We needed to have all the windows in our house replaced, so got bids from several companies in the area. Chloe Paris from Window World came to our house to talk about their product and service. We were truly impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. She was already a friend of ours from the very first hello! We decided to go with Window World for the install because they have a wonderful product, but also because Chloe was so wonderful to work with—we knew we were in capable hands. We decided to do a complete makeover of our exterior We had our windows replaced, our front and back doors replaced, and new siding and gutters replaced. Window World was not the cheapest bid, however their sales person Chloe Paris sold us on using Window World. Chloe was not only very knowledgeable about the products that the company sold, but very helpful with assisting us with the right choices, color, grade, etc.. From the time that we signed the contract, until completion of the job, Chloe stayed informed and cared about the progress. I highly recommend Chloe as a sales person, because she believes in what she sells, as well as stepping out of her sales roles and making things happen with the job - so as to keep her word for Window Worlds reputation. Window World is extremely fortunate to have this individual working for them, not only to sell their product, but uphold their reputation. Thank you Chloe !

The MOST amazing experience. We dealt with Chloe Paris. She came to our home and was so friendly, personable and informative. She was thorough in her presentation. Allowed me to ask any and all questions, even repeating herself if I needed and I was never made to feel rushed or incompetent. SHE is what made is go with the product (windows) and then of course the quality of the windows as well. She was also very honest with us about the time frame and really spot on, they arrived when she estimated they would. The first installation specialist was not able to come for whatever reason (it does not allow for half stars, but still isnt enough of a reason to take a whole star) since he was a no call no show (I first of course hoped that he was ok, but then was frustrated as we prepped the home for the install, removing blinds etc.). However, the customer service was superb nonetheless. And they got someone out the following week. Anthony and his crew who did an absolutely wonderful job as well. They were helpful, meticulous and friendly. They also respected our home and left it the way it was before the work, which is always appreciated.Since the install our energy bill has gone down significantly, it is not nearly as hot in our home as it was previously and we also feel safer knowing we have windows with features that make break-ins more difficult.If you are in need or have been thinking about upgrading or finally fixing those windows you have then you really dont need to look any further. Were so happy with our purchase and will be completing the remainder of our home next year same time. And we wont go with anyone but Chloe and window world.

After deciding I wanted to add replacement windows to my remodeling list, I called several local companies for quotes. The first company to respond sent a hard selling jerk of a salesman to my house. I all but threw him out - especially after his ridiculously exorbitantly high quote.Then, Window World’s, Ms Cloe stopped by. WOW - what a caring and knowledgeable representative of her trade. She answered all my questions - and then some - she was patient and checked back with me often (not too much and never pushy). The windows were made to order and arrived. They were installed yesterday. The installation crew was timely and professional. They installed 16 windows in a day and the windows look FANTASTIC.The quote was about half of what the other company presented.At the beginning of the process, I saw that WW had what appeared to be a higher grade window. When I inquired about it, Ms Cloe explained that window was built for harsh winter climates and that I wouldn’t need all that here in the south.I couldn’t be happier with the process and with my new windows. When the time comes for you to look into replacement windows - there is no other place to call than your local Window World.

It took several months for the doors to be manufactured and shipped, but as soon as they were received, we were scheduled quickly. Installers arrived exactly on time, were very friendly and professional and completed the entire job (two doors) in five hours. Great instructions on how to operate, and they cleaned up very well when they were done. We love the doors! Highly recommend.

Looked at multiple companies for complete window replacement on our older home. Everyone from the first phone call to the last was so sweet, professional, and wonderful. The installers that came were amazing. They worked like a well oiled machine and did a great job not only on the installation, but also left no trace of even being here except for a yard sign I agreed to let them put out. Over a week later and still extremely happy with my purchase.

The quality of windows is great and dealing with the company was great but I’m not happy with the benefits we were supposed to get. We had all windows in our house replaced last summer. We were told the outside noise (road noise etc) would be drastically lower and that we would see a big decrease in our electric bills. The road noise is still just as loud inside and After almost 8 months our electric bill has not gone down-in fact this month it was higher than this time last year and I’m sure it’s been warmer. Wish we had saved the money and kept our old wooden windows.

We had our sunroom windows replaced and could not be happier with Window World. They were efficient from the minute we had our consultation. The installation was quick and the installers were tidy and professional. We will be calling them again soon to install additional windows on our house.

Product and company is amazing. But they do not have their own gutter install team, and was not told that till after my windows were being installed, and was originally told that they would be installed at same time. 2 weeks later I had gutters. Customer service was very good and respo ded very quickly. Will still highly recommend them.

Chloe was our sales rep. She was attentive to our needs and helped us understand the product we needed for our home. She explained the pricing, time line and what to expect from the contractors. Due to the rain our installation date was changed but when the weather drastically changed for the better, we received a phone call that the installers could begin installing our windows that day.Johusett and Elizabeth were the names of our installers and I believe they were God sent. Not only did they install our windows, cover the base of the windows and were very professional, they also were able to cover the arch over our bed room window for a small extra fee.I then ask if I could pay extra if he could cover the outside of our garage door frames to match. Johusett took some measurements, called window world for a pricing and said yes he could.My husband and I were so pleased with their work. The same day I had a visitor to come by and as soon as she got out the car she complimented my home and said it looks like a brand new home. Im very happy with Window World, starting with my initial inquiries at a Home Show through the planning stages all the way to the completion of the project. The customer service representative was very thorough and helpful with all my questions. When it came to the installation day. The crew was early despite the cold weather. They where all so friendly and courteous. Even finished the job that day. I highly recommend Window World and there extended work crew. My experience was great! Matthew and his crew were fast but did quality work. Matt was very polite we talked so much I didnt want him to leave. All my questions were answered, I enjoyed every moment of it.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest and the workmanship is horrendous. They are rude, untruthful, and do not live up to their promises. They are not careful with your belonging and if they break items, they do not fix them or give a warranty on items they have sub-contractors to fix. DO NOT USE THEM. BUYERS BEWARE.

