Its a nice gym. 👌Graceland shopping center is just there, so you can do shopping or buy some good food before or after your workout. ( time management)I just want them to move the boxing bags inside the fitness room because they are in the middle of the gym. Like Im exposed to the entire gym when Im punching those 🥊 bags.
Every month a new machine is taped up with a “Scheduled for service” sign. One-by-one my favorite and most popular machines amongst others are broken and are not fixed. The machine in the picture I provided has been scheduled for service since January. 1 or 2 other machines have even been “scheduled for service” since late 2020. 6-8 more machines have been added throughout the year and no action has been taken. I don’t know if they cannot afford the fixes or what the issue is. I have been a member since late 2018. The state of this gym has been declining since late 2020 and I have NOT seen any progress whatsoever.I recommend looking at other gyms before considering this one, regardless of how convenient the location is. This gym will be like all of the abandoned K-Mart’s here soon.
Just started going. Its a good all purpose gym. Lots of amenities. Cheap membership. I think Ill stick around for a while. Downside not 24/7 but the hours are good enough.
Go literally anywhere else. This gym is extremely crowded with not enough equipment (and a bunch of broken equipment that they won’t fix) — for instance, there’s only 2 squat racks and they’re never available. The facility is very dirty and crusty. Also, they will not let you cancel your membership without a fight…you have to physically go to the building between 9-5 on weekdays to speak with the manager. If you can’t make it during those hours because you have a job (or even if you just have better things to do with your time), the manager will conveniently be “on break” every time you call and ask to find another way to cancel your membership? It took me over 2 weeks to cancel. This place is a scam :)
I customarily use the facility on 6585 East Broad Street in Columbus. The pool heater has been broken for a month now. The water feels as though its been mixed with ice cubes. I feel the management there has been totally neglectful in allowing this pool to be in this condition for this long, I primarily joined this facility because of the need to exercise in water. This is unacceptable!!!
Nice gym, needs to stay open later or be 24/7.
They literally do not fix equipment if it breaks. Some machines have been down for 6 months-1 year and nothing ever gets fixed. What exactly are the membership fees going towards?
This is a strictly bros and meatheads only gym. If you dont agree to drop your weights at the top of your deadlift, they actually wont let you sign up. The decor consists of old LA Fitness things with an abundance of scheduled for service signs. Its also at 100% capacity at literally every hour of the day and night. I cant wait to move and never see this gym again.
I previously gave this gym four stars, but since Esporta took over, the gym is going downhill. Trash is everywhere. Some mornings, the trash cans in the main gym are overflowing. Paper towel holders are consistently empty throughout the gym. Hand sanitizers are consistently empty. There is trash all over the floor, in the gym and the locker room. The male locker room is dirty. When a piece of equipment becomes broken, it sits for weeks before being repaired. If you have the opportunity to join another gym, I would do so. Esporta clearly lacks the ability to manage this gym. I generally do not like to give negative reviews, because a person or a business can have a bad day, but when the dirt, grime, broken equipment, and lack of attention to management becomes the norm, we need to speak out.
Not willing to do business with an organization that has a clear bait and switch business model. Not honoring what is stated online is not acceptable. Bye, I will support a different gym that doesn’t waste my time and walk of with my ID while you are trying to get me to sign up.
This is a terrible company to work for. I quit on the 10th of august and they allow my former clients to harass me through google voice (it’s very difficult to mute the messages). I’ve documented most of the messages with the police. Please think twice before signing up or working for this company. I’ve attached one of the emails that was sent. I wasn’t even at that location the time she claimed, crazy people. BE AWARE.
I mean do these people not understand business 101? The basics of any business? I’ve been a member for 2 years and I’m over paying due to the eSporta business restructure (memberships are lower). To get the STANDARD monthly cost that EVERYONE else is paying, they’re making me pay $100 extra? Cancelling my membership because these staff members don’t even know how to retain a customer. Absolutely pathetic. Going to go up the chain and hopefully they can resolve this issue.
ESporta is definitely the best gym yet. I was an LA member for years and eSporta is a massive improvement. They lowered the cost, made it free to bring a guest, and the esporta staff are gorgeous friendly people with more reasonable policies that are more customer accommodating than other gyms.
