We had Harris Carpet Cleaning out yesterday to clean the carpets throughout our home. They arrived perfectly on time, wore masks from the moment they showed up at our door until they left, got the job done on time, and did an absolutely fantastic job. They got out every single pet stain and they did it for a reasonable price. They were respectful of our home and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely be using them again!

Harris Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by my mother, took a couple weeks to get them in they are so booked! However after they cleaned my carpets I see why! They went above and beyond. They even worked on a old paint stain that I never thought would even lighten up! I’d had some other big name companies and they never even tried to get the stain out! The stain didn’t come completely out but it did lighten up. Even that amazed me! Will use them again in the future!

I called them about water clean up which they informed me they do not do. The man on the phone gave me the name of 2 or 3 companies that do that kind of work. He was very polite and kind and helpful. I did end up using one of his recommendations.

Had them clean my condo before listing it on the market. They advised me of much wear in the carpet that would not clean up, and asked me if I still wanted to clean it or just allow a carpet allowance in my selling contract. (didn’t even know that was an option) I went ahead and had them clean it. Was very appreciative of the honesty; as to how my carpets would clean up before they even started. I was also impressed with how they did clean up. If I was not moving to North Carolina I would be using them again. However they don’t come that far to clean! I will recommend them to you all though as well as any of my Ohio friends!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a job they did. I’ve had a bigger company in the past and my carpets have stayed wet for over 24 hours. Harris Carpet Cleaning came in and did everything the same but went over my carpets to pull out some more moisture which helped my carpets dry faster. By night they were feeling dry. They cleaned my carpets around 10:00am! These wonderful people really seem to care about the work they do. I was impressed.

They were on time and the price was about $15 less than they had quoted me over the phone. I have had Harris Carpet Cleaning out a couple times now for both some small carpeted areas in my house as well as a deep clean of the tile grout in my kitchen and bathroom. The carpets look great, as expected, but it is worth mentioning the REMARKABLE difference the grout cleaning made, beyond anything a mop or scrubbing on your hands and knees could accomplish.They are attentive, efficient, and courteous, even making a point to track my cat down to see where she was hiding since my front door was propped open. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them in the years to come.
