I recently purchased a suv and had it repaired at two other shops then went to buckeye as I knew I could trust them. I feel they are upfront and honest about what to expect. They repaired the issue and followed up to make sure it was correct to my liking. I appreciate their attention to customer service in a age where that has gone away!

Phenomenal business. I recently relocated from Columbus, OH, but while there, Buckeye Complete Auto Care took care of all my auto repair needs for four years. They were professional, honest and not pushy. Each time I took my car in, they itemized the costs and explained which aspects of my quote were actually necessary - a testament to their integrity. I was actually involved in an accident after moving, resulting in my car being totaled. Prior to leaving Ohio, they referred me to an auto shop that has been instrumental in inspection and detailing of my new car. Thank you for taking care of me - even across state lines.

Great customer service!!! I took my car in for an oil change and brake inspection - turns out i needed new brakes. They were able to do all of it that day, they drove me home and picked me up when it was done. I had a doctors appointment that day (scheduled well before I knew Id need my brakes changed) and they even helped me out with an Uber so I didnt have to miss it or reschedule. Plus everyone was super friendly! The prices are a little higher than youd pay elsewhere but I think they make up for it with great service.

Cody and Nicholas were so amazing!! Everyone was incredibly friendly, caring, and fun to talk to (not to mention knowledgeable). They even ordered me an Uber home while my car was being repaired. Their services were fast, affordable, and well done. Will definitely be going back!

Buckeye Complete Auto Care was fabulous to deal with from the scheduling to the actual repair. A/C stopped working thinking the compressor failed. They were quick to diagnose the system was overcharged and just need simple maintenance. So what could have been a large repair bill was simple and affordable. They even provided shuttle service. Vehicle was completed in several hours. The entire staff is friendly and wonderful to deal with. This is my first experience with BCAC, and I will be back for any future repairs.

Staff is very professional and attentive. They made sure I was able to get home and even offered to take me to work if my car was not finished on time. Not only did they finish on time, my car handles like a champ!! I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

I brought my no-start car here on a recommendation, and it was a great call. They were on point the entire time. They asked me to e-authorize a basic inspection that was very affordable, and when they found the problem (timing belt, totalled the old girl), didnt charge me anything more. They worked with me the whole time I was setting up a tow and were super patient, even though I know their lot was slammed. Great communication, honestly great people. They got a new customer.

Great experience! I thought I was going to need a whole new exhaust system and went in for an estimate. Turned out it it was just a hole in the pipe coming out of the catalytic converter. That minor repair saved me hundreds of dollars. I was also shown what repairs were needed and which repair was urgent or could wait. Most garages only tell you what needs done. These guys actually show you. That level of honesty is rare these days.

Professional, responsible dedicated employees. The response to my vehicle was swift, efficient. I was treated with respect, as was my vehicle. A quality shop with quality employees.

My deaf son uses them for all his car repair needs. The Buckeye team goes out of their way to treat him fairly and with respect while making all accommodations for his methods is communication. Great bunch of people.

This is my second time bringing a vehicle into Buckeye. The first was for a break job that went perfectly. This time I brought in my SUV which needed a tune-up and to check out a rattle in the undercarriage. The tune-up was perfect and the rattle was a simple loose heat shield that they fixed free of charge. I will be coming back to Buckeye whenever my vehicles need service.

I was very happy with my choice to come to Buckeye Complete Auto Care. I was super stressed out about my car, but they told me not to worry, we would figure it out. The prices were fair, and they were honest from the start. I will definitely be back for my next service.

They told me I was leaking brake fluid and would need to rebuild my entire brake system for well over 2,000 dollars. I took it to my dads and we topped off the master cylinder, reset the computer, and it brakes better then it did when I bought it. Oh did I mention I drove an hour down the highway with their free check up that I was leaking fluid? If they werent lying to me for money I would have been dead in a ditch by now. Long before visiting them. Scam artists.

Is the worst place I ever took my car to get worked on I highly recommend do not go there... They wanted $966 still did not get cold air in my car I asked for a cost adjustment they brought it down to 800 And still no cold air

I took my car here, because I smelled something burning and heard an unusual sound. They charged me $100 to tell me there was nothing wrong. A few weeks later, a belt snapped, and my engine completely broke down. They also did something to make my car start rocking when I stop. This also happened with the first car I took to them. They said I needed a $700 repair to make it stop rocking, or it would be dangerous. Now both of my cars are practically rolling when I let go of the brake. Will not be visiting them again.

Good quality work. They dont force you into getting unnecessary work done, like other places. They also offer services that Ive never seen other shops offer, like picking up and dropping off you ans or your car.Love all the staff.

