These guys are great when you need a specialist for German vehicles.
Worst place ever, if you don’t want to be rip off. Do not bring your car here. They charge you storage fees for leaving your car on public parking some cars got parking tickets because they been on the side of the road so long. My car was park round the corner on the street parking and all these good reviews are mostly his family members and friends. This place is horrible.
One of a kind.... If you have a import they are the best around
Good, honest car service from a group who knows what they are doing.
Great service as always.
Staff always professional, courteous, and repairs done correctly at fair price.
Ask for pete for all of your auto repair needs
Pete and his crew are outstanding! They are the best in the business! I highly recommend taking your car to John and Pete in the service dept.
Horrible Custumer service the mechanics where rudeIt was a lady working at the front that said she hadCovid if u go there please wear a mask
Customer service is excellent. Mr. Williams he is kind and courteous to the customer gave very good recommendations for my vehicle made appointment in the near future for services I have a 2012 Audi A6 and this is where I will be servicing my vehicle in the future.
BEST Mercedes-Benz REPAIR SHOP IN THIS AREA 😀👍🇺🇸
WARNING: do not take your car here for anything other than regular maintenance. They will rob you. Honestly I feel the only ppl giving them anything other than 1 star are either fake accounts or only needed simple work done like oil changes or maybe new wipers.I have a 2012 Audi A6 and it was having issues running to rich and idle and shaking pretty bad. I took the car to them and was told that I needed all new fuel injectors. Got the work done, paid and drove home with the same problems I had before.Took the car back the next day and asked them to run a diagnostic because obviously the first time they were wrong. They charged me for another diag as if the first time they delivered on actually diagnosing the problem and replaced parts I specifically asked them not to replace(because they had already been replaced) and charged me for that work as well. 2500+ dollars later I’m left with the same issues as I had to begin with and the same issues. I took my car to the Audi dealership in Atlanta and they said nothing that the did had anything to do with the problem because my timing chain had slipped two teeth. All I needed was a timing chain replacement this whole time. Instead of being out 2700 for the actual repair I’m out almost 6k.
Always helpful and accommodating and quality service.
Military Friendly and Outstanding Personable Service, always professional
Excellent work. Fixed the electric problem draining my battery on the Porsche .Great job guys
Awesome and was very fast and personal.
Great shop does excellent work. Very nice Guys.
Downtown in Columbus, is this specialized car lot. Locally owned repairs on your foreign car can definitely be done. I bought my 1981 280 SL mercedes, Doll-Baby from Pete, at Sports & Imports. Ive had her at least 20 years & Im the 4th owner. I was looking for another car, but there wasnt one of interest at the moment. Youd be glad walking around the lot to view a variety of fine automobiles.
Took my car to them with an issue, payed 1200+, left with 3 issues. On the way home the A/C never turned on(new issue), PCV valve diaphragm torn(new issue), and the original issue that made the car run rough after running at certain rpms was still there. The car turned off before I made it home. I called to tell them what happened and brought the car back to them. They charged me for another diagnostic which I agreed to, but they charged me to do more work to the car before getting my consent to do more work. While finding out about the new work that had been done they told me that the extra work fixed the issue and they seemed very knowledgeable so I believed them and paid them(1000+). Got in the car and drove away with the same issue plus the new ones and was out of close to 3k after taxes. They seem like good people but in a field that requires results they didn’t get it anything done for me.
I had taken my BMW in due to a noise coming from the front brakes. They replaced the brake pads, which didnt fix the noise and the owner Pete informed me that the dealer who had just replaced the pads put wrong aftermarket pads on the which caused damage to my rotors. I was of course upset and confronted the dealer with this information and accused them of what I was told. They asked me to send them a picture of the brand of the new pads. I did and found out that SI had put the exact same pads on that the dealer had put on. Long story short is they did not need to replace my brakes at all, then lied to me and said the dealer had put wrong pads on. Pete told me they had to change them because there was too much grease on the pads. This was BS. Steer clear of this place, they are not honest and did nothing to refund me when I called them out on their lie.
Ive only been there once. I needed to get my ashtray in my Mercedes C350 fixed the lid was broken. And they fixed it in about 20 mins. They seem honest and genuine. I really appreciate them fixing my ashtray. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I bought a Lotus from them and they were great. Lotus makes some flimsy interior pieces and they had one shipped to my door the day I got back. I couldnt really have asked for more from these people. If they have another car I like I will definitely got there, they are nice local people and not a fly by night shady dealership.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
My husband and I both use Sports and Imports for over 10 years, even bought a number of cars from them. Its amazing that each time we took a car to them, we would have a different problem shortly there after. Then he was servicing my 2004 Jag when they forgot to put oil in before the car before they drove it, and burned up the engine. They said they replaced it, but it kept having problems there after. Then Pete would say that there was something else wrong with it. To put an end to this story, I had to trade the car in, it almost died getting to where I was getting my 2013 Jag.. My husband hasnt had to do anything to his S600 Mercedes except servicing it, since we quit going to Sports and Imports.
Ive been one of the first 5 trucks in to shipping, and it has taken over 2 hours to be loaded each time. I watch the fork lift drivers take an hour to load a truck, then take a 30 minute break. Absolutely terrible shipping crew
Great service, got my Range Rover back on the road in record time to get me back on my merry way! Very friendly staff as well
I took a while but they finally got my deal done...
I paid for repairs on my Range Rover today. When I opened my center console to check for my money, I discovered $25 missing. I’ll be back tomorrow morning to get my money and speak with the general manager or owner.I am very disappointed in this place and I will never return.
Great shop for import cars. Pete and the staff can troubleshoot your issue and give you honest advice on your options.
Pete & Sama are the best. thank you both for everything you have done for me over the many decades we have done business together.
Quality work, nice people.
My favorite mechanic: five thumbs up for Pete G. He needs a receptionist to help in his busy office.
Great people to deal with.
