Fernando I believe was his name on and his co worker 09/26/2021.Yes 5/5 is what they deserve. Had an appointment at 3:30pm to switch all my tires but my lug bolts were all rounded and needed replaced.they didn’t have none in stock. And they called stores around to make sure I had them. They closed at 5pm but I told them I need my car for tommorow for Work and they stayed way passed 5pm to work on my car and waited on parts. I’m beyond shock because anywhere else they would have told me tommorow. Excellent customer service as well.

This location consistently delivers excellent customer service and prompt, well executed repairs. They also offer headlight restoration for cloudy or yellow headlights. This is a much more cost effective way to regain night time driving vision than replacing faded headlight housings.

I must say I am impressed with Fernando. My check engine light was on. Nothing but annoyed with it was your gas cap from another place. Replaced the gas cap. It came back on. Called the dealership where I bought it you need a diagnostic ran. We can get you in in 2 weeks.Tire Choice was then recommended to me. I called. Fernando was awesome about explaining things. Followed up with the dealership to find out how my warranty would work. I stopped in and he ran the quick test. Need another test ran to determine the issue. But I will be back to have that done and the issue resolved.I would highly recommend.

On Monday 05/17/2021, I reached out to tire choice spoke to Fernando (very nice gentleman?)to inquire if they can remove a broken plastic cap from the tire as my tire was flat due to a puncture from a foreign object. Set an appointment for today, 05/18/2021, cautiously drove my plug tire to the shop. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andre, who was working the front. From start to finish, extremely professional gave me excellent information on my vehicle. I had a great conversation while Fernando serviced my car. Tire choice will be my choice for my tire needs. Just went in to plug a tire. Fernando was personable and made sure my job was a priority. I had a chance to talk to them about some of their other services. They know their stuff and I feel like i can trust this group.

I was scheduled to leave town the next day when my rear brakes started making it grinding noise while backing up. They were able to fit me in as a walk-in and got the parts and vehicle repaired before close that evening. Awesome service.

Had a puncture in my tire that couldnt be repaired, called Tire Choice and they were able to get me in on the same day as well as called around and found a vendor with my model tire. Andre is a very personable and genuinely tries to help his customers. Fernando did a great job swapping out the tire and test driving before sending me on my way. Will definitely be going back when I need a new set of tires. All around a pleasant experience.

The price was about triple what it should be for brake work. The employees are friendly enough and the location is clean, but I was quoted $1500 for pads and rotors. I called the Firestone across the street and was able to get them for $750.

It sucks getting a flat tire, but Andre and Fernando at Tire Choice made the difference. Fast, friendly and professional service. I had them do an oil change and fix a tie rod too. Prices are good here...no gouging. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be taking my car here from now on for repairs and maintenance.

I needed an oil change, had a small leak, and was told i had to have full synthetic oil and it would be 75$$ i knew better so I called tire choice and Andre was a knight in shining armor!!! He gave me what I knew I needed a conventional oil change ...... then he actually called me before doing a couple of other things, he didnt just do it then charge me. They over charge work they do. If you put a down payment on work to be done, because of the outlandish over charge and dont want it done. They send a solicitor to call you to not give you your refund back.

We’ve brought our cars here for a while because they are the most affordable and the people are nice. However, now they struggle to keep people employed anymore: they either walk out on the job or get fired. Meanwhile they don’t limit appointments so two people are fixing dozens of cars a day while working the front desk. It’s insane and their work is getting sloppy.I asked them to look at my tires while installing new brake pads because they were making a funny noise. When I pick it up they don’t have an answer for the tires because they fired the guy who checked them. As I drive home, a hub cap comes off. My boyfriend checks the others and another one falls off. We let them know and they made no attempts to remedy the situation. Not going back there again.

The Manager is very nice, but the service was all bad they fixed my back passenger tire, but now something wrong with my front drivers tire. I guess I was the wrong color.

I had repairs made on my car on Nov 9th 2020, I brought my car into tire choice for diagnostic due to my check engine light flashing and car stuttering when accelerating, I was advised by the manager Fernando Diaz that one of my spark plugs was going out and it was causing strain on others, I was given an option of repairing the one spark plug and it should run sufficiently and correctly, just only a few days ago on Nov 14 2020 my started the exact same problems car stuttering when accelerating and flashing check engine light. I called this shop to have it looked at and repaired but to only hear that kayla the manager there has no way of taking my car today, she wouldnt be able to see it til the manager Fernando Diaz comes in on Monday 2 days later and to check it others locations can take my car, I called several other locations only to hear they cant look at my car til Tuesday. I call kayla back to ask if can she locate a location because my car is shutting down on me at this point, she cant and has not training to actually repair the car shes as the manager she doesnt have the ability to do the work that Fernando Diaz did. I am left to call corporate # which doesnt reply for 24 hrs and to hopefully have restitution for my car a full refund or my car repaired. I feel I was used and unknowingly lied to, if I was advised by Fernando Diaz the manager that fixing just one of my spark plugs and coils would just burn out the rest I wouldnt have done the work doesnt make sense . Only the manager Kayla told me that but Fernando Diaz did not and I feel deceived. I need my car repaired I am missing work because of this now.