I needed 16 replacement windows and would normally do this myself but unfortunately my window frames were of different dimensions and typical size windows from Lowes or HD would not work unless I wanted to reframe. I had an excellent experience with Window World of Midlands. Chloe and her husband did a professional job surveying my home who understood and answered my questions and concerns. My windows were custom ordered and installed approximately a month later. Johusett and his wife Elizabeth did an excellent job. They worked great together as a team and took pride in their work and it showed. During install, they discovered one of the window sashes did not fit properly although I did not see anything wrong just by looking at it. They told me that the window sash was going to get reordered and installed at no additional cost. I know some contractors would not even mention something like this unless I pointed it out myself. The crew walked off the site ( my property in June 2015, its now August 2015 ).1. they installed a window with a hole in the screen,2. the installer said they could not remove a TV terminal box on the out side of the house because it required special tools- and they placed siding around it leaving a ugly open area.I took the TV box off with a straight screw driver.3. the chimney is open on the top at the four corners allowing water to run down between the wood siding and the vinyl siding- but they assure me it will run out unto the roof and drain away...4. I have a side chimney vent that they did a terrible job on- it looks unfinished.5. I have a back porch light light that they removed and replaced and it has wires hanging down.6. the outside electrical receptacles have wide gaps to allow water and insects to get in between the house and siding..7 they broke several shutters taking them off the house- no mention of replacing them or even putting them back up- although it is in the contract to remove and replace..8 clean up was not done- I picked up over 1.5 pounds of nails and 1.25 pounds of debris, (pictures available on demand- in fact I still have the debris they left...).9 they made a appointment with be to replace the screen but did not show up- something about a big job some place else..In closing- I cannot wait for window world to be out of my life and I cannot recommend them.I have also contacted a different siding company to fix what widow world will not.

Never thought I would be excited about windows. Chloe came and answered every question I had,even informed me I could have been fined for the lead base paint that was around the windows that another company didn’t mention (southern siding of Columbia, sc) from the installation guys ( Charles and his brother) to Chloe the sale lady just a pleasure to deal with. Please consider the reviews written in the most recent months and my experience. I called several places for estimates for my windows which I am solely remodeling my little lake house. One company told me I would have to have my husband present to receive an estimate which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in the 20th century. Window World came out within a week and gave me an estimate and comparatively it was very fair. My windows were ordered and ready for install in approximately 3 weeks (4 was the given date) and I was given an appointment within a 5 day span. I was very excited! When the installers arrived I had some concerns over placement of the windows as I have never had windows replaced. Matt and Brandon were my installers and what an amazing credit to their profession they are! Matt was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to need to do to make sure my windows work to the exact specification the salesman and I had discussed. As there was extra work involved than first expected he did not allow this to cause him any concern. He and Brandon stayed the entire day replacing the windows in my little house. They worked happily, methodically, professionally, and perfectly all day long. They were a credit to people in general, not leaving my home until the job was done just as it had been promised to me. I love my windows! I love my little lake house! And I love Window World for how beautiful my lake looks through their windows! I especially love Matt and Brandon for their work ethic! Rare today! As a side note, EVERYONE I spoke with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with!! Thanks to all of you!

I purchased windows from this organization in May for my personal residence. Not only did it take until the beginning of July to have them installed. They ordered an incorrect size window and installed it with a 2 x 4 underneath it without ever calling me to tell me they did so or if that was acceptable. They also did not properly caulk and trim the additional windows. It took them until the end of August to receive and install the proper window. What an inconvenience and mess. I would highly recommend never using them. Some of the worst customer service and no accountability businesses I have ever dealt with.

Im not sure how they claim an A+ on BBB. I guess they paid them a lot of money to listed on there. First impression with the first salesman who bragged so much about the company and their products was ok, then he gave me a quote. I came in to the office and ready to move forward with the purchase, none of the personnel there has my quote so they send another salesman out to look at the project. He gave me a totally different price. More than $1500 higher than the original quote. He had to call in the office and let me spoke to one of the manager, she gave me another price which was about $900 more than the original quote. I hung up and turn the salesman back. How can the same company had to come out twice and giving 3 different prices?

Clueless salesman. Couldnt even measure our door. Good thing his trainee knew how to measure it. Sat on our couch for 15 min looking through the catalog 10 times saying he couldt find our door style. Left without giving us a quote making excuses about being inexperienced and never seeing a door like ours. The only thing he could spit out was they are the #1 remodeler in the US and #1 in customer satisfaction for the last 2 years. Its too bad I wasted an early evening for them to come over.

Terrible customer service: Scheduled appointment for 6pm this evening and sales lady called about 10 minutes to six saying she was on her way. Then she went on to insult me and basically asked if we could afford what we were asking for. Only gave one star because I had to give something.
