I recently had my outback serviced. I was provided with a very nice loaner car. Brad was my service agent contact. He kept me informed of what was going on with the work and was very honest with cost estimate. It was getting difficult to find exactly the Forester I was looking for. I have been looking for several months in various places in SC where I live. While on biz in the Columbus area did some research and found the Forester I had been looking for. Went in for a test drive and a couple of hours later bought a 2020 Forester with very low miles. Exact color and interior I was looking for. Easy going experience, no pressure which I greatly appreciated. Jeff explained all the details and answered any question I had. Great experience.

I had a very good experience with Byers Subaru Dublin yesterday and I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a Subaru. Subarus are great cars that practically sell themselves, but the staff at Byers helped make the process much less stressful. Sales rep Leonardo and Chad in financing were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy. I admit I didn’t even plan on actually buying a car yesterday. But it was all very easy and I felt like the used Outback I test drove was a bargain. I just couldn’t resist and I have no regrets today! My boyfriend got his Crosstrek from Byers last year and had a similar experience.
Had a great sales experience with Porfirio at Byers Subaru Dublin used car department. He showed me the cars I was interested in and quickly set me up with a test drive as soon as I found one that I liked. After returning from the test drive, there was no pressure from Porfirio for me to buy. He took the time to sit down and go over the numbers with me, gave me some payment estimates, and worked with his sales manager to get a little more for my trade-in than what was first offered. Note: I did make a request that they run my loan application through my preferred bank instead of the bank that they first quoted me. My preferred bank actually came back with a lower rate.Despite recent reports that used car inventories are low and/or overpriced, I felt like Byers had an adequate selection of the models that I was looking to buy at prices that were on par with other dealerships around town. I am a repeat customer and I will definitely plan on checking out Byers Dublin Subaru when it comes time to replace my wifes vehicle in the next couple of years.
Very low service & time consuming. Unorganized & unprofessional—I gave them a call on 8/20/21 regarding the status of my car & the lady at device rep. (For her privacy, I wouldn’t mention her name), told me your car is ready for pick-up.I went On 8/21/21 to pick-up my car, nothing was ready & none had a record of what is gong in services bays. I had to make to 2 trips to replace my engine oil (after their 1st oil change, it started to leak & had to drive again to be fixed). words & records don’t match. Save your self time & check where customers are valued.
Recently purchased a Subaru Outback from this dealership. Great App and online service. Also, the experience at their location was seamless and easy from start to finish. We worked with Keith in finance and Brandon Jackson was our sales representative. Both were pleasant, professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership for purchase.
Visited today and found the car we wanted. Very nice sales person. Agreed on the financials and said we had a deal. Daughter traveling in from out of state to buy the car. I commented multiple times that to mark it sold and tell everyone that the car was taken. I even offered to make a deposit! Well, within two hours the car was sold out from underneath of us. I am disgusted at this dealership practiceReply to Byers comment. 1) the daughter loved the color as we were FaceTiming. 2) I offered a deposit as mentioned above. 3) why didn’t anyone offer me to sign something? The salesperson was nice but I believe needs to be retrained and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. She lost a commission and the dealership lost a sale and received a negative review.

Buyers Subaru Dublin took my 2018 Forester in and helped me remove a jam on my mirror joystick/mirror switch and also helped put a new strip around my driver and passenger window and it was done professionally and they kept in touch with me the entire time. Took my 2019 Forester in for 12000 mile service before a road trip. Just 500 miles in the oil plug was gone and my car was four states away in the middle of no where on the side of the road being towed. Called Byers and did not get the customer service one would expect given their mistake could have caused catastrophic engine failure. Randy Marion Subaru fixed their mistake and went above and beyond for us. Byers Express Service failed at a successful reliable oil change.