This is a nice facility with good equipment. Often very busy in the mid morning and evening especially when the OSU students are there. Generally offers good classes but the classroom space is very small and the sound system often malfunctions. I had a great experience training with Tim. He was one of the best trainers Ive worked with. However, I would highly recommend NOT signing up for a training contract with LA fitness unless you have a very flexible schedule. If you do, get anything they guarantee in writing. I asked specifically if there would be trainers available at 5:30 or 6am as a prerequisite for signing up for training. I was assured that trainers were available at those times. After signing up for training, I discovered that no, there were NO trainers who worked that early. So I spent the first 4ish months of my training contract without a trainer to work with. Thats 16 training sessions ($800) that were just sitting unused. During the pandemic I asked for my training to be put on hold (since gyms were closed and when they first opened I did not feel it was safe to be in there). I was told this wasnt possible, as I had a year contract with monthly payments and would continue to be charged. I was also told that if I put my membership on hold or cancelled it, I would loose the training sessions Id paid for. I asked that my training not be auto renewed after my 1 year contract expired. Fast forward to May 2021, I have 64 unused training sessions ($3200) of training. There are finally a few trainers who are offering early hours, so I can now at least use my sessions. But despite calling EVERY SINGLE MONTH regarding canceling my contract, I get no calls back and am continuing to get charged.
I have been a member for the past two years, and since COVID, the quality of the fitness center and equipment has gone EXTREMELY downhill. I was contemplating on cancelling a couple of months ago and just going to my apartment clubhouse instead. Since late fall/early winter of 2020, multiple gym equipment has not been fixed and is still broken. This is not safe and does not make me comfortable going on the other equipment sometimes at the gym. When I told this to the person at the front desk, she stated that the equipment partner is not able to deliver or fix the equipment. For the amount of people that still have a membership at this gym, they clearly have enough money to replace at least a few pieces of equipment. On top of that, most lockers and the sauna is still closed. Hopefully, they can turn this place around or no one will go anymore. The only other thing about this place is that when you sign up, they will constantly call you trying you to complete their fitness assessment. I blocked their number because they called multiple times in a week when I first started going here. It is literally worth probably $5-$10/month at this point to attend this place (not $35). I highly recommend going elsewhere or just working out at home.
Not one of their better location. Its very crowded, but they do not do anything to address the crowding. So cleaning supplies like disinfectant and paper towels are always empty and equipment is scattered everywhere.Customers at their other locations seem to be more accommodating and friendly.Overall its a decent gym, but its obvious it gets more wear and tear than others.
The buyout/cancellation fee is an extremely high rate with zero wiggle room for unexpected life events/pandemic. Please read the 20-page contract before singing. They are sharks!
The facility is very nice however it can get congested which is expected for a city. The real issue is staffing. I go early in the mornings and sometimes the staff dont show up which means we are all locked out.
Its a good gym but its too crowded all the time and the pricing can be annoying
I have been a member for over 8 years and paying around $35 a month plus a hidden equipment fee yearly and now all the new customers are paying considerably less. Gym at grandview is always packed and the same equipment that has been down for 2 months still has not been repaired. Currently looking for another gym.
One would assume that Joe Biden is running this place. Very dirty, corrupt, and forgetful of fixing things that are broken. Not to mention there are only 2 squat racks. WHAT A JOKE!
+Front desk staff, variety of equipment-The fact that they have TWO squat racks in a gym with like 500 people should be a federal crime. My normal gym has maybe 1/20 of the members with 5 racks (and sometimes isn’t enough). I honestly can’t believe it. Won’t come back until they fix it.
Great gym! Plenty of equipment and machines. The open space and natural light make a great environment for working out.
The staff are terrible. They dont care about your experience at all. They just want you to pay as much as they can get out of you. Terrible. Super crowded. Literally the worst gym Ive been to for the price.
Club used to be very clean. Recently the showers have been a biohazard. Mildew is growing on everything. They havent been cleaned in weeks. I doubt this place would pass a health inspection.Other clubs in the area are much more clean.
I went to the gym this morning and was so disappointed to see a lack of social distancing and mask wearing on the second floor. Staff at the desk were properly masked and there were directional signs posted but once upstairs, the room was packed and only a small percentage of people had on a mask. I understand how uncomfortable it is to exercise masked but this is not the time to let down our guard.
Been there for several years. It was the perfect gym until Esporta took over. Now that they have $10 memberships it is so crowded that you can’t do anything. They have taken in so many new members in the past month that you have to wait on just about every machine which is pathetic because the place is big with tons of weight and cardio machines. It’s sad because it was such a nice clean and laid back gym. It will be ran down in a couple of years with the cheap memberships, I’d rather pay more and be able to get a good workout in an hour and a half to two hours. I’m currently in the process of finding a new gym.
