I currently live here and i wouldnt recommend anyone to live here. They have a serious plumbing issuse that needs to be addressed. I have sewage at my front door my hallway and kitchen floods when i wash clothes. My bathroom toilets are always malfunctioning. The show and tub faucet runs at the same time with no alternative, And those videos of the appartments are inaccurate. I dont even have light fixtures inthe bedrooms and they patch up everything instead of actually fixing it properly.

This is a great area and a great place to live. Love Alicia she is a great help with anything. She always help me with anything. I been here 2 in a half years maybe 3, but it been great. I know they are working the best that they cant. And couldnt ask for better management than that.

I lived here for only a few months this past summer. When my mom and I first drove through, were were skeptical, especially based off of past reviews. However, I had a very pleasant experience living here. Unbeknownst to me, brand new carpet was supposed to have been installed in my apartment prior to my move in, but there was a delay. They were in the process of installing it when I arrived to move in and the lovely women in the leasing office gave me a small discount on my first month rent for the delay. In addition, all of the appliances in my apartment were brand new. Any time I had a maintenance issue, I would request it online or talk to Alicia or anyone who was in the leasing office, and it would quickly get taken care of. It was generally quiet, sometimes other residents would play music during the day, but the nights were always very quiet.The only major negative, which may be of concern for some people, was that the pool was broken and had not been fixed by the time I left in August 2018. I understand that it was broken under the old management, before ROCO took over. On more than one occasion, the leasing office stated that they were actively trying to get it fixed.Overall, they are very reasonable in their rent and you get what you pay for. I had a very wonderful time living here.

This place is nice, newly remodeled with great staff, the old management was terrible bit that has all changed. I love these new people they have fixed this place up. A rare jewel and really worth a look . Moving in was super easy and I enjoy my neighbors, a real community.

They’re decent looking apartments and I’m ready to move into mine.. But that’s the problem, I haven’t moved in yet. I gave them my deposit at the beginning of the month and here it is the 18th and I still have yet to sign my lease & get my keys. The office staff are very friendly, but I’m just trying to figure out why I’m not moved in my apartment yet? Maybe I should’ve came to Google & read these reviews before I gave them my money.

I enjoy willow creek apartments because its so cozy and i love the atmosphere. First of all the staff is very nice and considerant. I would not go any place else. If anything needs to get done, they will go and handle the situation quickly.I would prefer to make this my home for a long time.You just cant beat willow creek apartments.I would recommend these apartments to family and friends. Thank you willow creek and the wonderful staff.

ZERO stars for the complex FIVE stars for such a nice staff! I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this place to anyone! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming here and getting a lease. The staff is friendly and they work really hard to get you approved especially if you have issues with credit. Those are the only positives to this establishment. Pot holes like craters are located in the parking lot by my entrance and you can not avoid them unless you drive all the way around the opposite side of the building. My apartment was filthy, refrigerator was broken AC unit requires batteries that went out on me in the middle of an extremely hot night not even a month after moving in so that proves to me that the apartments waiting to be filled are not properly maintained nor ensured to be kept in good condition prior to renting. The 24 hour gym(horrible beat up rusty equipment) is NOT 24 hours if the staff is not there you will not be getting into the gym. Spiders kept reappearing in my home until I did something about it my self, I had to play pest control. Old appliances very out dated and beat up flooring, cabinets, etc. Things I should have noticed now when looking in hindsight. Garbage is always overflowing and very uninviting which makes it embarrassing to even tell people where I live. Only come to Willow Creek Apartments as a last option! Great and friendly staff though! I have not even been here a month and I am completely miserable and ready to go but can not afford to break my lease. Do not come here unless you are one step away from being homeless. ZERO STARS

