This is the 2nd time Ive used Miracle Method and they have done fantastic work again. I had a 1970s era tile shower in white that was starting to show its age in the grout. The tiles still looked good, but it was time to have the entire tub/surround glazed over. We had a plumber replace the faucet setup with a more modern single handle. This resulted in about 12 tiles around there needing to be replaced. That was not an issue at all for Miracle Method.Super happy with the service.The 1st tub they did a few years ago continues to look amazing like the day they finished.

They did a great job refinishing our bathtub! It looks beautiful! Two days and they were done! The worker was very respectful, professional, and taped everything off and left everything clean. Very pleased! Would hire again!

Miracle Method was a HUGE cost and time saver. We had a manufacturer patch fail and then a crack developed. MM was able to come in and do a fiberglass bathtub bottom rebuild and solve all of my issues without the costs associated with a complete remodel (meaning, destroying the bathroom by ripping out the tub and tile surround to replace the tub). All of my water problems were solved by MM in 3-4 hrs for a fraction of the cost! Amazing! Highly recommend to anyone.

Kevin was on time, kind, friendly and did a fantastic job. He resurfaced a 2-year old shower floor that was too slippery. Ive only taken two showers since it was done, but as Im 78 years old and have serious balance problems, this truly may have been a life saver. It is fantastic! No more slipping on the wet floor. Miracle Method just resurfaced my master bathroom shower pan and it looks AMAZING! It really looks brand new! I wish I would have known about them 5 years ago. The technician, Jary, was the nicest guy and did a great job. After I saw the first part of the job finished I started thinking about other projects that needed to be done. I’m having them come back to do the tub upstairs. Every employee I dealt with was fantastic and I would highly recommend them. I have an old cast iron bathtub and Miracle Method refinished it in classic white. It looks great! The workman was professional, efficient, and left the space cleaner than he found it. The cost was expensive, but worth it for the expense, time, and mess it would take to tear out and install a new tub. I’m hopeful it will last a long time and glad 5-year warranty is included.

Adam was our technician he came in and went right to work he was so quiet outside of the fan and the vacuum cleaner we hardly knew he was there. He was so respectful and so diligent. He worked for about 5 and a 1/2 hours cleaned up very well after himself came back the next day for about 45 minutes and my beautiful tub was completely refinished. I could not be happier with the tub the texture the colour and the workmanship. I highly recommend these people. Especially Mr. Adam

They did a beautiful job on my shower! Everyone I worked with was super helpful and very professional. I would definitely do it all over again. I was super excited that they could do two different colors. It really made my shower look fabulous. I also have a custom shower. I was worried that fixing it would be out of my price range. This was not only a beautiful and easy fix, but by far the most economical.

I had my bathtub and tile surrounding bathtub refinished -Ryan did an amazing job, he was so kind and helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions. When I found out the price of having my bathtub replaced, I knew I couldnt afford that, but Miracle Methid is affordable and a great option, it looks great! Courtney our installer was very courteous an worked very hard and did an excellent job. Some our tiles were in bad shape and needed some repair. When he was done everything looked like new. After the job was complete he cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased and would reccomend Miracle Method to others who are looking to refresh their bathroom and shower.

This was a very professional group! These old baths in this historical home look brand new. We will have them back soon for another project! Do not hesitate to use them!

I feel like the refinishing was done well but I wasnt expecting there to be new damage from the refinishing. The ceiling was taped off to make sure it was protected but when the technician peeled it off it also took the paint of ceiling with it. The ceiling was perfectly fine before the refinishing but now Ill have to pay a painter to fix the damage done by Miracle Method. I pay Miracle Method to fix one issue only to create another. The pictures show the good work but also show the damage very clearly. Miracle Method claims the conditions were less than perfect which is the reason for the paint damage but that is not the case. They are simply looking for an excuse.

Miracle method is excellent. Jary came out to fix our tub. You cannot tell where it was cracked. Very clean and didnt leave a mess. I was very impressed and will only use them from now on.

Miracle Method refinished our kitchen and bathroom several years ago. It truly was a miracle! When they were done using their proprietary process, everything looked brand new. We recently called them back, because we caused some problems by not following their cleaning instructions. They redid the work that needed to be redone. They did the work cheerfully, perfectly, accurately and at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend Miracle Method to any of our friends or acquaintences.

I have given them a four-star review. The only reason I didnt give them a five-star review is a small error in miscommunication about the work to be completed. Jerrod, my technician, was terrific. He was excellent at his job—professional, kind, respectful, and extremely communicative. The miscommunication piece stems from my original quote for Justin. Justin and I explained the work I needed to be done and what his recommendations were to complete the request. I agreed to Justins assessment and was given a quote for the price I accepted. When my technician, Jarrod, arrived, he was unaware of the extra work to be completed. He was happy to complete the extra work and did so excellently. He told me the original quote would be a little bit more. The book had to be done, so I agreed. I wish that lapse in communication didnt happen from the quoting employee to work performing employees. I would still recommend the company. I would be particular on the actual work being quoted being listed out.

Big shout out to Jerry who reglazed our old pink tub...he was very friendly and professional in everything he did. We got 6 inches on snow the night before and the roads were pretty bad in the morning but Jerry was right on time to finish up the job....great value and it looks amazing!