Just got my membership today, but the facilities look very well kept, everyone was doing their part in cleaning their equipment. The gym itself is huge and I like that they have a pool and access to group fitness classes. Id like to give a shout out to Jared from the front desk who did a really great job giving me a tour and setting me up with my membership!
Went in to see if I could get on machines, gym shopping, no free one day passes. Boooooo
This place is horrible and has fell off a cliff, please be smart and go elsewhere... started coming here a little over a year ago and loved it, but in the past few months they’ve refused to fix equipment, wifi doesn’t work, broken weights, it’s super disappointing.
Lots of machines and amenities, great deal, respectful gym customers, keeping things safe.
Equipment is always broken, never gets fixed. Its always dirty, and super packed
It’s your classic LA Fitness. Other than them needing some olympic size plates, it has everything you need.Tony, the Janitor, is by far the friendliest person there. He greets everyone with a smile and fist bump (pre-covid). Every time I see a mess at the gym it’s cleaned up by the next time I’m there, so he’s clearly doing a good job. Definitely the gym’s most valuable employee in my opinion.
There is one dedicated squat rack. ONE. Unacceptable for the amount of people that go here.
Written 3/23/21: I’m at the gym now and half of the machines are broken. I’ve been a member here for 4 years and management has been messing up this place over the past 6 months. I say 6 months because some of the machines have been broken for the entirety of that 6 months. The free weights are in good quality but since half the machines are broken, you can never find a spot to use them even at 6:30 in the morning. Half of the ellipticals and treadmills are shut down to provide appropriate space for social distancing. Majority of the cardio machines that are actually open are broken as well. There are 5 open ellipticals and only work. They haven’t even bothered taking parts from the machines shut down for social distancing to fix the machines that are open. I joined this gym because it was close to my house but at this point, I’m willing to drive further for a higher quality gym
Great facility and staff. The only issue is that it takes forever for this place to fix or replace broken equipment. I’m sure Covid has made it worse by prolonging times for repair. However, this was an issue way before Covid hit. I mean several months at times. Tends to get frustrating when it’s crowded and the options for equipment are already low.Update: Machine pec fly and thigh abductor machine still not fixed.
1st time here and arrived at 6pm,that was a mistake, place was packed. The equipment looked good but dont go at that time
Crowded but overall decent facility - The pool is definitely nice to have
The gym itself is more than sufficient; 4 stars there. Ive given two stars here because tonight is the second time that Ive seen them turn the lights off in the gym area 5 minutes before closing. Its unjustifiable, unsafe and completely unprofessional. Ill change my rating to 4 stars if a manager contacts me and guarantees this wont happen again.
This is the best gym Ive been to. Clean, lots of equipment, nice locker room with showers, a pool, and reasonably priced.
They are usually very crowded but I’ve been surprised how manageable the crowd is with COVID. They seem to be doing a good job keeping up with protocols and cleanliness too.
Everything is broken and the staff are not very pleasant since the name change. I dont know whats going on with them
They have just about everything you’d need as far as equipment goes and it’s always clean and pretty organized. Tony the janitor always goes out of his way to say hello while he’s making his rounds and I really appreciate the friendliness.
Very disappointed in the covid 19 precautions. The gym was crowded and I saw very little people walking around with masks. I stayed for 5 minutes before I was uncomfortable and left.
If I could give give them zero stars I would. I called multiple times to see how to cancel my membership due to covid-19 concerns. The workers at the front will pick up the receiver, without addressing you and place the phone to the side until you get sick of waiting and hang up. When i finally talked to an actual human, they convinced me to freeze my membership. Its two months later and they have still been charging me. When i called to clear the issue up I spoke to an arrogant manager that stated that there were no notes in my account related to the freeze and that he couldnt do anything. Essentially insisting that I made up the whole encounter and asking who I had spoken to two months prior. When calling corporate they had the same mentality and poor customer service. This is not the first issue I have had with this company and will not be returning. I suggest that anyone looking into this gym consider doing the same.
Good quality gym, very clean comparable to others I’ve been, and a bonus is the friendly janitor, always so nice!
