You really cannot beat $5 a day airport parking other cities would die to have such an opportunity. It makes no difference that this lot is a little further out because the same type of van takes you into the airport and arrives regularly for pickup. My driver was very helpful and returning to my car even though I was the only passenger in the van. I will use the green lot over and over again.

There’s literally nobody working, in the parking lot for over 20+ minutes and have yet to see a shuttle, do not park here if you’re limited on time because you will miss your flightIt probably is the worst service I’ve any parking lot I’ve ever experienced across the country

An absolute disaster, no manned service we lost our ticket and it took 45 mins just for an attendant to come. Also when we called for an attendant the lady on the phone was very very rude to us. After waiting 25 mins we called again the lady didn’t bother answering the phone. I would not recommend parking the car here period. Staff were very rude. Not worth your money. Please retrain your staff or get new ones. Avoid parking here and go somewhere else.

Ive used this lot several times now without issue. There is regular shuttle service that will get you to the terminal without much wait. The drive is short and its the lowest priced lot($5 per day)in the area that has shuttles. There are lower priced options, but they dont have a shuttle.

Only waited about five minutes before the shuttle showed up. I was worried since it was 4am, but things worked out fine. Definitely using this from now on.

Most drivers are nice and friendly and I would be willing to tip them for their hard work. However, we met a super rude one last night around 7:40pm. The driver stopped at the first stop like 3C and said everyone get off here. We asked him drive a bit more inside so we do not have to walk in the cold and he said This is not blue line, you get off here and walk yourself. I do not want to start a fight, just put the cash that I want to tip him back to my pocket and walked to my car. A nice trip end up with tipping myself couple of $ with a 3 min walk is not so bad, right?

Waited a lot longer for shuttle than I hoped to.

I park here often and the drivers are usually nice and friendly. This morning I had the rudest driver I’ve ever encountered. This driver was so loud when he was yelling (yes yelling) at me for taking too long to get all of my stuff out of my car stating that they don’t wait for anyone telling me to hurry up! Instead of trying to help me. I’m traveling with a 3 year old with luggage,stroller,and car seat. He was so loud and obnoxious that my three year old had a meltdown and began to cry. Mark was his name and I hope and pray I never have to have him as a driver ever again...

Its a parking lot so not much to say, but...for the price it cant be beat. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. Most times I cant even finish a cigarette between parking and a shuttle arriving! Lol. Ive parked in this lot for the past 18 years and Ive never had long waits. Drivers have always been nice and I have never been tip shamed. Not the same experience as The Spot. Red and Blue lots probably have the same crew, but for the price, Green lot is my preference

Price was right and car was safe. However, it was just a LITTLE hard to find and the pick up shuttle was so slow. I wish I had paid a little extra and parked at red or blue lot. I saw (no joke) 5 shuttles for the red and blue lots before the green lot driver showed up. I gwyou get what you pay for.

Easy access to airport and very economical

Park here every time I fly out of CMH I have never had a problem although it is not fenced in like the other lots. Shuttles are always very prompt and drivers are super friendly. not that much farther from the more expensive lots and the service is just as good get you to the airport and almost the same amount of time.

The parking here is easy to find using the Google directions. It is fairly cheap at only $5 dollars a day. It is also very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle that runs from the lot to the airport about every 10 to 15 minutes or so.

I parked here last week for three days. Quick and cheap, easy to get to the terminal from here. Never wait more than 10 minutes MAX for a shuttle. $5 a day can’t be beat

Horrible service

Shuttle bus was short wait. Driver helped with luggage. My return was the same, didnt have to wait long for shuttle, again driver very friendly, got me back to my car. ( Long Term Parking ) This fee was 4.00 per 24 hrs. Collected when you leave.Plan to use this again.

Clean and feels safe. Just a few minutes beyond the more expensive lots. Shuttles run regularly. It truly is only $5 per day!

