Ms. Krivitsky was incredible. From the first phone contact after I had requested a quote on a bundled policy(home, auto, umbrella) to seeing everything through to the end. Her attention to detail and ensuring that all of the right questions were asked to find me the best rate possible. She was a pleasure to work with and the agent she works for should be proud to have her on her team. Genuine customer service is rare, but youll find it here.when you call in, be sure to ask for her and you wont be steered wrong.

Connie Wilkes and her staff have always given me quotes, sent paperwork to my lenders diligently and pleasantly. From homes, rentals, toys and vehicles, they take care of me. I can go to the office or email them and it gets done. This is why I won’t entertain offers from other companies!

I have had my car insurance with StateFarm my whole life, but that’s not why I like Connie Wilkes office.I got hired as a secondary education teacher at a local high school and in sharing the exciting news with one of the employees at this office, they asked me what kind of benefits I received with the new job.At the end of the conversation I was offered almost double my short term disability and life insurance coverage for the same price.If you want to come home and lay your head down knowing you and your family are covered no matter what happens; this is the place to be.

This company and Derek did a great job for me. I moved from one state to another state. This insurance company had me ready to close on my new house when I got there, and the house was fully covered and they had all the papers that close and I needed.
