Got my car cleaned here nice place and good people...

We got a flat tire on the way out of town and limped off the highway to Franks. They got us up and running within 15 minutes for a more than fair price. Great folks that do great work for great prices.

This is one of the best mechanics in Columbus Georgia. He is from the old school love customer service and mechanics. Mr. Frank doesnt overcharge and is very quick to tell you if theres something he cannot do he will recommend someone who can do it. Then theres his wife who runs the front end oh, she is the friendliest lady you will ever meet and one of the big reasons I keep going back.

I waited in the office for a while no one came to see what I wanted. Went around the corner.I say hello how are you. He just looks at me. I said how are you he said YES.( the biggest frown ever) Told him that I called earlier. Sent his assistant. His assistant seemed to not be well informed. He was nice another white couple came in He came right out walked past our car.While my family waited in the car he walked right past us. Not even worth speaking too.No I’ll be with you in one moment. Nothing.He never came out to see us even though we’d just spoke on the phone.I love supporting business with people of color to help build a business. I am noone to him it seems so I will not be returning and we had money to pay that day.!

My wife goes to Frank for all our repairs. Staff is awesome and friendly, as well they treat my wife with respect. Fair prices and good work, so if you want a mechanic who is personable and fair I recommend Franks! Even if he cant help with your current car issues he will go out of his way to make sure he finds someone who can.

I called him up about changing my ball joint. He give me a good price and he got me done in a hour A+

I got almost 2 thousand dollars worth with they Machanics over looked my car did faulty work now I got to pay more money with someone else to get they job finished if I could rate them a zero I would they don’t even deserve a star he didn’t even look me in the eye when we conducted business totally unprofessional i HIGHLY RECOMMEND don’t go there if you love your car

Recently had work done on my air conditioner. This establishment is reasonably priced unlike other places i visted. Happy to be the first to review. I went there today makes my 6th time going I have a car i spend alot of time in and its kinda over 10 years old. The shop is very friendly they listen wells and communicates well. The service is A-1. I was originally recommended by a friend and been going every since and taking others who love the service also.