Convenient way to park at the airport...but I watched at least 3 red lots shuttles pick up before ours ever came to drop us back at the lot. For $2 more next time Ill just use the red lot

The parking lot is well kept, and it isn’t too far from the airport. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to store their car short term or long term.

Shuttle service runs pretty frequently. I’ve never had to wait very long. Drivers help you out just about every time. The shuttle only takes about 5 to get back to the terminal once you get on the road.

This is my go to lot when I fly. I take car pay five bucks a day it is fenced in get a shuttle. They run alot. Drivers nice I do tip them they help with the luggage. Drop you at airport door . When back home you go out the doors where the taxis are walk over and look for the green bus.

It is hit or miss for shuttle frequency, but overall a great option, esp. for long term parking while traveling.

Fast and friendly service. For departure I arrived very early morning and was running late for my flight. I found a parking space easily and did not wait long for the shuttle. The only thing I would request is some sort of app for my phone or up to date sign letting me know how long before the shuttle arrived and a reminder to write down parking information. Something so simple can be overlooked when you are tired and/or running behind schedule. All I could think about was how late I was!

Convenient and inexpensive airport parking spot but the wait for the shuttle buses can sometimes be quite long, especially if a bus gets filled up before arriving at your station. So, either walk up to one of the first three stations or make sure that you have ample time before your flight departs.

Cheaper parking than the red or blue lot and fully serviced with shuttle service that takes you just slightly longer to get to terminal.

I am PISSED. This is my 3rd time using this lot and it is usually good especially for the price but I just had a shuttle driver tell me he was going to come back around for me and left me by myself in the dark and cold. I cannot believer my own eyes. To top it off this guy might make me miss my flight because the second shuttle in rotation has yet to arrive.

The parking staff are wonderful! I am always greeted with a smile and they are very helpful. The shuttle staff always greet those that ride. I highly recommend parking here. 😀

Save some money and use the green lot. Yes its farther out but in reality you may save one minute for each lot you get closer to the terminal. It really isnt worth the extra money.

My favorite Columbus airport parking.Easily accessible coming from SE Ohio via the James Rd exit off of Rt. 33, this is an economical parking alternative. There are shelters where the shuttle vans stop, handy when it rains.

For a cheap parking spot at Columbus International there is no better place. However be aware it can take 10 to 20 minutes to get inside the airport. However when they are not busy the shuttle buses are always picking people up in a timely manor.

I am a frequent traveler. Until now no complaints. In the last few months the wait for pick up have been getting longer and longer. Theres a reason why you dont see a how are we doing signs or a phone number to complain in any of the buses.I dont have a problem using the credit card machine but it is confusing for many first time users.A side question ... why are signatures required for credit card receipts at the booth but not the machines?

The fare runs $5 per day and it’s an open lot. I’ve used this service twice late at night — the second time I came back from airport to shuttle again to grab something I forgot in my car — and never had to wait for more than ~5 min. Most of the drivers are friendly, will help you with your luggage and if there aren’t too many people, you can request them to drop you off somewhere closer to your car regardless of shuttle stop location.

$5 a day and shuttle service (~4mins) to the airport and pickup at whatever hour of return? Ill take it. I wish it were a garage instead, but the area is secure and well lit with shelter boxes while waiting for the pickup bus. I really cant ask for anything else of a park and go.

We have parked here many times for a week and more, and have never had a problem. Just jot down a note in your phone to remind you where you parked and the number of your nearest shuttle stop.

Love the cheap lot. Only problem was came back after 9 days and had a dead battery. The kind gentleman at the pay gate radioed in for a maint guy to coke out and give me a jump. The problem with it is he repeated multiple times that it us a free service, I think it was a hint that I should guve the guy a tip when he was done. I dont think so. You say it is a free service then it is free. The maint guy was fast reaponding, with in 10 minutes, but in the heat it felt like an hour. Thank you for everything. I use this lot all of the time and have never had an issue. I dont even consider this an issue. I would recommend this lot to anyone only $5 a day instead of $6+.