I hate these apartments and staff members. this was my very first apartment. Im a single 21year old female. on move in day there were dirty dishes in my dishwasher. it looked as if the apartment was bombed beforehand and there were gnats, flies, roches, and other insects on every windowsill & in all cabinets and drawers. the shower was filthy. I was told I would have new appliances and what I got was a dirty dusty stove AND refrigerator. I mean the apartment was FILTHY. the only thing they cleaned was the carpets. they say they have 24hr emergency maintenance but the number thats given hangs up every time you call. its a joke. the street lights are never on which makes it a playground for thieves and other criminal activities. the ladies that work in the leasing office live in the complex and dont even care about whats going on. its ridiculous. there was a thief caught trying to break in on a patio right next to my apartment and when I brought it to the staffs (THAT LIVE THERE AS WELL) attention they acted as if it was irrelevant and as if it was entertaining to them. very unprofessional and they make their tennats feel unwanted when something is brought to their attention. theyre very nice when youre touring the complex but after that its downhill. with this being my first apartment i am very dissatisfied. i wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone. please trust me and save your time and money.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!! It may be close to the base but it is not worth it to live in these apartments. I actually wouldnt recommend living in any MAA apartments. Not only do you have to deal with the terrible bugs and poorly kept property, the staff makes your whole experience unpleasant. They put us in the wrong apartment when we got here (which we had to stay in) and did not have our papers ready, mind you we were moving from out of state. They did not tell us where we were going to find our apartment, and come to find out we live below some townhomes that were not located in the main complex area. We have had to call maintenance OVER and OVER!!! Every problem we had did not get fixed until they came out about six or seven times. (not an exaggeration) I had to throw away a whole refrigerators worth of food twice because they did not fix it right the first, second, third, or forth time. We had to go without air-conditioning many nights because they could not fix it the first, second, third, forth or fifth time. Our bathroom sink was falling down when we got there they also fixed that and it was still the same until the day we moved out. They have given packages away to other apartments or not notified us of when we had them in the office. Also, never an apology, normally just an eye roll like you were wasting their time. The power box outside of the apartment has wires hanging out of it and there are animal nest among the wires. These apartments are also not located in an area suitable for children. I can not express how terrible the staff was to us the whole entire lease. It is also very sad when we are getting orders to move with only nine days notice and the staff could not manage to help us out at all. I hate knowing how much our family sacrifices for my husband to protect these type of people. I would not even give this place one star if that were an option. For your own good look for somewhere else to live!!!!!!

This community is like a park when you drive in, so hidden from Buena Vista Road. The office and maintenance staff is very welcoming and they take care of all of our needs and friendly. All my neighbors are like family.

Got there in 2011 and it was a very nice place to live, staff was very friendly and whatever was broke they fixed super fast, then things started to go down hill. Management was changed, the complex was sold to another company and they didnt care at all for the people that was living there. In 2014 we finally left the complex. I honestly would not recommend this place to other people. I wish I could because the location is great. But the office employees forgets that we are the ones who pay them, they think they are doing us a favor every time we go there. I hope they change there behavior and start treating people better.

These apartment are by far the worse apartments Ive ever lived in.! They dont fix nothing... Ive had to call the management on them more than twice... Every month my rent was over 1,000. I just eventually broke my lease. My kitchen appliances where different colors. It took 5 months for my ice maker to work... The bathroom had mold and I have a little baby.. The ceiling basically fell in and they came and stayed the people up stairs toilet had a leak and they were about to change his toilet my neighbor said the didnt give him a new tiolet. And guess what its still leaking now. . Ive paid for pest control every month and got it only once when I first moved in. Apartment stinks. Ive tried every method to keep the smell nice. ! The only person worth talking to in the office is Gina. Estella is rude and want to be so professional that she is so ghetto. !! If I could pay to see a pie get smacked in her face I would. These apartments arent worth $150 a month. Im surprise they havent caught on fire everyone apartment leaks!! Dont move here. Never seen an apartment with so many empty apartments

Great location and very friendly staff. The apartments are beong renovated constantly and improved. Safe area and nice pool area but even the pool area is being improved next month. Very reasonable rent, close to the highway for access to Fort Benning. All around good stuff.

