Not impressed. Our shower installers were friendly and polite. However after having them put on a mask when they came to the door, they removed their masks while working without asking, putting my family at risk and causing me to have to deep clean. They also damaged a newly finished ceiling and door frame. While the sales associate was apologetic and sent them back to fix the damage. The installer was rude on arrival and tried to argue each gouge with me. Then the installer didnt fix all the damage. When I pointed it out he did a bad job and didnt repaint as requested. i had to call back with new pictures of the poor workmanship. Simple bath would not send someone out to fix it correctly. They did offer to refund a small amount of money but not enough to cover the rework. The stress and headache of this was not worth it and I would not trust the company with other work in my house. The shower itself looks ok but there are small spaces in the caulking so I am worried. Time will tell.

Our sales experience wasnt that great. We felt a lot of pressure to get what our sales rep, Shawn, wanted us to get, not what we wanted. We also ended up with incorrect colors for one of our showers, and when we contacted Simple Bath about it, he reached back out to us and blamed us, covid, and the long turn around time (caused by the pandemic) for the wrong colors. He even showed up unannounced and just walked in the house uninvited to speak with my wife about the issue while I was at work.Our installation experience was the total opposite of our sales experience. The installation team was professional, respectful, helpful, and an all around pleasure to work with.Update: We had a conference with Shawn and the sales manager about the issues we presented. The final conclusion is that the colors will stay as they are and their sales reps will be more conscious of language used during a design consultation. The trespass was brought up in the call, but never addressed.

I was so impressed with the quality of the materials as well as the craftsmanship put in to our new bathroom. The crew that came to our home was timely, considerate and clean. We love our new bathroom!!!

My wife and I went in for our design consult. It was a nice showroom with several mock ups to help you visualize the different pieces. We worked with Shawn, who was polite and very helpful throughout the process.

Amazing Design Technicians. Great company who knows what there doing. They are very reliable and do what they say their going to do. Definitely get your moneys worth with this company. Highly recommend.

It’s almost a year after I contacted Simple Bath to remodel my stand in shower and my bathroom is finally finished. I contacted Simple Bath in spring of 2018. My project was started in August of 2018. The Onyx basin installed had a crack in it that caused water damage from my second story bathroom down to my living room. Onyx sent a rep out to repair the basin, which promptly leaked again, repeating the water damage I had just had dried out. Simple Bath repaired everything free of charge. Imperial drywall was excellent in repairing my textured ceiling. I struggled with the glass door installation company, as the first time they came they did not finish the job and left no contact info to call to finish it as well as installing scratched parts. The second time the glass was installed, there was not an adequate buffer of rubber at the bottom, so it leaked water outside the stall. So far, all the issues had been with the contractors Simple Bath had for the glass and shower basin. In late September of 2018, it was ok to use my shower. Unfortunately, less than three months later the caulking on two of the three shower shelves started to give and the shelves were wobbling and no longer safe to use. Simple Bath sent someone out the same week to fix them and I haven’t had any issues since. This is the only real fault I’ve found with Simple Bath itself (not the contractors). I feel like newly installed shelves should not be coming off loose after less than three months, especially when I’ve only had a bar of soap and small shampoo bottles on them.Simple Bath has been very quick to respond and work with me to ensure customer satisfaction. They really do have great customer service.Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience. Like I said, most of the issues have been with the work that Simple Bath has contracted out. I wish there was some way for them to ensure higher quality in the work they have contracted out.

My sister and I got our bathroom remodeled in 2017. Make sure a woman is involved in the design process, I think that would have made our experience more positive. We were drawn to the company because of their lifetime warranty. The installers were great! However, the company is limited in the design that they can do. Their designers are not good. They do the bare minimum. If you want a renovation that has character do not go with Simple Bath. I guess thats why its called Simple Bath. They only have a limited selection of materials and colors for you to choose from. They are over priced and the price does not include painting the walls or replacing the door. For our little, tiny bathroom they wanted almost $1000 just to paint. It has only been a year since we had it remodeled and we have already had to have things replaced. The mirror is peeling and the material on the knobs to open up the cabinet peeled off also the toliet seat started to peel. I figure that is why they offer a lifetime warranty because some of the materials are cheap. It also cost for them to come and replace things. I would advice people to cut out the middle man and just hire a contractor.

This company has it so fine tuned. They did a complete total bathroom makeover of our guest bathroom and replaced toilet and flooring in our master bathroom. All completed in 4 1/2 days! They are punctual, clean workers and all craftsmen on the job are extremely respectful of your home. The finished product is fabulous and so beautiful. Too pretty to use LOL..... Everytime I turn the light on to go in, Im taken aback by the showers magestic statement. It turns a small bathroom into an oasis spa. This was done 6 months ago right before the Christmas holiday. No problems at all have arisen.

Very unprofessional company. They scheduled us for an appointment at 8am on a Saturday morning. I had to shift my schedule around to be available and no one showed up or called. Dont let these people waste your time.
