We go super early. There is usually 1 or 2 others there. I like it alot but do with they had more bikes and different types.
Went to cancel my membership at the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdown. Snap fitness suggested a hold on the account so I could reopen the account whenever without occurring a new membership fee. Apparently, the hold only lasts for a month. Unbeknownst to me, the money I owe the gym was sold to a third party debt collection agency. Avoid chain gym memberships.
Started my membership at this gym in February and paid the first month and it’s fees. I then waited over a month, meaning I paid a second months fee, without getting a pass. I called them and after some nagging I managed to get in to work out. I had one life in the gym only for all nonessential businesses to be put on hold. Whatever them being shut down isn’t their fault. During the pandemic I ended up losing my debt card I had the subscription billed too. Since I also moved in this period of time I didn’t correct the payment assuming that would be the end of it. Then I get a call from them telling me I’m not just on the hook for the last months subscription but I have to cancel 30 days in advance. Basically shaking me down for 80 bucks for a gym I used once, not because I didn’t show up, but because I never received my pass.
Horrific experience with this gym. During the pandemic when no one was using the gym and my contract had lapsed, they sent my balance due to a collections agency (Feldman and Stern) without warning. The office is not staffed and there is no one to contact. WHATEVER YOU DO, GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM. DO NOT GO HERE.
Awesome gym! Great atmosphere.
Decently maintained gym that is convenient for me. It has everything you’d need for a basic workout. The wifi is terrible.
In the several months that Ive been a member here, I have had nothing but great experiences! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and always available when I have a question. The location is intimate in size, but it never feels crowded. The equipment is kept functional and very clean, and the facility is kept well air-conditioned. The fellow members have all been friendly, as well - Ive never felt judged for my speed on a treadmill, nor for the amount of weights Im lifting.Overall, Ive been extremely happy with my time here, and I strongly recommend you checking it out if youre looking to join a new gym!
I love that this gym is truly 24/7. I used to have a membership to another 27/7 gym that would be closed on certain days. Another perk is the fact that I can workout at other locations conveniently at no extra cost. Ive had 3 personal training sessions with Brittany, which I believe to have been very beneficial. Ive seen another gym member thats been working with her longer thats showed a lot of progress in the short amount of time that Ive been here. The other patrons are very friendly, possibly because we have a neighborly bond. I like the Work Out of the Week and other monthly challenges that go on here. Theres always something new. The same people that I see everyday working out at the gym usually get recognition on the member of the month wall. I like that they give their testimonial.
Pretty good gym for beginner, gets pretty crowded at peak time and youll have to wait to use equipment.
I really like the gym because it has parking and it has everything you need for a solid workout. There’s free weights, one squat rack, one 45 lb barbell and one lighter one (maybe 35 lb?) for squats and deadlifts, lots of weight machines, several treadmills, a spin bike, a recliner bike, and a few ARC trainers (which I love! My other gym got ride of theirs so I’m happy Snap has a few!). It’s never been crowded when I go, which is also fabulous. The place is also kept clean. There’s no locker room but there is a bathroom you could change in if needed. Roman signed me up and the other staff seem friendly as well. I highly recommend!!
Just joined for the summer special, but I hope I can afford to keep it up. The gym is very clean, the equipment seems in great shape, and Christina who signed me up is nice, enthusiastic, and supportive. Its small, but people still seem to have quite enough room so they dont inhibit anyone else. The only downside is that Local Cantina is next door, and you want to go and reward yourself for a nice workout.
Please turn off the music. It would be nice to be able to workout in silence. Music is too loud and annoying. Music is not needed in a world where we have headphones.
Best gym in North High St, its open 24 hrs, I never have to wait for weights. The management is very helpful, and very involved with there members. I have been a member for a year and I wouldnt pick a better gym.
So, I had a membership for a year or two. I lost my wallet in November, and replaced my debit card--I guess I forgot to update my info. A law firm just contacted *my boyfriends father* and said they were going to file papers against me. Ive spent the last hour trying to calm my boyfriend and his father down because they are so creeped out. I have no idea how they found contact info for my boyfriends dad, but theyre clearly willing to use a shady collections company to stalk you on social media if you ever miss a payment. I wouldnt go back there if they started paying *me.* There are so many other gyms out there--save yourself the hassle.
Affordable, convenient, not crowded when I workout (early AM). Also, good combination of free weight, machines, and cardio. Not for everyone, but perfect fit for those looking for above.
Decent Gym, Horrible policies. Misplaced debit card and had to get a new physical card from my financial institution. I was taking some time off from the gym due to a recent injury. Changing my account (which was setup as auto-pay) slipped my mind. Less than two weeks later I was receiving phone calls from some duplicitous collections firm masquerading as a law firm. Likely some former law enforcement turned P.I kinda guy. You know, the one from all the t.v shows and movies. The guy who develops a heavy drinking problem after being kicked off the force, eyeballs his firearm longing for the bravery to just pull the trigger, etc. I elaborate in this manner as this firm is trolling social media and attempting to retrieve contact information from any known associates. They spoof their phone number and call from restricted a lot. Im talking four phone calls a day, and not just me but my family members as well. While I enjoyed my time at this gym I do not desire to be affiliated with a place that sicks a predatory and rather disreputable collections agency on you less than two weeks of a missed payment. Allegedly attempts were made to contact me, but I have no record of such correspondence. Once again, the gym aint bad. On the smaller side but feels private and secluded. However be sure to make your payments or youll get some guy threatening you with court processes very soon. Im not a financial expert but Im pretty sure non-payment does not go to a court case after two weeks of delinquency. Likely just an intimidation tactic by former lt. liquor and his laptop. I got five bucks this firm is one old washed up cop with a ton of cat-fishing social media accounts. BEWARE
Been a member for three months now. Good basic gym. 24 hour a day access. No locker/changing room.
Stop texting me if I dont come to the gym for a month. Never coming to your horrible gym. Treat me better.
Great place with social distance
Clean, convenient, and surprisingly well-equipped in terms of machines and free weights given its size. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Great equipment and a friendly, smart staff - a fun place to work out 24/7.
The cancellation process is arduous, and the customer service is poor.
Great work out place quite
Work it out
Poorly maintained, small, inadequately staffed.