I went to have them fix my exhaust system because of loud engine noise that another place had said would cost over$1900. They determined that the noise was caused by the air filter assembly not having been put back together correctly at my last oil change. (Guess who did my last oil change???)The guys at Buckeye corrected the problem at no charge to me. Voila, noise gone!Guess who isnt going to get any of my business in the future???

These guys are amazing. I went to get a bumper to bumper inspection to find out whats going on with my car. They found a few problems. They walked me around my car and pointed out everything that was wrong. Very informative. They gave me an estimate of what everything that needed to be done in order from what should be prioritized. It took a whole day to get it fixed but there was quite a few things wrong with it. What was really cool was I was at work when the car was finished and they offered to drop my car off at My house. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very honest people and very professional. And a plus you get a 50k/5yr warranty for whatever they fixed. Thank you Buckeye auto care

I took my 2006 Audi A4 in for a diagnostic for exhaust fumes leaking from my engine and low rail pressure. I was going to take the info and attempt a fix myself, but they were very good at keeping me informed. I decided to let the have at it, and they did perfect!I am always a little skeptical when it comes to mechanics, but they communicated with me every step of the way from before I dropped the car off to the moment I picked it up. There were no surprise charges, and they were willing to explain what was going wrong and the details of how they were going to fix it. This is definitely a place that I will be coming back to in the future!

I experienced a complete nightmare with electrical issues on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I went from the Jeep dealership to another auto shop, but still reoccurring electrical issues with my charging system. I was referred by a coworker to Buckeye and I’m GLAD I did! I took a car I didnt pay much for here. They looked it over for free and were honest about the fact that it just probably wasnt worth the money to fix. They then set me up with someone who buys old cars for significantly more than scrap value. EXTREMELY professional and easy to work with, no pressure. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

BCAC is my go-to place for regular oil changes and other vehicle service needs. The staff is always very friendly and explains things thoroughly and honestly. I live close to the shop and usually walk home while they service my vehicle, but they are always willing to give me a ride if needed. They’ve checked in throughout the pandemic and always follow up after service. I love being able to support a small business in my neighborhood.

This place had excellent service. I had an issue with my exhaust. I came in, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it that day. Loved that they have shuttle service so i did not have to wait there the 3 hours it took to fix it. They even picked me back up once it was completed to retrieve my car. Highly recommend this place.

They will take care of you here. After a big repair, I wasnt able to come pick up my car before they closed so I paid online & they drove it to my house (i live nearby) and hid the key. They even stashed a lil $5 coffee gift card in my car. I doubt that thats their usual treatment but I appreciated it.Informal, friendly.Non-corporate feeling yet professional.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and informative. He was compassionate and able to explain each recommended service while being very truthful with the necessity of each service for the long run. The other employees were very friendly and everyone there seemed like family to one another. My starter went out last week when I was on my way out the door for work. I had my car towed to Buckeye, as they came highly recommended to me. From the very beginning I was impressed. As soon as the tow truck driver dropped off my car, the owner called me to touch base, and explain the process. I really like how everything is all internet based. They sent me a text with diagnostic estimate, I approved, they sent me another text 20 minutes later with the diagnostic results, and I was able to confirm or deny service. I confirmed.A few hours later I got a text that my car was done and it had a copy of the invoice, with an option to pay right from my phone, which I did. I went after work to pick up my car, met the owner who introduced himself to me, met the mechanic who did the actual work, Jeff, who did a great job. The shop was clean and professional, I can’t say enough positive stuff about my experience. It’s a good feeling when you find a mechanic you can trust. Thank you Buckeye!

Not the best experience. I brought my vehicle in since it was experiencing a hard pull to the left and some loose steering.Problem was diagnosed as needing two adjustable ball joints and some bushings replaced on the passenger side wheels. I was told this would fix the pull being caused by some broken parts and a camber that was not within the proper specs. Total cost estimate was $1500!!!Glad I held off on repairs. Took the vehicle elsewhere (2 other places for an opinion) and the final place the rotated the tire free of charge and it completely fixed the issue. Was told those by both other shops the parts do not need replaced. I can’t believe they didn’t try a tire rotation that would fix a common issue known as a “pull tire”.I would like to think this was a simple mistake but I am disappointed they didn’t try the simplest remedy to fix my issue. Almost cost me $1500!

They were super nice and professional. Told them I had a pad low alarm pop up on my Audi A6 and needed brake pads and an oil change. Had to leave my car there for half the day. So they gave me a ride home. The price was reasonable and they do great work! Will definitely be taking my car back for future services.

