On 8/13/21 @ approx 11:30 I visited a Super Cuts in Columbus Indiana. I was there trying to get my hair dyed Silver/ Grey and the lady doing my hair who is also the manager of that location was very confident in her ability to execute this color until my head was coated in bleach & she went into explaining this would be a process but kept reiterating that it would be grey/ silver when she got done just more faint than I was wanting again mentioning the process. As I sat in the chair the other stylist (aggressive blonde w/ mohawk) walked over to me and was discussing this process and how she tried to do it to an Asianwho was very dis- satisfied with the results which angered & offended the stylist and she proceeded to loudly announce that the client group she dislikes the most are the sand N×××ers (not sure who this is referring to). Those were (her) EXACT words not filtered though. I gasped & let her know I was not going to be an ally in her HATE speech. And was horrified she would talk like that anywhere let alone a place of buisness. She continued to stand by her words although she said she shouldnt have said it, it is how she feels. The manager immediately contacted her district manager who spoke to me on the phone & let me know it would be handled immediately in one of 2 ways, firing the stylist or offering her cultural sensitivity classes. Learned she is still working there. Be aware.

I specifically asked to keep mullet so I dont have to have back of neck shaved, but thats exactly the first thing she did, cut it all off, it will. take months to grow back.

I am a stylist here n we have all new stylist that will do an awesome job

I went in and asked for light ash blonde and the stylist, Bralyn, made it dark red brown. She didnt talk to me and then didnt use conditioner when she did the wash and then spent 30 minutes blow drying it without heat protectant. Worst hair experience Ive ever had. Will never go back

I was going to spend my money here until I read all the terrible reviews about there experience and the over priced hair cuts !!! No way will I ever go here ! I will be making sure to let my friends and family know !

I have used BoRicks for a long time. However, it has changed in the last months. They cant keep stylists, and if you make an appointment they will call just a few minutes before you should be there and tell you they cant do your hair. I have had this happen twice. They tell me they have had other call in and they accepted the. She told me the last time she can do 7 haircuts in the time for 1 color. If they arent going to do color they should just offer hair cuts.

I came in she told me to sit down I did. Then she went outside and sat in her car I’ve been waiting inside by myself for about an hour 🤣. Never got my hair done 😂😂

My husband was there today for a cut. The stylist butchered his hair. Its uneven and cut very poorly. We paid way to much for it to look so bad

I told the girl exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it with a 4 on the sides and a 6 on the top and then my bangs cut with scissors to about my eye brows, I even showed a picture of me with the hair cut from the last time it was cut somewhere else. What I ended up with was no where near what I asked for and I look like a complete idiot. I couldnt be more upset. I do not recommend this place at all and I will never be back, in fact I will go out of my way to make sure people I know do not go here. Worst haircut Ive ever had, hands down.

Easy in out. Short wait. Small parking lot and spaces. 2/3 people working at a time. Not a spa. Fair prices.

I went in at 4:50 only to be greeted with We close at 5. Try the location at the mall. I suggest finding other avenues to get your haircut.

Great Staff. Kendra and Brooklyn have done my last 30 or so haircuts and they always do an excellent job. I drive out of my way to get my hair cut here.

Five days after my haircut. Still trying to fix it myself. Its a simple fade. If you want to learn how to cut hair, go to this borics. Youd be surprised what you can teach yourself in the mirror.

Got us in and cut 3 people hair and one of them being a special needs 2 year old!!!

First time to this location..... I would recommend Brooklyn..... she did an excellent job on my hair and my husbands hair.

They do a really good job looks good every time I walk out from getting my haircut.

I went to Borics on April 4, 2014. It was absolutely the worst hair cut I have ever received in my life. I have curly hair and like to wear it combed back. Until it grows back it will be sticking straight up because it will not lay down. CAUTION THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT OR THIM CURLY HAIR AT ALL. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