Sadly Im not able to give this complex the negative stars it deserves! This place is THE WORST place anyone can ever choose to live!!! The rent is not worth half of what you pay! They con and scam military families to move in this horrible neighborhood with drug dealers, fake police officers, THIEVES, rodents, stray animals, anything you can practically name that would upset any individual that have ever been upset about an apartment! When we moved in the place was kit cleaned!! There are no lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms (They claim its energy efficient)LIES!!! Your light bill will burn a hole into your pocket! Your water bill is always $20-$40!!! Omg maintenance takes forever and a damn day! Certain staff members are rude! If you want something fixed dont bother contacting them unless you can wait two weeks to a month. Something is always going out in the apartments and there is always someones things getting broken into!! Ive never been so disappointed in my life! Disgusted with this place and I wish it could just be shut down! Please listen to the reviews! The negative ones are so true! Its like the positive ones are fake or something. Lived here a year and it was the worst year of my life. It made me hate the entire city of Columbus!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself!!!!!!

I DO NOT recommend anybody to stay here RUN while you can it took them forever to come fix my a/c because it was knocked out the wall the, roaches are TERRIBLE ! I have mold/mildew growing on the walls of my apartment and a very BAD leak that the man said he doesnt know where it is coming from. Just a month ago they were on the news cause someone fell through the floor take my advice DO NOT MOVE here

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT move into these apartments, they rob you of your money say cable is free, but your really paying for it. Paying to live here, you might as well move into a house. Some apartments are outdated. My apartment was not cleaned. When I moved in there was a chicken bone on the floor, and a key that someone left to the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom floor continously felt nasty no matter how much we cleaned them, my carpet had stains on it. My kitchen light was broken. The walls are very thin. We lived on the second floor, so we heard constant stomping from upstairs . Which was annoying . Everything about this apartment was just wrong. I ended up having to violate my lease because I couldnt take I lt anymore. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to live . Trust me, its not worth the hassle. Not even worth one damn star!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. They are never opened and they have the laundry system in the office so you have to wash whenever they are open. And they arent open on saturday and Sunday which is usually a wash day for people. They are rude and they dont care they are out for just money they no longer supply water or cable you have to pay that your self and your rent will change like every month. I would not recommended this place to nobody. They do nothing but sit behind a desk and lie. And the maintenance men here are non professional they creep around the apartments without your permission looking for anything. The worst apartments ever! We lived there a year and it is just trash. We saw cops chasing guys through the apartments and one guy got tased right outside our door. There are more cockroaches than anything and pest control sucks. The office staff was extremely rude. What others say about gun shots is true. Our friends apartment was full of rats! Our car was backed into, our truck was broken into. Horrible do not get suckered into living there. Go to exit 10 or further north on the freeway!

Thank God we moved!! The maintenance staff was always changing..no one wanted to do anything right. It took complaining for months on end to get things fixed and when it was, it was never done right...It was a nasty place... Filthy appliances! Staff in the office was also constantly changing and if was never for the better.. Avoid this place at all costs!!

The absolutely worst place to live.. If I could give this place no stars I would !!! My apartment was infested with fruit flies and I reported the problem and still they did nothing . My stove caught on fire it took them 8 months to come and fix it. My rent was $570 and I ended up paying almost $700 each month .. They false advertising water and cable on theyre website which says its included in the rent .. Paid $8.00 every month with my rent for pest control and NO ONE COMES TO SPRAY .. These apartments need to be condemned because everyone that lives there has a problem with fruit flies or any kind of bugs . PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!

Horrible place to live. The staff is NOT friendly. Maintenace is NOT 24 hours. No one ever answers the phone. Managment is always chafing. Willow Creek is officially nightmare on Buena Vista Rd.

If i could give a 0 star i would!!! We have not even be here a year and this place is so terrible! kitchen outlets stop working at random, a whole in the wall only has a nasty looking patch on it, never sanded or painted, a outlet needs replaced and they havent and many more things and this has been since we moved in, i reminded them once again right before thanksgiving and no one came.. i reminded them a week ago no one came, they said yeah well be there by friday its saturday no one has came, they said well be there today, on wednesday, no one came. I called Rosco and gave my mind!

If I could give this apartment no stars at all I would gladly do so. 1st of all the apartment wasnt cleaned when we moved in. The carpet was extremely stained in every room, the cabinets in the kitchen werent wiped down, we basically had to clean it in order to move in. The staff is just there to collect pay checks. There are cockroaches running wild all through the apartment and we pest control came through to check she didnt do anything to solve the issue. The rent is too expensive for the look of the apartment. I think they charge for convenience bc it is closer to post. In my opinion live somewhere that is worth the money. Willow creek is disgusting.