I had to take my Subaru impreza to Subaru dealership due to a part of my a.c and heat kept burning out and my mechanic suggested it. Dealing with Subaru has been the easiest experience. They provided me a rental car while my car is being worked on and I didnt charge for the whole week since they had to wait on a part to come in before they could work on it. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Subaru! I love that rental I am using! I am definitely getting one of those Crosstrek in the near future.
I want to say thank you to Atef and the entire team at Byers! Atef went above and beyond and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything prior to purchasing our 2021 Outback. He spent probably an hour showing me the differences and similarities between that and the Forester prior to a test drive as I didn’t have my mind made up on either one. Once I decided on the Outback we worked together to come to a deal. Atef spent an extra hour and a half AFTER signing paperwork to make sure I was familiar with all of the safety features and touchscreen which was great as this is our first Subaru. Sold me a lemon car. I will never own one again. Never have I owned a car that needed a transmission and engine under 120k on it.
Im very disappointed in the service department. If I had known things would be this bad, I would have bought another make of car. When I brought the car in during the summer after receiving multiple notifications that my car was due for an oil change, I was told the car didnt have enough miles on it for an oil change and was turned away. When I brought the car in today, I was told I would have a two-hour wait. (I wasnt allowed to make an appointment for an oil change.) Im 69 years old and there is a pandemic. Yet Byers Dublin Subaru is making no accommodations for the elderly. When I called to ask if my warranty is still valid if I have my oil changed elsewhere, no one would answer the phone.

I knew I was in the right hands with Yasser Hanbali when it came to purchasing my 2020 WRX STI. He is incredibly knowledgeable about these vehicles and made the decision to buy new versus used fairly easy. If youre looking for a WRX or STI, Yasser is your guy.
Disappointed in the length of time it took to match a competing dealerships price. Additionally, they were going to give $1k less than the GTP price for our trade. After an hour or so, they bumped the trade up $500 and that was it. When asked if they could beat the price of the competing dealer, they simply said no. $40k sale out the door.Funny enough, Byers Airport Subaru actually came through and offered the same exact model Ascent for a lower price. They also gave us full value for our trade. Even if the dealers are somewhat under the same umbrella, my family will not be returning to Byers Dublin Subaru.
Our Legacy reached the point it was time to replace the timing belt, a critical component of the engine. Coincidentally this occurred during the Governors Shelter in Place order. Byers had established an excellent approach to handle the situation for our protection & the protection of their employees. Contact was minimum; car was sanitized after major service & oil change; every step was handled efficiently and on-schedule. I might add that the staff was very reassuring, so much so that my wife, an RN, was comfortable with the process. Thanks Byers!
My husband and I went into Byers to just browse for a new car; I had never owned a Subaru and a friend suggested that we check them out. Our salesman, John helped us out with making a decision as to what kind of vehicle we wanted. He was amazing, did not pressure us into buying and walked us through each option and what was truly essential to our needs . We ended up purchasing the Forester, and I absolutely love my vehicle. When it comes time for car shopping again I will definitely go back, simply for the quality of the vehicle and the outstanding customer service.
Sold my family a used GMC December 2020 knowing it was leaking water into the floorboards. Found out Christmas Eve and had to spend 4 days fixing it myself since they were closed for the next 4 days.Bought a separate Mazda five weeks later and made sure Byers wasnt on any list I had while searching. Also steered another person away from buying a used car from them January 2021.Jeffs shortsightedness has already cost this dealership 2 sales.Edit: number provided by owner sent me to someone who couldnt fix the issue and had nothing to do with the initial purchase. Still waiting for a resolution or call-back over 2 weeks later.Make a better decision than I did and just avoid altogether.

Great experience all around. Wed just sold our 2nd car and our family needed to find something soon, but were not up to speed on newer models and we were all over the place. Zach was super easy going, his technical knowledge went very deep into current and past years with all models which made my more difficult questions and concerns get answered quickly and thoughtfully. Over a few days of visiting and online searches we narrowed down to a great car in their inventory and drove away happy. Zach also did a great job reviewing closing paperwork and demonstrating vehicle features with me before ending the sale. Supporting staff from Nick at the used car lot and Charles in finance and whoever the sales manager is all seemed to work well as a team. I bought a Subaru Impreza there about a month ago and overall had a very good experience. The sales and finance people knew their stuff and were friendly, were passionate about the product they were selling and there wasnt a high pressure sales pitch. I would recommend this place. So far, the Impreza is a great car, too.

