With COVID cases on the rise, it was comforting to see lots of cleaning measures in place between customers, and precautions being taken by staff. Lindsay was personable and, most importantly did an excellent job. My hair looked great when she was done and it was an easily recreated style the next day. I will definitely be returning when its time for my next trim!

Misha cut my hair a few weeks ago and did a fantastic job! I came back to have Lauren put some purple in it and am really happy with the results, especially as someone who has never dyed my hair. Highly recommend this salon!

I asked for a pretty simple layered bob/long pixie cut and they lady who cut my hair said it would be “easy peasy” she clearly could not do the style I asked for even with the multiple reference pictures I provided. She kept trying to add layers and every time she would ask if I liked it and I said no, eventually she just said “want me to style it and go from there?” At this point I had been there for over an hour (I did not come in with much hair so there was no reason for it to take so long) she didn’t use any product or heat protection while styling my hair. After she was done she asked again if I was happy with it and I just wanted to leave before she messed it up more so I said I guess so. I could have done a way better job myself. I have NEVER left a bad review on anything before but this haircut is just AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CUTS!!

Went here for the first time for a color consult, dye and cut from misha, and she was fantastic! She gave me some great advice on what color of pink to go for so that the color would last longer and Id get more value for my buck. She was patient with me and my indecisiveness and helped greatly in me making the right decisions. I came out with a great looking rose/pastel pink and I couldnt be happier! Ill definitely be back and highly recommend others coming here too, see misha or any one else for that matter, they all do a great job!

So this is the first time Ive been in a salon in over ten years. Normally I trust my hair to no one. I walked in, the place smelled nice was clean. The young lady there was absolutely amazing! Darian greeted me, we talked about what I wanted. Told her I wanted an under cut with a beautiful design. She took care of me i less than a half hour. Talked to me. Made me feel at home. Lindsey was awesome! A welcoming, clean, and fun place. I changed the side of my head and it was a little nervous about such a big change, but lindsay is adept hairstyling abilities put my mind at ease. Lindsey has been my regular stylist for almost two years, and shes awesome! My experience stays at awesome every time I get a haircut. Even if Lindsey is not available, a fellow stylist is always able to pick up on whatever style we might be working to achieve. Lindsey doesnt mind sharing me as a client with other stylists (haha).I am limited on hairstyles, length, and all that (military regulations), but Lindsey helps me work within those limitations to create a fun or unique style.

Arrived for my appointment and was blown away with all the precautions Bishops takes to keep their staff and customers safe from covid. She is thoughtful, detail-oriented and will transform your hair into exactly what you wanted in the best look for you. If there is anything youre unhappy with, she will take as long as is necessary to get it right. I have gotten full blonde highlights twice from her now, and both times the result was a natural-looking exquisite transformation!

I found Bishops on strands for trans. I only needed a trim as I am growing my hair out. My stylist, Darian did an amazing job not cutting my hair off (as I have dealt with in the past), trimming it, and then styling it. I also felt super comfortable there as that is sometimes a big ask as a newly out transgender woman. My hair looked super cute with the waves Darian put in. Thank you so much! My first time at this shop was excellent. They have thorough COVID-19 screening policies - everyone was properly wearing a mask, they take your temperature at the door, they clean everything, and they limit how many people are in the shop. My stylist Lindsay did a great job with my grown-out pandemic hair and I left feeling sharp and fresh. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my partner.

I tried Bishops because it was close to work, and have stayed because I really like it there. My hair cuts have been so good, and I feel very comfortable there.

Everything about this place was awesome. Very welcoming and inclusive of everyone. Darian did my hair and did an awesome job. I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know exactly. She was able to cut it to what I wanted. She also did an excellent job on the line designs. Very imaginative and creative. I had my eyebrows done as well and they look a whole lot better. Definitely returning here as well as recommending to friends and family.

Love it.Original review:After months of buzzing my own hair in quarantine/staying home, I finally decided to get it cut at Bishops. Online appointment was SUPER easy, convenient, and required before stopping in. Arrived wearing a mask, and saw all the staff was also masked. No seating or guests to promote physical distancing - which is great. My stylist asked me a few brief questions and took my temperature before I got in the chair. I love that they are taking measures to protect their staff and guests. Got a fantastic buzz from Darien with a fun flower design. Great experience!

Just got back from getting my hair cut by Annmarie. They were very professional and also very careful with sanitizing, and social distancing. It was different but not uncomfortable. I’m so thankful for the patience and kindness and friendship from Bishops!

Misha cut my long hair. She is amazing. She is professional, efficient, thorough and personable. She always has wonderful suggestions and advises for healthy and fashionable hair. I have referred many of friends and families.

I went and got a bleach and a color. The atmosphere was nice and everything, people really nice, and so on. However, the stylist really dropped the ball when it came to my hair. She didn’t bleach it for NEARLY as long as it needed to be, nor did she do the bleach properly. I have brown spots (my natural color) on my hair, and parts of my hair barely retained the color while parts have very strong color. This isn’t shading, it’s a bad dye job. She also didn’t spread the dye evenly nor did she leave the dye in for as long as it needed, and she didn’t take measures other places do in order to get the dye to stick. With tip and regular cost, it was roughly $160. I got a bleach and color at another place a year ago (one they said was not great, as they price based on the speed of which someone is in and out), and it was much better, costed $40 less, and took longer. That dye job was very even, their bleach job was steady and thorough, and overall 10x better than Bishop’s.I kept a couple stars because of the nice service, but my hair looks... not great. Patchy, faded in some places and bright in others, and probably not going to last very long. Stick to haircuts, and you should be fine.

Ann Marie kept everything clean and safe during my recent visit. I was the only client in the shop during a special morning appointment. Her cutting and styling skills are exceptional and I am always pleased with my hair afterwards.

I went to Bishops today and got a trim using my coupon for a free hair cut for a first time customer. When I walked in I instantly loved the vibe! It’s a very welcoming, safe place for all people to come and get their hair cut, colored, trimmed, buzzed, or a beard trim. They stylists are talented and considerate! I LOVED Leah! I’m going to recommend all of my friends go to her, especially for the vibrant colored hair because Leah is just phenomenal. Not going anywhere else for my hair again! Thanks Leah and the ladies!!!!