After having issues with another location with my brakes, the manager Fernando looked thoroughly to find the issue I was having and resolved it. He took his time to make sure they were properly fixed and since then Ive had no issues. I will be coming here from now on.

I had a front right ball joint go on my Honda accord. Ive been there before for work done before so I trusted them to be honest. I was told the rotor was damaged plus the tie rods. The estimate was $1900 which included both rotors and pads. There is no damage to the rotor the brakes are fine. The tie rods are fine. Im getting it repaired for half that estimate somewhere else. You have lost a customer for life.

Came to Monro for a tire alignment for my truck and wheel rotation. Was able to get my truck right on the lift and worked on. That in itself was a plus but the icing on the cake was when Monroe employees told me about my control arm and ball joint needing replaced. I love the fact that they took the extra step of letting me know something else was going on with my truck and not just doing the requested service. Their pricing was fair and their staff was very nice and courteous.

First off, one of the few shops in town that will install parts that I bought and brought to the store. Aaron, the manager, is very knowledgeable and does quite a bit of work to his vehicle so he has a lot of first hand knowledge of after-market parts. Price was not cheap, but fair given the quality that they provided. I will definitely use them going forward for any work I want to do to my vehicle and I highly recommend the same.

I was running late, only to discover a flat tire, pulled into Tire Choice the guys were great, thank you very much for amazing service.

My car was overheating on the way back to Maryland. Called on Sunday (NYE Morning) and Chad was able to take care of me. Service was a little pricey, but Fair. They only fixed what needed to be fixed, and kept us informed through out the process. Turned out to require a Thermostat and Coolant Flush. They were supposed to close at 5, but he was willing to stay as late as necessary to get us safely on our way. Even let us charge our phones on his charger so let loved ones know our progress. He also offered to let us take his car to get something to eat.

Walk into Monroe spoke with David and John about getting my oil change and also checking about a clicking noise in my car. Dave and John look at the problem showed me and gave me a great price to fix the clicking and oil change. There lobby was really clean didnt take them long at all to finish my vehicle also set up with an account with defiantly be back for this great service

Aaron the manager absolutely killed it. Not only is he knowledgeable, He fit me in the shop around my school and work schedule which is a tough thing to do, especially when he is just as busy as I am. He got my replacement tire in a day and had my car in and out in 4 hours including a tire change and alignment. The service was great and I will definitely bring my car back if I ever have another problem.

I go to this Monro and have for yrs. The staff is great and very honest. They never try and lie to get me to spend more money and they are on it when it comes to your car. For the most part, they always can tell you what is wrong with your car. It is not expensive, very reasonable. I recommend people to them all the time.

I went into Monro on Monday this week for an oil change. Chad was there alone and was having difficulty with a vehicle ahead of us and couldnt get to the people who were waiting for appointments. He came in and apologized to everyone for the inconvenience and offered a discount for the woman who was waiting. He bent over backwards to make sure that all of us were taken care of and satisfied. He went above and beyond. I really appreciate going to a place where they value their customers and go out of their way. Chad remained calm, friendly and helpful even though the situation was not ideal for anyone. I will definitely be back and refer others.

Hands down worst shop I have ever gone to. Went in for a simple fix and they didnt even install the parts properly. Then they unplugged my cylinders to make me think there was something wrong with my car. They worked on the exhaust so theres no reason at all for them to even be messing around under my engine bay. Had to take my car to another shop to get it fixed properly

I just had my oil and filters changed. I was in and out in very little time. I will definitely go back.

I took my Honda Element to have a manifold gasket replaced. They charged me $215 and told me the problem was my catalytic convertor without replacing the gasket. I went to another (recommended) shop who showed my that my cat convertor was fine and replaced the gasket for $65. Car sounds great now. When I asked for a refund from the Munro manager for the work that they did not do, he blew me off and gave me an 800 number to call. AVOID THESE GUYS and go to real shop that stands behind their work.

I stopped in late Sunday evening to have my brakes repaired. They were almost closed, but Chad stayed passed closing and did a great job on the brakes. He even found time for an oil change and made recommendations for my vehicle. Even though he had to work pass closing, I never felt rushed and the service was very professional.

Took my 2008 Toyota truck in for an oil change and specifically asked NOT to have synthetic oil and about cost. Was told it would be $21.99. Got a call that the truck was ready for pick up and the I owed $75 for the oil change. When I asked why, I was told they put synthetic oil in it as they are required to do so by Toyota. I have since found out that is not accurate; synthetic oil is required to keep 2012 and newer Toyotas compliant with the warranty. Mine is a 2008 so this does not apply. Over the phone I expressed my extreme frustration but was told that $75 was, indeed, the charge. My husband went to pick up the truck and they changed their mind and reduced the charge. However, as a result of this interaction and after going there for over 10 years for oil changes, I will not return again....
