Daniel is a sincere and honest mechanic. He suggested me to buy the part on Ebay which is cheaper and only charged me a reasonable price for installation. Would come to his place again if my car needs any repair or maintenance.

Owner is really friendly and knowledgeable of cars. Took care of me really well and he gets stuff done quick. Definitely would recommend if your car has some minor problems.

Danny was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable having my car worked on at his shop. He inspected what the problem was (loud noise next to wheel), explained and showed me what part Id need (wheel bearing), and got me in for an appointment ASAP. On the day of the appt he got it done promptly and called me right when he was done. Some mechanics keep you in the dark and get upset if you ask them to explain or show you what they worked on. Danny liked to keep me informed. My car is now quiet and I can tell the wheel is fixed. I highly recommend East Auto.

The exhaust pipe of my cars coolant was broken. When I went to repair my car, he told me that the entire cooling system of the car was broken and needed to be replaced. The cost was nearly 1,000 dollars. On the phone, he told me to pick up the car in an hour. I suspected that he was lying to me, so I rushed over and found that he didn’t check my car at all. He just opened the hood. He actually charged me 70 dollars for check fee. When I went home and checked the car by myself, I realized that the only problem was coolant exhaust pipe was broken. I asked him to change the exhaust pipe for me. As expected, the car returned to good condition. As a Chinese student living in UV, when my car was broke down, I thought he would help me at the first time. He looked very sincere. I didn’t expect him to deceive me. Don’t believe him easily!

Daniel provided great service! We had no appointment as it was an emergency tire repair. He was friendly, professional, fast and affordable. If I lived in the area Id be a regular!

Daniel really knows car repairs. Some problems dealer cant diagnosis after charging $75 diagnosis fee. Daniel got it fixed in 25 minutes. Very impressive.

Daniel the mechanic is very nice and professional. I just walked in this morning and Daniel just came out welcoming me and we went for a test drive right away. On the test drive I told him what my problem is and he pointed out what is the cause of it. So after we drove back to the shop he showed me the part of car is not working very well using pictures and a real wheel barring. But he told me my car is still fine and it is still safe for me to drive my car and doesnt need to change the part yet. Overall he provided excellent service!

Weve taken both of our vehicles to East Auto for the past 6 or 7 years. Always prompt service, even working on our cars outside of their normal office hours to finish them at a time convenient for us. They have also suggested alternative and cheaper repair solutions to us which we appreciated. Im a mechanic and have worked on my own vehicles for years, but when I dont have the time or its more complicated then what I want to get into, I take it to East Auto.

We were leaving the hospital after having a baby & realized we had a flat tire! We stopped at East Auto Service & asked them to fill it. They graciously did so very quickly without charging us a penny.

Great place and services! Always honest and tell me when I dont need a service or extras recommended by my service manual. Have checked my car for free as second opinion in work recommended by others and give me options that fit my budget.

DO NOT..I REPEAT..DO NOT GO HERE! The people here seem friendly and helpful, but I put them to the test and had them do an inspection on my car that I knew what was wrong (I wanted to see if they would lie and then try to claim something else is wrong). They made up a complete lie and wanted to replace something that I KNEW was brand new and in good shape. They want to screw people..dont let them take you for granted. As friendly as they seem, it is only a cover up for their ridiculous lies and tactics! Shame on these guys!

Never want to go there again. He likes to take apart the parts and call you that the problem is big and you have to replace something, and the price need to raise (at this moment, the price is never negotiable any more). He also tells you that you can choose not to replace, and he will re-assemble the parts, with your car un-fixed. But you still need to pay the labor!! Dont go there, especially if you are a Chinese student. By the way, he is not familiar with German cars. Once a friend put his Audi there to fix the back door window. After he tear apart the door, he called my friend that he was not able to fix it but still charged around 100 dollars labor. Why not tell the customer that you are not able to fix before you start working on it?

Ive had my car serviced here twice, and my girlfriends once and was treated excellently both times. With my girlfriends car he waited around an hour after closing to get her keys to us. Never pushes any unnecessary repairs and I couldnt be happier with the work that was done. Bring your car here.