Thomas the manager was awesome. I had a free week pass that had expired but Thomas honored it anyway. Super friendly staff. Great facility and lots of space! If you’re in the area, work out here.
I love it here. People of all ages coming together for a common goal to increase their health. My only issue is that there arent enough squat racks and weight benches. This place is teeming with unused cardio equipment. More people are shifting in mentality to lifting weights and relying less on cardio, so gyms should adjust accordingly. Outside of this and the occasional guys kicking the heavy bags with their smelly bare feet, Id say this gym is aight!
They are too scared to ask people to follow Covid guidelines. Basically no one wears a mask.
Nice equipment but the place is always packed. Hard to get a good workout in when every machine I want to use is always taken. Now the personal training room is gone and theres even less floor space upstairs. Probably gonna cancel my membership, this is getting old.
Had a great experience. Rob was great and really helped me through the process of learning the facility and the membership options. 5/5 would recommend.
This is such a beautiful and well maintained gym! Nothing like any other la fitness I’ve ever been to. Rob the manager took extremely great care of us! Would definitely recommend to anyone to go
Great place to workout. Clean and friendly staff.
This is a very friendly environment! Staff very polite! Haley greeted me with a very illustrious smile and very welcoming attitude! Rob gave us a tour showed how equipment was used very polite and informative! This facility is very clean and all equipment stay clean ready to use
My boyfriend went there with a guest pass 1 week ago, and today I tried to go with a guest pass and they said they don’t accept guest passes due to covid and tried to get me to pay for a day pass...I don’t know if they’re sexist or different employees enforce the rules differently, but it was a very negative experience. Nothing on their website about not accepting guest passes. I filled it out online without any sort of notice like that. I’ll probably find a different gym even though that one is 5 min from me.
Good atmosphere, needs more squat racks and round full size plates so members can deadlift properly.
Very clean space with a good variety of equipment. Definitely got a good workout. All of the windows made the space a fun place to train.
Very accommodating!School gym was closed so I found this place and they had every equipment I needed to do my workout! Great place to workout! Definitely coming back and highly recommended!
So far so good I like the selection of equipment seems like the people are serious about their workouts 🤔
I came in for a workout today and was blown away at the facility. Top of the line equipment and excellent service from all employees. Special thanks to Jay who made this an exceptional experience!
Very nice...Needed a Swim.😊😁
Poor Internet service. LA fitness as a whole is absolutely overrated. You don’t get the service for the price you pay.
A friend of mine who is a member here gave me a 14-day guest pass to check out the facilities here and consider signing up (which LA Fitness obviously provided to him to give out). Upon arriving, the salesman told me that he would not accept the pass because my friend is not close enough to VIP status, or some other such nonsense. Then he immediately launched into trying to sell me on a plan. Whats more, the price of the plans would go up considerably unless I signed up right that minute. No thanks, I can see what kind of business you are operating here; one which does not honor commitments and engages in high pressure sales tactics. The facilities looked nice, but I wouldnt really know.
Did not even made it in... I have an out of state ID and with my daughter paying ove 200 bucks a month in fees, the would not allow me to use a guest pass. I was able to enroll in another gym with an out of state ID with no problem. If that is the treatment I get as a guest then I have no interest in being part of such disgusting negative environment.
The only thing they care about is money.
Not enough squat racks or benches. Poor quality weights. No mask rules.
This gym was amazing! Super accommodating since I was coming in from out of town. Set me up with a club pass and showed me around. The gym is huge with three levels and all the equipment you need. Super clean and updated. Would def recommend this place to there who are looking for an awesome gym experience!
I wish I could give a Zero or Negative.Rude Staff. Especially the guy with the spectacles in the staff is so rude. once you take the tour of the facility, the staff literally will force you to join the gym. If you dont theyll be angry at you. It is my own decision whether I want to join this gym or some other gym. Learn to respect individual opinion. To that rude guy: If you go for shopping do you buy the first shirt that you try on? No, right. This is the same thing. Learn to be patient when you are dealing with other people.
Probably the biggest LA Ive been to yet and Id say my favorite. 3 floors, every machine you could possibly want, plenty of room, mirrors, a few swimming lanes, and the third floor track is super nice. Being so high up with the big windows creates a nice view!
