it was theft, plain and simple. If you dont want to offer discounted prices then dont do it! Dont punish customers who are looking for good deals!! And dont steal from customers!!!