Tony who did the work for us was excellent, very professional. I can tell she has a super work ethic and takes great pride in her work. One thing that I was very disappointed in is the non slip surface. I had no idea the non slip surface was going to be so prominent and painful to sit on. Our bath tub had a non slip surface that was flush with the bottom of the tub. My grand kids nor I can take a bath because of the surface. If I had known this was going to be the case I would not have had it applied.I will, however, definitely recommend you but well let the person or persons to whom I recommend you know about the non slip surface.

I had a great experience with miracle method in Columbus. Mary in the office was super helpful even though I asked her a billion questions. Our technician whose name I cant remember was lovely. He was friendly and thoughtful and seem to love his work.I would definitely contact them again if we had other projects and well definitely recommend them to friends.

We’ve been using a lot of contractors the past two year while doing renovations on our home and these guys are by far one of the best to work with. Super friendly, very timely, great quality work, and good price. Super paineless process. Our house is 100 years old and we didn’t want to tear out our bathtub and potentially get into a bunch of other issues, so instead we had them refinish our tub in a nice fresh white and it looks great!

I recently had Miracle Method resurface my kitchen counters- Justin came out to the house to take measurements, show me my options and was very respectful of my preferences to keep the existing backsplash as well as some of the detailing along the backsplash. He assisted with completing a special order bull nose edging which gave my counters a whole new look! Courtney completed to resurfacing, showed up on time and was vert attentive to details! He stayed longer on the first day to ensure everything was done thoroughly and to my liking. The final product is incredible and has definitely given my kitchen a much needed facelift! It was a cheaper option than completely renovating my kitchen and allowed me to keep the rounded edging o the shelves and ultimately maintain the character of the house. My only suggestion for Miracle Method would be to cover everything BEFORE sanding... I had to spend an hour cleaning dust off of every surface in my kitchen and even in my drawers. But a little cleaning was worth the overall experience and the final result. Thanks Miracle Method!!

My wife and I purchased a 13 year old condo, shower wall tile was like new, however the fiberglass shower pan was over cleaned and badly worn! I made it worse by sanding it. Miracle Method came to my home the next day for a free estimate. And did the work the following business day. $565 for a total transformation looks brand new! It’s a 2 day process and they are very respectful of your home masking everything off neatly! And the guarantee the finish for 5 years. We resurfaced a tub and tile wall, and a tiled walk-in shower. I love love love the gray speckled finish I chose. Am very happy with the quality of the finish, and knowing I NEVER have to clean grout again!

I am pleased with the results on both my tub/tile, and my kitchen countertops and island top. Tony was here two and a half days to complete both projects. The results are nothing less than what I hoped they would be when I decided on Miracle Method. The fumes were aired out within a couple more days. I am happy I made this decision.

The folks at Miracle Method were 1000% top notch from top to bottom!! Courtney was the best!! He went above and beyond with the work he did on out shower/tub refurbish. He was here on time daily. Explained everything and answered all of our questions as well. Very clean and left our house the way he found it.

They came out a few days after I called them. We went over the pricing and colors of what we wanted and scheduled the install. Even after experiencing some issues with tools the day we scheduled, they got it completed in one day, came out on day two to remove masking and clean up and everything was ready to go. The only downside is the smell and dust it creates which they disclosed upon initial appointment and again when the installer came out. Everyone was great to deal with. We are very happy with how it turned out and would recommend to anyone wanting a refreshing look on any surface.

We just had our shower stall and surrounding tile done and it looks great. The shower is 14 years old and the grout and shower pan were impossible to get really clean. We looked at replacing the tiles but after visiting the MM sales room we decided to go with their service (at about half the cost of re-tiling.) Everyone we dealt with from the office staff, to Michael the salesperson who came to our home, to Robert, who did the work, was very professional. They thoroughly explained the process and Robert did a great job of installing. We had a couple of questions during the process and their customer service was excellent.

This place is magical the people here are phenomenal the level of care, support and dedication these people have are like non other.

The overall experience was super. Nurgi and her co-worker worked diligently and without stop for 2 days to repair both an aging tub and kitchen sink that had a crack. Toni is a skilled and talented tradesman. The new surface on the old tile looks great now and he finished the job with a very professional looking caulk. I have never seen anyone take so much care to ensure that the job was done so neat and clean. NO MESS left for me to deal with at all. The entire backsplash resurfacing job was completed in just two days. No need now for a pricey kitchen remodel. Our experience with Miracle Method was very positive.

Everything went well and the tubs look beautiful. Since we are selling the house, we have not used the tubs so cant gauge the durability. I have every reason to believe they will be fine when cleaned as recommended.

My experience with Miracle Method was very good. My technicians names was Tony, he was very polite, professional and respectful. He arrived right on time each day and cleaned up afterward. The finish on our tub and tile came out beautiful, looks like new again. The professionalism and result were five stars, however I gave four stars because I feel the price was a little high for my small bathroom.

We had two different tubs done. One was adding an easy step, the other was a refinish. There was some miscommunication between the person that originally came out and the gentleman doing the work as the step was not placed where we had discussed. Also the guy that did the work was very friendly and polite but his caulking around the easy step looks horribly messy. He also smoked on our driveway, which isnt too big of a deal but he tossed his butt there which I hate.The tub we had painted does look good though.
