We are moving warehouses and had a small 3 room office we needed the carpets cleaned so through google maps I found and contacted Martin Carpet Cleaning Company. It was just a couple days before they could come out and do the job I feel the rates were reasonable and they did a great job. They were in and out in no time but don’t let that fool you about the quality of work. I would use them again. 10 stars ⭐️

The staff is SO FRIENDLY. The turnaround for cleaning my hand-knotted wool rugs is one week, very reasonable, and I have had a great customer experience so far.

They did a very good job on my Asian rug that was stained- liquid poop. Spot stained and deodorized. Even though I can tell where the stains were, it looked really good. Happy with the the work. 20% discount if you deliver & pick up rug yourself.

They are awesome! James got the carpet and tile cleaner than we thought was possible. This was a move in cleaning and we definately felt like we could move in comfortably knowing our carpets and tile were clean. He was knowledgeable and thorough yet fast. We will definitely be using them again!

Visited here at the facility and was very impressed with the operation. Brent runs a tight ship here and seems to have a wonderful family background. I was amazed to read that this business has been in the same family since the 1890s. I would not hesitate to use this facility for any rug cleaning needs.

A lot of unsavory characters as employees, owner Brent is rude. And the employees stare and make you uncomfortable. And there cleaning process is a joke I did better at home.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Martin Carpets! They are at our house WAY too much for our mischievous dogs! From the staff that schedules the appointments to the guys that come to clean the carpets - 5 stars EVERY TIME! I called a different company months ago and decided to wait to clean our rug because they gave me a very high price. I didnt think I could afford it. I finally HAD to get the rug cleaned. I called Martin Carpet Cleaning... they gave me a reasonable quote, picked up the rug the same day, and were very friendly. They dropped off the rug the next week. It looks great and the cost was less than what they quoted! I am very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

I have used Martins for nearly 30 years and have always been pleased until now. They over bleached the cotton fringe on my area carpet to the point that it disintegrated. Worst of all they had the nerve to insist that I brought it in that way. The carpet is ruined and I am extremely angry. Beware.

Great service. Quality cleaning. their steam application left the whole building smelling brand new. They get it at least a 2-3xs the brightness of however your carpet looks now. They also restored my seat cushions to a dining room chair set @ ~$10 a piece. two rooms, one flight of carpeted steps, and cushions came to ~$240. Not a bad deal at all. they were on time, helped us with pricing deals, and took their time and asked us to check behind them to make sure we were on the same page as they cleaned. great guys and great work!
