I have went to Katz twice now and have received excellent service both times. They have fair prices and take time to explain what needs fixed in a friendly way. Definitely recommend.

I was 130 miles away from home with my son in downtown Columbus with a flat. I needed a tire and fast! Katz literally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes!!! Fastest tire service Ive ever experienced. No BS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Was in and out in 15 minutes. Went in just for a patch on my full size spare so I could change out a dangerous tire and they recommended that I get a used tire instead. The used tire was very reasonably priced and in very good condition and they still patched the spare for free! So now I have a much better tire than I came in with and still have a spare. Very happy with the service I received.

Quickly in and out. This shop is no longer owned by the old Katz family, but they do a great job, are courteous and they carry a lot of brands. The quote I got for a whole set for my truck was much lower than I expected. I will keep coming back…the best compliment you can give is your continued business!

The service at Katz is FANTASTIC!! Woke up to a flat tire and drove straight to the shop. Before they even opened the doors they had me on a lift and were ready to rock and roll to get me roadworthy again. All the guys were so courteous, understanding, and helpful. They were honest with me about what I needed and the cost was incredibly affordable! If I could give 10 Stars I would! Highly highly highly recommend!

I needed wheel locks removed from all four tires and it took only fifteen minutes!!! Afterwards new locks were installed with no problem!!! Very satisfied with Service.

Wow! What a crazy busy but efficient place! I was impressed with the friendly service and how matter-of-fact they were. It harkens back to when going for work on your car was, legit, “taking it to a garage”.Price there: amazing. 4 Michelin’s for hundreds less than others. I got to my car after working a night shift and found a completely flat tire thanks to a big nail. After security came to fill it up, two different security officers recommended going around the corner to Katz Tires to get a patch. I pulled in right after they opened around 8am and left within 15 minutes. It took longer for the computers to boot up to do the $10 transaction (because they had literally just opened) than it did to actually patch and fill my tire. The guy who did the patch apologized several times for the slow computer, which was really no big deal at all. Friendly service from every single employee I encountered.

I have purchased a lot of tire though this location. I have always been pleased with the price, speed and service they provided. Thanks again!

Katz tires was close to home. The 4 tires were put on quickly and the price was so affordable. The tech was pleasant and answered my questions. Their follow up policy assured me that they will be in business for years to come.

Exceptional. They didn’t have the tires I needed at the location I went to. No problem! They quickly sent an employee from another location to the one I was at with the 4 specific brand new tires I needed. They also worked with me on a price we both benefitted from. The entire process may have taken 45mins maybe a little over but not by much. Keep in mind, this is including the time it took to bring the tires I needed from another location.Katz tires is the real deal and they’ve gained a lifelong customer and many recommendations from me here on out. Value is good, but customer service definitely is lacking, its hard to get them on the phone and stay there through your whole inquiry. Quick in and out though once your work is done.

This is a great place to get tires. I stopped by on Wednesday 6/16 around 3 and was out of there by 4:00. The manager that was working that day was incredible. Extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!

Had a bulge in the side of my front right tire from a pothole most likely... Everyone else didnt have my tire as I wanted to match what came on the vehicle, Katz was able to get my tire delivered in a few hours and quick change. Very friendly service and reasonably priced... Great service!! I needed my tire repaired after I got a nail stuck in it. I called 4 other tire places and no one was available to get me in to fix it. Luckily when I called here they were able to get me in asap and repaired my tire quickly and it was a lot more affordable than the other places I had called. I dont usually leave reviews but I definitely reccomend them!!

Yo Katz tires always good service. Always greeted before you walk in the door, it’s tough to keep track of the order in which people pull up but they work diligently and efficient. Not to mention the price is so reasonable, other places give me anxiety at the check out register lol. Keep up the good work guys.

Very fast service! Found one of my tires had gone completely flat at work in downtown Cbus. Pumped it up enough to bring it to Katz tires. It took a while to diagnose, but they listened to my observations and concerns. Once they found the problem, they patched it up and added more air. All done within 20 minutes. Reasonable cost too and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend.

Katz Tires is a hidden gem for anyone in the Downtown area. Always prompt, knowledgeable service with anything related to tires; and pricing is always fair.Some may be put off by the lack of a flashy storefront and waiting area, but Ill sacrifice those any day for quality service and convenience.

I was in a real bind and the guys at Katz Tires were excellent.While driving down 71 I hit a pothole and immediately realized I had a serious issue with my right front passenger side tire. In a bind, I needed some immediate help and called Katz. I’m glad I did.The guys squeezed me in before the end of the day, diagnosed the problem, and had me on the road in time for me to make it home in a reasonable time with no problems.Very thankful for the experience. Got a flat in Sheila E (the Miata). Luckily, Katz was inside my AAA free tow range. After the kindly wrecker driver transported my precious baby, the good sirs at Katz had her back on the road in an impressively short amount of time. The staff was top-notch; straightforward and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend for that quick tire change out, like watching a race car pit crew in action!

I called ahead to make sure I could get 2new tires on my van today. I was told absolutely. I showed up a few minutes later. The gentleman man was walking by all I said is I need to get a couple tires. They gave me a quote in right then, I agreed. The entire job was finished in less than 30 minutes. Katz Tires is honestly the ONLY tire service I use in Columbus. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is lightning fast. The last one is fantastic because MOST of us have spent HOURS being stuck waiting at a tire store during an emergency - I think their motto is something like ‘fast service for busy people’... and it’s true. Cant recommend enough. A+++ service.

We needed a tire plugged and my regular tire shop couldn’t get us in for a couple days, I remember driving by Katz, gave them a call and within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone I had pulled into the lot, they had my car jacked and began removing the wheel. The repair continues to be good, the service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. This is not a place where everybody’s wearing the same golf shirt with a company logo stitched on it, but they know what they’re doing and we will be back!

Slow leak in a tire. This guy jumps out of his chair and dives right into fixing it. None of the usual “Ok we’ll try to take a look at it”, just then and there. I knew from the reviews it had to be a good shop but I didn’t think it would be in and out so fast too.

I had a tire blowout on the way to work downtown and finally realized I needed new tires as they were gone. The staff at Katz got me in right away that morning and located the tire brand I wanted. They had them on my car by noon. They are very helpful and professional and the cost was reasonable. This is the first time but will definitely use their services in future.

I’ve had bad experiences in a lot of car places in the past and can confidently say that Katz Tires was my best experience yet!! It was easy to walk-in and get someone to look at my two tires with slow leaks. One was able to plug, one needed a patch. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to scam me into buying new tires or extra charges (again, like a lot of other car places do). Katz took great care of me and my car. Having a bad tire is no fun but I am not going to lie, I secretly enjoy having to come here. The people in the shop are awesome, fast, and honest. I grew up around cars as my dad fixes up old cars. Too often, I’ll go into different tire or car shops and people treat me like I don’t know what I’m doing just because I’m a woman. KATZ HAS ALWAYS treated me great! I feel very respected here! And the tires are awesome and affordable. I’ve been twice to have the front two replaced with new and the back two replaced with “old” that look almost new. I refer all my friends with tire problems to them. Great work guys!

Exceptional customer service and quick efficient installation. I was in and out in less than half an hour, they had several customers but were still able to juggle their technicians around to keep everything running smoothly. Even more so, the price was impeccable, slightly used tire, balance, alignment, and installation, only $48. Should I ever be back in the area and in need of tire services, I know damn well who Im going to call.
