Ive been with this agency going on 20 years. I switched briefly to Allstate when I bought my previous home because they gave me a discount on my homeowners insurance, but they hiked the rates a year later on both my auto AND homeowners and I couldnt afford it anymore. American Family has always been good to me and offered the best rates for me and my family and Pat and her staff are always very friendly.

We have been customers there for a while, i feel so bad that we stayed so long with them.Prices very high compare to other insurance companies.I would not recommend to any one to have business with American Family Insurance, waist off money.When it comes to a claim that they have to pay you, they pay as low as possible.Stay away from that company.
