Nope. If there were 0 stars Id use it. Company abandoned the job. Demod my space and left me and my children with the pictures attached after scheduling a work date and after deposit given. As u can see, we were living with mold and they didnt treat the space but instead left it open for work to be done 3 days after.. Called store for 3 hours on scheduled date and no answer but when my fiance called from his phone, they answered 🤔. Yes, my guy went to demand my deposit back and yes, he was screaming because we had been stood up for days with no answer from owners. Receptionist just stood there in surprise as if she couldnt understand why we were upset. 3 weeks with no restroom, exposure to mold and very passive attitude over it all. Owner decided to hide behind workers with excuses that have nothing to do with customer - Brother sick? very unprofessional. Remember that they subcontract other smaller companies to do the actual work. Talk is a good game for them- do your research and compare prices. Much better businesses in this area for tile and Granite - counter top solutions is #1

The ladies in the office are incredibly sweet! Sam and his team did an awesome job.. My new counters and back splash look amazing. I did have a couple of minor issues (I may have been nit-picking), but they had someone out the next day to fix it.

From start to finish, Nina, Sam and the rest of the Cruz flooring crew went above and beyond! Nina helped me choose the best marble for my kitchen decor and what I was envisioning. They kept in touch with getting our installation scheduled. Installation was a breeze and we couldn’t be more happy with our new marble countertops!

They did a good job installing my granite counter tops however there was a stain that developed on my granite and I contacted them about it they came and looked at it. I was told that they would order something to take care of it. That was a year ago and I never heard another word. I now want to change my flooring from carpet to hard wood but I wont be using them. We were told by Sam that the stain was not due to anything we had done. In addition we were never told that there would be a cost to fix the stain. We were told he had to order something and when it came in he would return to fix it. We NEVER put anything on the counter for any period of time. The counter had only been installed for less than a week when I noticed the stain.

Cruz flooring removed my old bathtub and installed an absolutely beautiful tile shower. They did all the work: demo, tile and plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and best of all they show up when they say they are going to. I would highly recommend them. Also, they do just about everything, cabinets and furniture making too.
