I felt like the cost was a little high especially since it still is not running right. I also couldnt understand why I had an appointment and it was the next day when they started working on it.

I was recommended to them by Ford due to an issue I’m having with my Mazda’s transmission and was completely blown away by how nice, awesome, and knowledgeable they are.I felt like a VIP the moment I walked in and was talking to the owner in a few minutes. After telling him my problem he was very honest and even admitted the transmission might not be the issue and could be something much smaller, but of course he still has to check it out, but...That really impressed me. Most shops would have heard the word “transmission” and been pitching me a new one. So it was refreshing to talk to someone who clearly understands mazda’s.So I have now booked an appointment for Monday. I can’t say enough how important it is to treat the customer with respect and honesty and fairness and felt they did all three before I even signed up :-)I feel like we found someone who understands our car and looking forward to giving him all our business in the future. I don’t write reviews either really so this tells you a lot.Something else I have to add. Before I even mentioned something to him, he told me that the Mazda I have had been known to have electrical issues and sure enough, my Mazda has also been having some weird electrical issue where the driver side light won’t turn on unless I open and slam my car door haha.So I’ll probably have him check that out for me too. :-) so far A+ experience as soon as I walked in!

Went there on a referral to get a problem checked before a roadtrip. Being from out of town I cant just have someone bring me...I made an appointment a week in advance, showed up at 0845 for my 0900 appointment, she told me i was next in line so i would hear something by lunch. I walked to starbucks to work, came back at noon and my car hadnt been touched...she said oh, well, we can get right too it after lunch. Why would I believe that?I understand being busy but dont tell me Im next in line...I took my keys and went to Firestone where I was out in an hour.

Took my new to me car there. They told me the second coil wasnt firing i believe. They fixed it quickly. Great service

I Would not recommend this automotive shop to anyone I took my truck there twice the first time for the engine check light and jerks ran fine for two days they charged me $250.00 the engine check light came on again after the second day started back jerking they said it was something else charged me another $200.00 after one week engine check light came on again now my car sounds like a lawnmower I’m not taking my truck back there and I recommend that nobody that there vehicle there just a ripoff .