The folks were very friendly. It was busy this day, but they were very attentive to us and made sure that we got the vehicle we were looking for. Very happy with the purchase and the process.
No problems with the Oil change. Tire rotation is a different story. After tire rotation, went on 650 mile trip. Car was not handling properly in the front end. Went to NTB while at my destination and they found front tires were out of balance. They balanced them and the car handles great ever since. (Note: Car was handling well before the tire rotation also)

My vehicle was due a maintenance check, oil and filter change. I made the tech aware of an issue I had with the A/C. The A/C was checked and apparently nothing was wrong. I would suggest that once the vehicle is complete, someone bring the vehicle to the customer. I was sent to search for my vehicle among so many others. It is poor customer service to have the customer searching for their car in a huge lot. I told the tech that I couldnt find my car . He then went out and brought it back for me. He indicated that my vehicle was quite a ways from the showroom. I would have spent much of my time searching for my car.
I took my car in for a recall and had them look at the transmission because it was making a noise. i was happy they were able to fix the transmission with an update and top off the fluid. what i am not happen about is they told me i had a wheel bearing going out and it was making a screaming noise. which never heard. i asked what the total price was and was told it was $650. i said go ahead and fix it all then. the next day when i got the call it was done i asked again what is the total and it was $1050. i called other dealership and mechanics to find out if 650 dollars for a wheel bearing is correct. I found out that 3 hours of labor is high and the price they charged me is 150-300 dollars to much. i question now if the wheel was even bad. never again
Brought my 2010 Subaru Impreza into them because it was making a clicking noise. The service rep almost immediately diagnosed it as a loose heat shield, rather too quickly, I thought. They tightened it as best they could and charged me $130. One month later, the clicking became a grinding noise. I took it to a local auto repair in Mansfield and they told me my transmission had to be replaced, costing several thousands of dollars. I would expect the Subaru dealer to be more of an expert when it comes to diagnosing problems with a Subaru.

( paying methods, account number & details ) so I decided to cancel repay my money 💰Finally I go there.. so many times.. financial department jay he’s name.I am disappointed 😔 . Still now I didn’t get

Mixed and frustrating results from the Service department over the first 18 months of my new Subaru Outback touring edition. Overall, staff are friendly and helpful in person. However, staff referred me to the Service Manager but he never returned my voice messages. Over the phone, staff informed me I did not need to schedule service but when I arrived I was informed I needed an appointment. I’ve learned the hard way I cannot get a straight & reliable answer to scheduling over the phone so I drive to the dealer to make my appointments. Brand new top-of-the-line Outback and I have experienced several electronic malfunction. The car has 32 microchips, heated seats, heated steering wheel, electronic tailgate and locks; car’s battery has a hard time handling the load. The warranty covered replacing the non-working navigation/radio unit with a refurbished one. Car does not reliably start in cold weather. Neither do the remote starters. Had the car jump started twice in the last week. Another appointment scheduled for diagnostics.
I cannot say enough good things about Byers Subaru and Zach Jenkins! I researched a LOT and they matched the best price I could find. We went to the dealership to get the Legacy we had agreed upon, sat in a Crosstrek, and changed our mind. With only 30 minutes before closing, I asked Zach if it would still be possible to test drive a Crosstrek, kind of expecting to be encouraged to take the Legacy we had already agreed to. Instead, he asked me how long we planned to keep our new vehicle, and when I said forever, he said a few more minutes isnt an issue when you are talking about something you will have forever.Long story short, the dealership closed at 8:00 and we didnt leave until 9:45 on a Thursday night, followed by the Manager, the Finance Manager, the Prep Tech, and Zach. Everyone stayed to make sure we were able to drive home in the car that was right for our family, no matter how late it made them in getting home to theirs.I would HIGHLY recommend Zach Jenkins, and Byers Subaru, if you are considering a new or used car purchase in the future...best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!!!🚙🚘
I took my WRX in for service and even though I have an extended gold warranty, they tried to charge me for the repairs.They even attempted to charge me for the diagnosis testing because even though the check engine light was on, they could not identify the issue... ...arent these guys supposed to be certified from Subaru?And to add insult to injury, when I was attempting to talk about this concern the service person continued to interrupt me and NEVER LET ME FINISH A SENTENCE.I had to call Subaru of N. American to intervene.I was even told on a recorded line that 99% of the items were covered by my warranty, and then after the car was done, they tried to charge me for the repairs.Be careful, thats called Bait and Switch and is illegal in the state of Ohio.
Excellent customer service - not pushy and went extra mile to find car I wanted. Took the time to learn what I wanted and when the car came in, took the time to explain its features and functions. This is the second car our family has bought from them and we highly recommend Byers Dublin Subaru!

Love our Subaru, service experience has been average, seems every time we have been in there they are short-staffed and use it as an excuse. Prices for basic services are pretty high, compared to our favorite Honda dealer.