Staff here are very professional. They are honest about their findings, and they do not try to upsell. They do great quality work at a good price. I took my vehicle in and I was CERTAIN that I was going to need new brake pads....maybe rotors. First, Nicholas was very quick to reply to my voice message that I had left over the weekend....Monday morning about 9am.I had no transportation back home...Buckeye Complete Auto has a shuttle and/ or will coordinate transportation for you.About 1 hr later I received a text that I needed no work on my brakes....they were safe and maybe at 1/2 life of wear on the pads. He talked me thru the sounds I was hearing and it turns out it was sediment from sitting overnight that comes off after the 1st few pressings on the brakes as I use them. It is the middle of Winter and a lot of slush...snow...salt and muck from the lovely Ohio roads is out there for the accumulating.Nicholas and a tech returned my car to me a few hours later. (He offered to do that as I live nearby and it was a very frigid day).So...needless to say I will be back for future vehicle needs! I felt respected, valued, and relaxed as a woman in a world I hate to tacle on my own. Nice job!Mindi

So it have been some time and I decided to go to a different mechanic and he said they forgot to bleed the air out my motor when they got replacing my parts in my car. He also said they did a really poor job on the repairs. He said it was like they was trying sabotage your car for you to keep coming back and he advised I didn’t go to them anymore! Btw I paid 700$ + for a poor job done very disappointed! I advise once you get your car back take it to get looked at by ah different mechanic!

Stopped in a few weeks ago there was an Amazing gentleman behind counter explained to me i would recieve a free inspection before having to pay for diagnostic check. Cool...Came in yesterday morning to get panel lights inside my Hyundai repaired. This time the Service Advisor Marci never offered Free Inspection to me. I had to remind her what the Amazing Gentleman behind counter told me...she then proceeds to explain its going to be 145.00 for diagnostic check. I sat in shop for some time. I did NOT recieve free inspection i was charged 145.00 for an incomplete Diagnostic Check. Thinking i could schedulea date to bring my car back & drop it off for Diagnostic Check....Marci tells me when i bring it back i would have to pay an additional 200.00 + dollars for wiring diagnostic check. That is NOT FAIR AT ALL. Every other customer that came in she offered Free Inspection & said shed let the customer know where to go from there. Why did i get charged 145.00 for Diagnostic Check when Clearly, Marci wrote in note section on my receipt will need more time for further testing on cluster lights. Checked inside and outside fuses & under hood fuses. In reality my inspection was NOT FREE...it was 145.00. My diagnostic check was incomplete...needed further testing. To add insult to injury mechanic left his tool in my car..missing alarm keyfab off my key ring🥲 At 7 months pregnant...i was looking forward to The great Buckeye Auto Experience..didnt happen..you know whats worse than getting beat out of your money by a male mechanic....a female that works behind the counter that charged me for incomplete work & said shed recharge me extra money without telling me exactly whats wrong. Unapologetic. Fast talk & pretend to care...smdh.Yesterday was thee worst day of my pregnancy dealing with her. You are supposed to treat people the way you want to be treated. The world is to evil for me to go back and forth with arguments. Everything in my statement is true..check audio on cameras.I am DEVASTATED😣.Forwarding info to Better Business Bureau & Six on Your Side....****************** UPDATE.*************I went to autozone...associate changed fuse ...my cluster lights & dome light work perfect. II found out the Amazing gentleman’s name I was referring to was NICHOLAS........I returned mechanics tool. Located keyfab under floor mat. Nicholas apologized for the way I was treated. My family and I have been going to Buckeye Complete Auto Care for the last 20 years. They have consistently treated us with respect and integrity throughout that time. This recent trip was no exception. We went in thinking we needed some sort of brake work and to our delight, after checking them out, there was no need to do that work. As in the past, the folks there simply told us that no work was needed.Now, as so many of us, I had already gotten my stimulus check and it occurred to me that this would be a good time to get a tune up and when I asked them to check they also found a belt that was cracked. So I had that done.The place was immaculate and the courtesy car ride was clean and every member of the staff was wonderful and friendly. It was a great way to spread that stimulus as well as get things done that I had been putting off. I would recommend that if you have a need that Buckeye Complete Auto Care can meet that you use part of your stimulus check the same way.

I own a automotive repair business took a cartoon lamb because it was determined that the catalytic converters needed to be removed to replace a flex joint. Quoted me five hours. Pick the car up after they told me they didnt need to take the catalytic converters off they just cut out the old Flex joints and welded new in probably an hour and a half job. I felt very taken advantage of. Such a simple job. Very dishonest.

I went here to get a GM MV1 brakes fixed and get it ready for winter they did such an amazing job and helped me get home and back again because they did such a good job on that vehicle I had another vehicle also fixed and winterize they did a really amazing job they even offered to help me pick up my son at daycare if the van wasnt ready yet they were amazing not only did they fix both my vehicles but they had great customer service as well as down to earth people who care they didnt try to tell me something ht didnt need fixed. they were upfront and honest I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Because my work hours and Buckeye Complete Auto Cares hours of operation wasnt allowing me to get my car serviced, I was allowed to take my car in and someone brought me home (I work from home) and came back later that day to bring my car back to me.
