I had traveled all over my city trying to find someone to cash my large tax refund for a decent fee. Most places said the amount was too large to cash, and other places wanted to charge 10%. I came to this location to cash a federal student aid check. Before I could even get said check out of the envelope the employee who had ignored me for almost five minutes while she was one her phone stated very rudely that they don’t cash those kind of checks. When I asked her if she even knew what kind of check it was she said it don’t matter.

When I first came in pls a girl by the name of nesha was helping me “if you call it help” thankfully Brittany was able to deescalate the situation and help me in cashing my check.

Very bad experience I went to pay my credit card and made immediate payment I paid $ 204.00 with the fee and the payment was never made with my bank because they had no system but if they charged me the money and when I had the money they only gave me $ 200 but not the $ 4.00 PLS fee very bad experience I wasted more than 1 hour of my time