Went there to look Subaru Foresters Premium trim and the salesman put me in a different car for a test drive (despite having the trim lvl I wanted in stock) and then when I wanted to talk about price and color options he went to take care of a walk in customer even though I had an appointment. When we finally discussed price he was dismissive and gave me a price $1,100 than their competitor, wouldn’t negotiate any further, kept trying to upsell me to a higher trim level for even more money. Went to a competitor the next day and bought a new car.
We have taken my moms leased Subaru Legacy back 3 times in the last 2-3 years to get a paint issue fixed on the passenger door. Every time the service department takes the information, takes pictures, talks to the body shop, and then no one follows up with information to get my moms car fixed. We are currently working on our 3rd trip to get this fixed and cant get Patrick Biles to return any phone calls with information about how to get it repaired. Constantly following up and only getting voicemail, never get a return call. Waiting to hear back, how this is handled, will determine if I turn the car back in and lease/buy from another manufacturer. Have been a Subaru owner for 18 years. Great car, lousy service!
Byers Dublin Subaru has done a great job on all my repairs. I had a pretty big warrenty claim. They found my car was still under warrenty and fixed my car with no questions asked. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly. My Service advisor was named Gary. I came in for a oil change and was met in a very friendly and efficient manner. The serviced my Outback and had me out the door in a little over an hour (3 cars were ahead of me). I love the fact that I am able to bring my dog with me while I wait as she misses me if I have to leave her at home. Very pleasant staff in all areas.

Bought a Impreza a year ago from this dealer and since moving out west to California with it, my Impreza has needed a few tune ups. Luckily Byers mechanics/ service specialist, Gary Zornes, had the patience to deal with my abundance of unknown questions and more! He was so kind on the phone and pulled up my cars history quickly. Which in turn helped me with what services I may need next. He is a honest man, whom I place my trust in for repairs needed on my car- and that just looking on paper miles away! Hes never seen my car in person but for the paper maintenance, and Imprezas needs now, he knows what hes talking about! I would recommend him to anyone with a Subaru!

The dealership has done a decent job at being quick for service appointments where you can wait. Times when a major service is needed and I need a car and not the shuttle, they have been able to get me a rental for a minimal cost for the day. Dealership is nice and plenty of coffee and snacks. My salesman that sold me my car (4 years ago) still speaks with me when he sees me and knows me by name.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! I brought my car in two months ago, they did two recalls on it for free. We had to bring it back twice because they kept messing it up. They took my engine out TWICE and one of the recalls was on the valve seals. Well now my engine blew up only 2 months later and I found out that this has happened to others after this same recall was done. I tried to call Byers to talk to them about it and of course they acted like it wasnt their problem. So now I have to pay $2,500 for a new engine and be without a car for 2 week until its fixed. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and just want to warn others so this doesnt happen to them, especially during this covid-19 pandemic.
I have never had an easier time shopping for a new car. We worked with Ross and highly suggest him to anyone in the market for a new car. He was patient and very accessible throughout the entire process. He was also very transparent with me throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. I can say for certain that we will use Byers Subaru and Ross in the future for our next car purchase.

I was very pleased with my experience at Byers Subaru Dublin in purchasing my 2019 Outback (my third Subaru). The sales person,Zack Jenkins, was very pleasant to deal with during my purchase. I appreciated his straightforward approach and getting me through the process in an efficient but friendly way. I do not need a backslapper or an arrogant attitude and did not get this with Zack. We closed the deal in one sitting with mutual satisfaction. Cant ask for more.

Like all Subaru dealerships Ive dealt with, Byers is no different. Their service is top notch. My car broke down while out of town, and my service representative got me a loaner car while the part was being ordered. Thank you for always being costumer focused.
Overall service was good. Took a couple months to get the appointment scheduled due to the recall, which was expected. I tried to get the vehicle in sooner because my CEL was on and no one contacted me back. Luckily, the light turned off on its own.The service staff was kind enough to let me know what I should expect to replace in the future. I was concerned about the AC performance but they reassured me it is working fine - Im just used to different makes of vehicles.I paid for the summer maintenance special which was supposed to include a car wash but that step seemed to have been missed. Also, they did not provide me with a new oil change internal sticker which seems silly but I rely on that to know when I should call formy next service.