I recently moved to the area and my old gym is a bit farther away than I would like so I thought I would look at LA Fitness because it was only about 2-3 minutes away. I made an appointment and when I showed up, I had to wait another 15 minutes after my scheduled time just to see someone.I had specified that I was interested in the gym and just wanted to give it a shot before switching over to be sure I was satisfied with all the equipment and everything. Should have been a simple transaction, but instead I had to sit through a big presentation spiel and being constantly asked what it would take to get me to sign up that day. I politely tried to explain I just needed a day pass to do a workout once and was told it would be $15 for that and that was instantly off putting. I told them I wanted to switch, but just needed to try things out.I told the employee that was presenting me with everything that at this point I just needed some time to think about whether or not I would switch because I had a friend who was going to send me a guest pass so that I could just try it out and he kept asking how they could sign me up that day. I said that honestly if they want my business, just give me some space and let me think about it.Over the next 3 days I was contacted by him twice, first by phone and then by text, both without my permission. Based completely on how pushy this entire process was, I decided not to go and would not recommend anyone else to go there as well. If a company cannot respect its potential customers, I dont think they deserve their business or even care about them anyway.
I recently started going to this gym and was HEAVILY pressured in to getting a personal trainer. I was told that my knees were really weak and that it would be really difficult to achieve my goal without the help of a trainer. I instead went to a sports medicine doctor who told me that the exercises that they had me attempt to do were going to be really bad for my joints and I was given alternate workout routines from the doctor instead of LA Fitness personal trainer. Other than the aggressive sales pitch, Ive really enjoyed this gym.
The place is very clean and well spread out! Everything I could look for in a gym is right here. Was helped by Rob who showed us around and gave great detail on the facility!
My husband and I just signed up here and so far the staff has been so amazing and helpful. Dylan and Jay were so nice to us and took care of us even though we had an online only offer that wasnt going to help them personally but still gave us the same respect as someone they were signing up themselves and getting the credit for. Ive worked sales my whole life and these two truly care about doing whats best for the customer. Thanks again for all your help! You guys are amazing!😊😊😊
Checked out the facility and loved it! Angelica showed me around and everything looked amazing. Excited to start my membership!
Wifi is a trash never works!! Takes a hour to get connected!! $10 only for new members!!
Came in for a quick workout. The Opps Manager was super nice and professional. Clean facility and great equipment. Highly recommend this gym!!!!
This LA Fitness has a great facility with all the workout accommodations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff!! I’ve been in town on and off for the past few weeks apartment hunting and looking for new gym, and Ryan has let me work out for free twice now so that I didn’t have to get a full membership. Moving to town in a couple weeks and am officially getting my membership today! 10/10 recommend.
Customer service is great, Champ is the coolest dude in the 614 I swear. Super helpful, he wants to help you get done what you need in a timely manner without all having jump through hoops go accomplish it. My friend is doing study abroad next semester so he doesnt need a membership, but since Champ is the man, when he comes back from study abroad hes planning on joining.
Spacious gym with a good variety of equipment. Be aware of the time when going though because it gets very packed in the evening.
This place was nice enough to give me a complimentary pass to try it out. Staff was very nice and respectful. I’ve enjoyed my time with LA in the past.
I just joined LA Fitness and I could not be more pleased! Ryan helped me and I recommend everyone go see him. Everyones been really kind and super helpful. Its a great atmosphere!
Nice gym, very crowded at the peak times like any other gym.
I came to la fitness on a layover next to my hotel and Rob was amazing! He was friendly, smiled, answered all my questions! I wish I experienced service like this in Texas! Thanks Rob!!!
Was great until the parking lot got removed. There is nowhere to park. I hope something is done to fix this.->Noelle is he best yoga instructorThis is a really nice LA fitness. Equipment is is in working order, and if something is broken it tends to get repaired in reasonable time, bathrooms clean, 2 squat racks, beautiful architecture. It is a modern gym with a track inside, which I have found to be a rarity. I love that they have a water bottle filler at the drinking fountain, too. Good variety of classes, nice staff, and there is a pool. Have not tried the sauna yet.The one thing that would make me so happy, though, is if there was an assisted pull up machine. Also, its often crowded after work /school times, but that cant be helped.
Great facility. I mainly used the workout suite and the track on the top floor to do my own thing. Plenty of space to work out and a big sauna. All I need. Friendly staff too. Only come here when I’m in town but it fits the need!
Here in town for the Arnold, popped in for a workout and I must say very clean facility. Staff was nice and everyone accommodating. Will be back next year for sure. Thanks Champ for showing us around. Keep that attitude it’ll bring people back.
