They are very responsive and always do a wonderful job. Can not go wrong with Gimme The Dirt.

SCAM- DO NOT PURCHASEI i purchased this on groupon thinking it was a nice deal for upholstery cleaning over tewo months ago and have yet to have them honor a single standing appointment. Over a two month span, they cancelled the DAY OF my appointment 4 times. They do not offer you to reschedule your own dates and will autobook another appointment at a later date themselves which could be convenient if this was communicated and/or completed correctly but its not. I was waiting now for the 4th appointment ( still no arrivals on the first 3) to arrive when I recieved an email requesting I myself rebook during business hours as Saturdays are not business hours. As mentioned above, THEY booked the Saturday appt which mind you was over 2 weeks wait time from the previously cancelled reservation. Its now been 4 appts cancelled by Gimme the Dirt, customer service is garbage, but thankfully groupon is wonderful as ususal and refunded me on their behaf since i cannot seem to confirm any type of real contact or have any attempts at completing the services I booked and paid for in advance! TOTAL SCAM. There are plenty out there, avoid this company at all costs if you want to have cleaning done anytime within 6 months, otherwise its not worth it and you wont see them anyways. Save yourself the time.

A colleague referred me to this company for regular janitorial service. Being a midsize office and having never used a cleaning contractor, we were unsure what was needed and the process. Jay and his team made the process easy and they perform great work. We especially appreciate how knowledgeable they were and assisting us with starting routine office maintenance. In addition the contracting them for janitorial service, we also hired them to help bring some life into our space and furnishing the office with plants.

What a neat service. My girlfriend and I hired Gimme Tbe Dirt to clean our new home after finding them on Groupon. They cleaned to perfection and found us some cool houseplants and pots, too! The experience through Groupon was a little confusing, but to be fair it was our first time using the service. Sarah and her team made everything perfect and we couldnt be happier with the results.

Best service in town hands down!
