Delores is the best with hair color, perms and haircuts love her and would recommend her

Im not happy with their service they told me 25 minutes to get my haircut and my beard cleaned up and I waited for 45 minutes and in the time. Of that two different hair stylist left and only two were still there and there was still customers in line I am not happy with their service at all

Came at 5:14 for a hair cut for my 8 year. Lady at the register stated they were not taking anymore people for the day... sign says they close at 6.

Lori did a great job. Had 7 inches cut off my hair, she went by a picture I had shown her how it was a couple years ago. She took time with my, pleasant and professional..i love it

I went on Tuesday, October 23 and I asked the worker (Lori) to cut my hair into a inverted bob hairstyle and to my shoulders. She agreed and started trimming, not saying anything during or asking me any questions about my hairstyle. Half an hour later, shes done. I look at my hairstyle and noticed that it didnt even match what I wanted. The front goes to my ears and the back is up close and personal with my head, both of which should be by my shoulders. I was and still am terribly mad about this. My hairstyle isnt what I wanted and the worker never asked me any questions. She just started doing her own thing. She did a terrible job. Im super embarrassed about my hair. Thank goodness its starting to grow back!

Jana was a GREAT hairstylist who fixed my bad haircut. I was reluctant to get my haircut at Cost Cutters, mostly because of a bad experience at a different haircut place, but I would go back anytime. These hairstylists make sure that you love your haircut and provide great customer service.

Wait time is vary long. When they say they will be ready for you in 15 min. Expect to wait for 40 min.