Disappointing.I felt cheated & over charged. Badly maintained gym. Arrogant managment .
One of the nicest gyms I’ve been to in 8 years of strength training. They have it all and then some with 5 star customer service. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to maximize their training!
I love the location of this gym! Pretty busy from 5-7 but the sweet spot is 4:30 or 7:15. Easy in and out. Could be cleaner but its a gym so...the staff is pretty friendly, but not a fan of the personal training side of this location. Otherwise, great gym if you know what you want and do not need guidance.
I joined at different LA Fitness but switched to this one because its closer to where I live. I like this one a lot better. The staff at this location is friendly, as is my personal trainer. There is also a good selection of equipment to use, and often if what I want to do is being occupied there is a suitable alternative that is open.Even at off-peak times I would describe this gym as busy. If you go after work around 5-7, expect to wait for machines and equipment. Its just a really busy place in general. The locker room is nice enough, just make sure to bring your own lock. They recently put up signs in it recommending to secure your items because of theft. Also, for some reason it seems like there isnt always hot water available in the sinks; I cant speak for the showers since Ive never used the showers here. Finally, as far as I know this is the only location in town that has a smoothie bar. You can buy supplements and snacks, and I like the smoothie options they have. My first time trying a smoothie, the guy who made it realized he made it incorrectly. So after he handed it to me he asked for it back to correct it. I really appreciated this and it definitely made me want to come back.
While the facilities are nice and Im sure the trainers are great, NEVER take a free session (like when you first become a member or if they say youre on the winning machine for the day). No matter how clear you are from the start they will try to pressure you into paying for personal training. When you state your intentions clearly and let them know you just cant afford it right not, they will continue to make you feel like you must just not be serious about your goals, since youre not willing to invest. Theyll even attempt to help you look at where you put your money and suggest where you could cut back to afford this...but if Im already trying to manage my money responsibly... wouldnt you think I do that already! While I know having a personal trainer would help me reach my goals faster, Im alright attaining them at a slower place, so dont make me feel like Im not serious or that I dont care about my personal fitness just because I dont want to drop over $150 a month on personal training! Just trying to be responsible and frugal here! When I have the $, I will invest and seek out the training, until them... STOP PRESSURING ME!Ive been to two sessions and both times I left mad (an emotion I dont often experience). I understand that LA fitness is a business and thats part of what they do (youve got to push people to get customers), but I didnt feel respected, so unless youre good at taking this kind of treatment, DONT GO unless youre ready to slide your card and sign up!
Great location but because of that if you go here from 5-7 PM on the weekdays this place is PACKED. I wish they would add more adjustable benches for the free weight area. Also could use another squat rack.
Phenomenal place, clean and a wide variety of equipment!
Ryan Pope did an excellent job introducing my fiance and I to LA Fitness. He was very patient with explaining all the aspects of the membership, classes, and a great walk through the gym. Joe did my assessment and really made me think outside the box on how I need to improve my day to day workout, stretches, and water intake. Looking forward to us getting in shape!!!
First and for most I have had an awesome experience with the owner ! He will go above and beyond to work with you and make sure your accommodated. However, during my visits there is a certain salesman that is VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! He has gone out of his way to harass, mean mug, argue, and even got in my face “telling me I am soft and not about that life” he is referring to fighting. I am currently in the process of cancelling my membership ASAP. I am normal guy wanting to lift and live a healthy lifestyle with out confrontation. I was even threatened that he would catch me out side of the work place to show me I am “not about that life”. Which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable due to the fact I am new to the area and just moved down. During this particular incident I even had a guest with me who paid to use the facility for the first time and we were both not only embarrassed but humiliated. I will not step foot back in that location and will also not spend another time with any other LA Fitness in this area and possibly anywhere else. If something is not done I’m sure they will continue to lose money and customers. This is not to speak down on any other employees because most seem respectable and accommodating! I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope my honest review and experience helps others.
I love Giovanni. He doesnt pressure for me to get more services. He knows Im happy with my membership. Every time we come inI, he treats us like family. Sometimes he will come over and talk to me while Im waiting for my husband to come out of the shower. He is encouraging, conversational, friendly and fun. He is an added reason that we like going there. The equipment is great, and I love being around so many people who are trying to make themselves better.
I travel a LOT for work & always take advantage of me LA Fitness membership when I’m in a city that has them. This is the best club in this chain I’ve ever been to!
