Not impressed with their ability to call back customers. Definitely not reliable on that end.

There were a couple of issues during the installation process, but everyone went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Were really disappointed with Levis. We were recommended to check them out by our contractor, and found them to be super helpful on the buying side, but pick-up was a nightmare.Weve been hearing from multiple folks that the newer generation of ownership has no real sense of customer touch or how to deal with the multiple stakeholders involved in home renovations. Poor culture has crept in and making it a poor experience for a lot of folks.

Levi’s 4 floors has done all the flooring in my house for over 17 years. I just had waterproof laminate flooring put in my living room and kitchen and it is so beautiful. Amber was very helpful in my selection of the flooring and the two gentlemen that put the floor down did it in one day, and the next day they were here for maybe two hours and it was done. They helped move all my furniture back in place before they left. They were very good workers. I would highly recommend Levi’s 4 Floors to have your flooring done.
Long story short, they charged me to remove and replace carpet and padding in my basement. A few weeks later my basement flooded and while cutting up the carpet and pad I noticed that they had not replaced the pad, just patched in places where it was missing, but still charged me for it. When I called them on it Mr. Levi told me that this happens a lot in the flooring industry abs hes not calling me a liar, but thats not the way he does business. When I showed him pictures Id taken he told me that the work in the pictures isnt the way they do things, even though it is their work. Then he said that if I buy another $1,200 carpet and pad off him hell give me a free upgrade to a better pad. Needless to say I will not be using them to replace the carpet this time or any time in the future. My suggestion to you, if you decide to use them, is to keep a close eye on their work and your wallet.

Not going to mention his name or our experience (yet), but BBB has been notified and we went with another company. If other staff members show up to a customers house in the shape ours did, followed by not delivering (after multiple opportunities) on something as simple as providing a quote, why bother?

By far the worst company I have done business with.Total lack of communication between sales department, ownership and product manufacturers.I was told my flooring could be installed by a certain date. Three weeks after that date the product was delivered to Levi’s.I have been waiting on an $80 refund for over a month from where I overpaid. I seriously doubt I will ever see it. Levi’s is a shady company and I would advise not doing business with them.
I recently purchased vinyl plank flooring from Levis. Quality product, knowledgeable, helpful staff and floors are beautiful!! Highly recommend.

Working with L4F for our carpeting was so traumatic that its taken me 2 years to write a review. Scheduling was a challenge, and then once they did the job - the workers left everything uncleaned. Scraps and loose cuttings all over the place, cans of soda and crumpled napkins - it was a mess. We had to have them come back 2 additional times to nail down staples/nails at seams and borders and we still - to this day - step on some that werent properly hammered down. They put a seam in the most high traffic and visible location of our second floor - and it didnt fit properly together, so now we have a huge gash where the two pcs of carpet should connect. Their excuse for this was that they would have had to put a seam in the closet.........not kidding. They refused to fix that - saying it was the best they could do - so every day my husband and I are reminded of what a nightmare experience this was as we moved into our new home in a new city. We will end up replacing this carpet (through another supplier) within 5 years based soley on the quality of the work done. Such a waste and disappointment.
The sales agent was supposed to come out yesterday!! Called and stated he had to pick up his kids so he could not come yesterday and stayed he would come this morning at about 930 no call no show tried to call him twice never answered or even bothered calling back
Weve exclusively used Levis 4 Floors for over 15 years now and send everyone we know their way! Their quality is unbeatable.

Update 03/26/2019: After allowing months for without a response from Levis.: regarding the furniture damage Levis Four Floors installers did to our bedroom furniture I felt it time for an update. The reason for delaying this update is that I was holding out hope they were going to eventually reimburse me for the quote to repair damage caused by their installation crew. One rear leg on our Thomasville Armoire was broken and also scratched the top deck of the hutch. I recd a quote from a local company to come in house and make those repairs amounting to 714.00.I sent repair quote to Levis, and to this day never heard back from him. There was a 200.00 balance leaving a 500.00 payment to close out our request. I have pics, and they show his hired workers with the broken leg pieces on the dresser.. I also have detailed pics of the deep scratch issues by Levis workers as well. We also had a run defect in our carpeting and Tom Levi along with the Karastan representative came to our home and verified the claim. I was re-imbursed for the amount and agreed to the settlement by keeping the carpet at an adjusted price. However, remember, this is unrelated to the furniture damage. Im very disappointed in the lack of follow up and re-imbursement of the furniture damage caused by Levis. Ive contacted 6 on your side regarding this issue. They are very interested in this story. I will wait a little longer to allow Levis to send me a check for their balance to me. However, my timeline of opportunity for levis to get this resolved is about to run out. Once I make contact with 6 on your side all the facts will come out. As a result of their decision to ignore our damaged furniture claim. This is a good group of guys and they evidently think I will just let this pass into the night without doing the right thing. That way of thinking is the wrong one in my case. So, my 5 star rating now quickly moves to barely a 3 star as I realize their clearly uninterested in making me whole on this problem.I recently purchased several hundred yards of carpeting for our home in Dublin. We chose Levis 4 Floors at the Busch Blvd. location. I met with the owner, Tom Levi, and he taught me much about the good, bad and ugly about the different types of carpeting, its composition, and long-term overall wearability. Tom Levi crafted our purchase to coincide with our lifestyle. I was really impressed with the time he took and raising my level of knowledge and comfort level about making the right selection. My wife, Susan, and I chose the Karastan Brand in Catskill Brown color. The installers showed up on time, were very careful, friendly and removed all old carpet. They also demonstrated much care so as not to scratch our walls and base moulding. Now that the job is completed our home looks like a show home that should be in Architectural Digest. We are very happy with the final product. Think about it, buying carpeting or other flooring products is a very important part of your home that you interact with on a daily basis. The installers parked their truck right in front of my garage and drove over my landscaping. When I told Levis Floors installers about this rude and unprofessional parking job, they told me there wasnt an issue and that they would move their truck (no apology offered though). I cant believe they think parking in this way is ok -- they may have destroyed my hedge! The plants were dislodged and its possible now that theyll be dead within days. The installers were rude to the point of being aggressive and denied that they had anything wrong. I cant believe I have to write this, but they did nothing to fix the situation and made no offer to compensate for the damages. A simple sorry! and an attempt to understand where Im coming from would have gone a long way.
I had a decent experience with the actual buying and installation of the carpet. However, almost 2 months after it was installed, I received a strange text message late at night that made me feel uncomfortable. This was followed by a voicemail that also made me feel uncomfortable. A quick search in my phone revealed that it was the same number of the man that installed the carpet. I called Levi s and did not get a call back. I called a second time. They did return my call and they were apologetic. They took my complaint and were supposed to follow up with me. However, they did not. In the meantime, I received 2 more calls and 2 more voicemails. I called to ask if they were following up but left a message and have not heard back since that message. So here is the timeline:1. Sunday: got weird text messages late at night2. Monday: got a call and voicemail from the same number, figured out it was levis and called them3. Tues: called back because I didnt hear from them. I did receive a return call and they said they would follow up.4. Thursday: 2 more calls from the weird number, called levis and left a message5. It is Friday and I have heard nothing else from themI am bothered by the text and voicemails but even more bothered by their lack of response to my inquiries. This is unacceptable service.
