I can’t get over what an amazing job they did!My elderly dog had diarrhea all of we the living room carpet, when we weren’t home.They got out all of the stains!!!They worked so hard on it, too. Now my carpet looks like new!The carpet dried quickly, as well.They have a customer for life!

Had my upholstered couch and a chair cleaned. Technician was on time and called me when he was 15 minutes away as I requested. Not every stain came out of my white couch, but that was my fault because the couch had never been cleaned before and some of those stains were at least 5 years old. But at least I know that it is now clean. Looks much better. Happy overall with the experience.

After 2 failed attempts to reach the company Id used to clean my carpets a neighbor recommended Downey. I will forever be a regular customer. Where Id been told by the other company certain stains could not be removed - they are now gone! All of them, including a large tea stain! I had no idea that was possible. Zack worked pretty hard on one area but it all came out! Impressive! My carpets are several years old and do have wear but now they are completely clean. I love their 2 step cleaning method and appreciate the time spent here.

My experience was wonderful! The man who did the cleaning was very nice and efficient. The house looked great and smelled good, too! There were some pretty bad stains that he was able to remove. Amazing! I would highly recommend this company.

Young man did a good job cleaning our carpet & stairs. Family room carpet had a couple dark stains and he removed them. He had vehicle trouble and was very courteous about keeping be informed as to what time he would arrive. Professional in attitude and appearance.

I noticed a dark spot on the carpet that appeared the next morning after cleaning. Downey sent out a person to reclean the spot, which came right out. I am very pleased with Downeys excellent customer service and will definitely use them again!

Ive used Downey Clean twice now for carpet cleaning. I find it easy to schedule with them (within the same weekas calling). I get an email confirmation plus a call the day before. The cleaning itself is professional, quick and easy. As the owner of two dogs, I am only interested in getting the high traffic areas freshened. Both times Ive been asked by the cleaner if I am satisfied with the work, and the next day I get a follow up call to make sure Ive had a good experience.I am impressed with the good customer service Ive gotten and will definitely continue to use them. I use Downey Clean a few times a year and each of the technicians are polite, non judgemental (we have dogs) and do their very best to make the carpet look like new. Theres no pressure for add ons and theyre on-time every time.

Its all about the Downy cleaning process. I watched the three steps they take in cleaning your carpets. I had some very dirty carpets it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. When they were done, it looked almost like it was just put down from the store. In my opinion, Downey clean is better than its competitors.

I have used Downey for years now. I wouldn’t call anyone else. I regularly have them clean and seal my handmade Italian tile kitchen floor. It looks like a new floor every time. The carpet on the stairs is very clean as is the furniture. The deodorizer works great in conquering doggy odor (I have 4 dogs). I have never had a dirty or disheveled employee arrive and they have been polite and professional consistently. I highly recommend Downey.

The carpets looked good, but...The technicians did not use footwear coverings.Then they walked on the hardwood floors which left numerous footprints from the cleaning solutions on their shoes.Also, they did not use corner protectors for the woodwork. The hoses were dragged along the corners to reach the rooms. When I asked if they had corner protectors in the truck, the answer was yes. And yet they didn’t bother to use them.

The job was serviceable. but it was more expensive than I expected, and the technician didnt wear booties. The dispatcher said that booties are slippery on carpet, but as a result, I had shoe-prints all over my laminate floors. I have had good experiences with Downey in the past, but I will look elsewhere in the future.

I have used this company for many years. I had a little trouble making appointment this time. I requested a man to clean my carpet. He had been here a couple of times before and I liked his work. The woman who sets up appointments kept telling me I could have him if he was available. I didnt care how far out she had to go to set up date but she kept repeating that. Also, she left off one of the rooms I wanted done so the price quote I got from her was incorrect. She had done this in the past. Jamie is my carpet cleaner. He did a very good job. Hes dependable and prompt.

This is the second time I have used Downy Clean to clean carpets in my home. Their estimate was very competitive, their customer service is great, and their technicians are very professional.Two of the areas (in my attic) I wanted them to clean had dirty spots in the carpet that the technician said was because the carpet was essentially acting as an air filter due to the HVAC air patterns. The technician said that these types of stains are very difficult to clean. The rest of the carpet in those rooms looked fine, so I took those areas off of the list and saved a lot of money. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician.The areas he cleaned look great. And the pet smell left from the previous owner is gone.Perhaps they have changed the way they offer service? Because they come with water in the truck and dont need to use any of your water. My carpet was damp when they were done (not soaking as described in other reviews) and was dry the next day.

The first time we used Downey Clean, the carpets looked fantastic. However, the carpet was saturated with water and took over 24 hours to dry. We had them back last Saturday to do the whole house. Again the floors were saturated with water, but this time they look like crap. They dumped the dirty water into our toilet and left it absolutely filthy. They scheduled a recall visit for Wednesday, after 4:00pm. At 7:00pm, they called to say they couldnt possibly make it and rescheduled for the same time on Thursday... It is now 7:10pm, they arent here, and they havent called. Lesson learned. This company will never be returning to my home!

Had an area rug and runner picked up and cleaned. Got them back today and neither of them look like they have been touched. Covered in lint, dog hair, a small twig and just look dirty. The nap is matted down and I dont think they were ever vacuumed. Never again will we use or ever recommend this company. Trying to get house ready for a showing, and cant put the rug down the way it looks.😞
