Remedy Express did great work for us. They kept the house clean, even mostly free of drywall dust. Their people were friendly and efficient. Especially appreciate Gerald and his work on all of the trim.

Remedy Express remodeled my master bath in February 2020. From the initial estimate to the completed job, they were a real pleasure to work with. They stayed within my budget and made suggestions to make the most of my unusual space that had many angled walls. They were very neat and cleaned up every day.  When the Delta hand shower attachment didnt work properly after 2 months, they replaced it at no charge. Remedy Express provided radon remediation at my home. The whole experience from the visit to provide a quote to the finished product was a joy. John Cassell showed up on time, wore a mask and explained the whole process. Their quote was much better than a competitors. On the day of the service, a very nice young man named Robert also showed up on time and got right to work. I was very impressed on how professional and polite he was and his work was excellent. The radon level final test result was excellent! I would highly recommend this company. High quality service at a very reasonable price.

I was referred this business for my clients for a remedy request. I sent over the inspection report ahead of time and requested an in person appointment for them to go over the issues noted. The contractor showed up without a ladder even though the issues were in the attic and roof. I asked them to inspect a leak in which he responded “I see something up there” while still on the ladder. This contractor didn’t fully get into the first attic, couldn’t fit my clients ladder into the main attic with the mold problem. Without a proper ladder I told him to leave and that he wasn’t prepared. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing that this happened in front of my clients. I will not be using this company again.