The apartment fixes everything but maintenance request

Not a clean place at all. Carpets are filthy and there are always bags and roaches inside the apartment. The staff were nice before signing the lease, afterwards didnt seem like they care if you are a tenant or not. There is always need for maintenance and not always you get it. In general, the maintenance is done superficial. Im still sleeping in a room with the ceiling coming apart, the carpet is still wet from the leakage, and no one will pay for my time cleaning and for the energy waisted on trying to dry the humid. I dont recommend Willow Creek appartments of Columbus Ga to anyone.

NO STARS FOR ANYTHING........DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE UNITS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE SPECIAL IS UNLESS THE SPECIAL IS FREE FOR 12 MONTHS……they have the worst units avail in Columbus. You would be better off renting from Turman. The apartments are outdated. My apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in the carpets were horrible. It took the staff 3 weeks to send someone to clean them. I had already cleaned them myself. The townhouse that I was given was infested with fleas from apparently the last tenant (I don’t have a pet). The kitchen has leaks which were never fixed. The bathroom also had leaks (this tied into the kitchen leaks). The light bill will equal to more than you rent if you don’t watch it. No one fixes anything. Black mold began to grown in my apartment along with the rain from the showing leaking. If that isn’t enough they find it hard to honor your work orders but will not hesitate to ask you for your rent money. 8 months have gone by and no one has fixed anything(except for their rude mouths asking for the rent) Willow Creek has turned into a joke. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE is worth contact because no one is interested in anything but your money OR trying to put these slum of apartments on your credit report. Roko reality doesn’t help could less about the activities that go on in the complex. Doesn’t matter if it is a break in or a pond of water in front of your home for 4 months. The only thing that is important to this development is” WHEN WILL YOU PAY YOUR RENT” they do not follow any laws and whereas the city is more than happy to come and inspect your home to “force” them to pretend to do work in your apartment the city is also WELL aware of the shenanigans of Willow Creek and Roko reality and they pretty much laugh poor management of the property. My advice.. Please review all the comments on this property. I see a few good one (which makes you wonder if they are truly real comments or ones planted by management) however the majority are negative and I must say all that I have read seem to be correct and dead on point to the horrors that I have experienced when dealing with Willow Creek. If you want to see an apartment.. Just view the uploaded pictures of how they expect you to live. I have politely broken my lease as they don’t follow anything they have written in it except the payment of the rent of course.. You will have better accommodations at the American Red Cross then you would find at Willow Creek.

Great management team!

Used to be a decent place with nice gym and pool facilities. Now that MAAC sold it to another company recently, it has gone downhill. Repairs used to be completed within 48 hours and now it has been a week and my screen door is still broken. People arent scooping their pets poop and the pool is overrun after management leaves the office. My lease is up soon and Im out.Update: When you move out, they nickel and dime all your deposit money. I moved out on the 27th and placed my keys in the deposit box. It took them until the 4th to find my keys? DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

They evicted alot of pp for the month of july because they had no employees in the office for ppl to pay their rent..

I have lived here for almost a year now, and it is the worst place that I have ever lived. I have been miserable since the first month that I moved in. The only reason I stuck it out was because I didnt have the money to break my lease. I have the worst neighbors that throw parties from 9pm until 5am, my apartment has flooded at least 8 times, the air conditioner was broken for over a month, and the apartment complex did nothing about it. When I called the emergency 24 hour maintenance line I was told that my bathroom flooding was not an emergency, that I could wait until 8am when the maintenance guys came in, and they even had the balls to ask me, Well, cant you just clean it up yourself? The office staff is rude and they dont want to solve any problems that you experience. Besides for the horrible staff and living conditions the crime rate in that area is horrible as well. You have car break ins, stolen cars, gun shots, and someone even lit a dumpster on fire one night. I wouldnt even want my worst enemy living here,its just horrible. I cant wait until I move out next month!

Yes the staff and apartments are very horrible! It took them 3 weeks to fix a water problem 4 of my neighbors moved out with in that time. My family and I are next after my lease up this month I pay almost 800 for this.
