Kevin in the service department was exceptional. There was an issue whether something was covered under warranty or not. He took it to management for us and along the way he went above and beyond communicating with me. Even if there was nothing new to report, he let me know that too. He just wanted to make sure i knew he didnt forget about it. Excellent customer service seems hard to find today, but Kevin exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciated him keeping me informed and in the end getting the result we had wanted.

I had to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, a standard vehicle recall notice, and an odd electrical anomaly - all separate visits. One of the service advisors, Scott Edgell, assisted me with all the maintenance requests. He was professional, courteous, and highly communicative during vehicle drop off on proposed service work and during the maintenance periods with general updates and when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. He was kind enough to wait after the service center closed for me to pick up my car after left work late.Germains service technicians are experienced and efficient - the head mechanic was able to solve my weird anomaly without much difficulty. The service center always made an effort to make sure a loaner vehicle was available for each of my appointments - which were always clean and in great condition.I live an hour away from this dealership, however, my experience with Germain Infiniti and Scott and his team has earned my trust and continued business.

I initially went to the infinity competitor and honestly just didn’t feel as though they took the time to really understand my car issue. That was not the case at the Easton location. Kimberley took the time to just listen to my concerns and so did the young gentleman who might drop the vehicle off too. Though I did have to press a little bit after an initial review of my vehicle, at the end of the day instead of being a $1300 repair it was $150. I appreciate you taking the time just to listen. Thank you!

Scott Edgell’s customer service skills cannot be matched! He treated every customer as if they were the only customer in the dealership. I really didn’t know that I was not only buying a car when I purchased the Infiniti but was buying excellent long term service with this company. Thank you Scott!

Scott Edgell and his team in the service department were exceptional to me. Scott got in me in as soon as the parts came in. His people skills are awesome!! Thanks Infinity for bringing Scott on board, he is a definitely a great addition! Also the receptionist Kim is excellent as well, she followed up on all my messages and even called me to check if everything was good. Now how wonderful it that!!!Thank you, Scott Edgell and Kim... dont ever change.

I was scheduled for an oil change for my 2016 Infiniti QX60. I arrived on time, and decided to sit in the lobby as I waited for Jack to finish.We are given the option to stay or leave, and I opted to stay which was a relaxing and quiet experience in the lobby. Though it took a couple hours, I expected that since I was given the option to leave and come back; for me, it was okay to wait. Just want to let future clients know in case they are in a hurry.As far as the service: Jack was excellent. Very professional, communicative, attentive, and thorough in explaining what he did (oil change, key fob batter replacements, brake diagnosis, washer fluid replacement, and exterior cleaning). I would definitely say I received superb service for an EXCELLENT price (I had a coupon saved in my Apple Wallet).I would say search online for coupons, Germain is fair in honoring them, and it definitely makes an amazing service even more worthwhile. Every employee was sweet and professional, I will now be going here to get my vehicle serviced (and a possible future trade in). Highly recommend.

We purchase a certified pre-owned Infiniti at an Infiniti dealer in Northern Ohio, owned for 2 weeks and noticed a strange vibration at highway speeds. I was on the highway and this vibration started, was close to Germain Infiniti of Easton, called and spoke with Kimberly Knight, explained my situation, advised vehicle was not purchased at Germain (they did not have the specific vehicle we were looking for at time of purchase), further explained that I am unsure if this is normal for the vehicle or if there is an issue since we were unfamiliar with how the vehicle drove when new. Kimberly, was very understanding of my situation, advised in her words, sounds like we need to check this out for your peace of mind and determine if this is an issue that needs addressed. I told her that we were less than 20 minutes from the dealership, she told me to come straight there and a service manager will take a ride with us immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was able to drive right in the the service bay, that is where we were greeted by Scott Edgell. Scott was aware that we were on our way and was ready to take a ride where he diagnosed there is an issue that needs to be addressed. He was able to schedule an appointment for that Saturday morning, just a couple days after the initial visit. When we arrived on Saturday morning, we were provided the key to a brand new Infiniti loaner vehicle, and was told they will call to advise after the mechanic checked it out. Problem was diagnosed and repairs completed the following Monday and further accommodations were made by Scott for vehicle pick up after hours due to our conflicting work schedule.I am so impressed with the “white glove” service provided to me from the moment Kimberly answered my call and all the communication and assistance provided by Scott, especially knowing that our Infiniti was purchased elsewhere. I regret that I was unable to meet Kimberly as she truly was a helpful breath of fresh air from the moment I called. Due to the care and personalization provided by Kimberly and Scott, they will be my go to for any service needed.
