I was working with another insurance agent who kept promising me a quote on homeowners for weeks… we needed it ASAP for our homeowners loan to go through. Long story short I called and spoke with Charlotte at 4:30 PM and she got me everything I needed by 4:54 PM. She also saved me money on my auto insurance so we switched that, too! Thankful is an understatement.

Miranda and her husband are such lovely people but I gave two stars because I been with them almost 6 yrs and still paying almost $300 for one vehicle! I was told to make a complaint with the state insurance commissioner because I just got a quote today for the same exact policy I have with Allstate and they told me $114 a month so I have been getting ripped off all of this time! Even the agency that I quoted with questioned it!!! So needless to say I had to leave they were burning holes in my pocket!

Miranda Mobley was extremely attentive and accomodating during the home buying process. She made the insurance portion of home buying by far the easiest and was pleasant to work with. Everyone I encountered with the Mobley Agency was friendly and helpful. But most impressive of all was, Mrs. Mobley was able to get my home insurance cut in half in addition to lowering my auto insurance!!! I have had auto insurance with another insurance agency since I was 18 years old due to no one being able to beat the coverage and premium. She was able to provide me with better coverage and save me nearly $300 a year. I am very excited to have switched and look forward to working with the Mobley Agency for many years to come!

Miranda and her husband are awesome friends. Yes I call them friends, because thats how they treat you. The moment you walk in they are happy to see you and make you feel important to them. I would highly recommend this Allstate agency. The whole staff is awesome.

I needed to get renters insurance for my new apartment but thought I could just call and get it after I moved in. The day before I was supposed to drive to Atlanta (3 hours) with my moving truck and get my key, I find out I have to prove I have renters insurance BEFORE I can move in. I called Miranda after lunch time and she talked to me about my coverage options, sent me paperwork, and got my proof of insurance to me by the end of the day! A little while after, she checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and didnt need any other coverage or help. I feel confident that shell do what she can to make sure Im taken care of and I trust that if I ever do need to use my renters insurance, shell make I get the most out of it.
