Kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way and had an attention to detail. Much appreciated. Would recommend and would use them again should a need arise.

Thwy also poured a new garage concrete floor which was done very well. My only complaint was interior trim around a new window and door into our house that was installed was not part of the agreement, unknown to us at the time

He said he was on a roof, so I asked if he would like to call me back and he said he would. I never received a call, so I called again on 2/8/19 and left a voicemail. He still never called. I was very disappointed in the service. I have pictures showing the work they did was not ok. They came to install a sink. After a week I noticed a week later water had collected. It took a while but finally they came to fix it. They said it was not sealed well and put more putty. Then the next day after using the sink the putty around the hole just melted off. I messaged him and he said he would come by a look at it. That was December 30th. I have another leak . I have messaged him all month and he has just ignored me. He finally texted back that he installed it correctly and refused to take responsibility. That it was not his fault that a week later it started to leak. However, no one realizes they have a leak until water has had time to collect. So when I went to go for cleaning supplies I realized it. He also got upset that I had asked him to come back and look at another leak that happened in another sink the night he left after fixing it. Said that it was not his fault and he didn’t touch where it was leaking from. It just randomly started leaking the same day.He also did not install the faucet very well in the kitchen and the weight was not in the right place. When ever I would use the hose it would not go back up. He also was upset that he had to fix that. I’m sure this is an isolated occurrence and I do realize he mostly has good reviews. That is why we choose him. I just wish he treated us with the professionalism he did others. I now have to pay someone else to come fix his mistake. I guess $230 was not a big enough job for him to care.I hate submitting negative reviews. That is why I gave him several opportunities to respond. This whole process started December 1st. I did advise him if we could not come to a conclusion that I would have to file a complaint....he ignored my message.Update : after he has denied any involvement in this and accused me of messing with it so he would have to fix it .... makes no sense .... I have paid someone else to fix this. He has confirmed that the whole disposal was loose and was a simple fix. Everything is in working order. When y’all came the second time the only thing that they did was put so much putty it oozed out the top ... I would not hire this man for small jobs . He does not stand behind his work.
