This is the first time I have given a review, I feel it is important.I have had insurance for a long time, and had to make my first claim this past week. My vehicle was broken into; Kyle and his associates gave up hours of their time to educate me about my policy and the claims process. Multiple follow up calls were made, some conversations took place after their posted business hours. Kyle offered to drive to my house for one signature. Kyle and his staff take their work personally, their passion for helping their clients is obvious.Bottom line, insurance can be complicated. Kyle has been very attentive and helpful to us in a recent homeowners insurance claim -- bridging communications between us and the State Farm Inspection Team, as needed. He also helped us get a Renters Insurance policy setup for a family member -- all working by phone and online. A plus in this current economy.

Having received a cancellation notice from State Farm via USPS, I called Kyles office and the problem was immediately attended to. I took a check to the office and by the time I got home I received an email that they had alerted central office that a check was received. Yeah, I was still covered. Sometimes a glitch happens with the credit card on file. Kyle and his friendly troops will take care of you promptly.

When checking my account I saw a charge I didn’t recognize and called Kyle and his team to learn my bill this month cut in half due to COVID-19. Wow! Thank you; this is a company that cares!
