Phenomenal experience. I was so stressed because I needed an affordable place to keep my college dorm materials in, and this place saved me. Not only good prices, but the woman at the front desk, I believe her name is Jessica, was so personable and welcoming. Ill recommend this place to others :)

Rachael was very pleasant. She made sure that we understood everything that happening. She took us to see the unit before we leased it, plus she explained and demonstrated to us how the lock works. When you lease a unit, you are given a complimentary gift bag that contains a coffee mug and keychain, that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the experience and the customer service was great. So as a military family PCSing down to Ft. Benning we were running late and past closing time. We had spent hours in traffic and when we called to let them know we were going to be showing up after work hours, Rachel Hughes answered and said she would wait for us.
