Southern Siding & Window Company has provided great service from start to finish. Greg Rhame came out and gave us our quote for the gutter system and gave us some great advice. Every person I spoke with on the phone has been great. Ronnie and Aaron were the installers of the gutters. I received a call at 2 pm that they were on the way and they were done with the installation by 5:30 pm. Our gutters look great and Ronnie and Aaron did a wonderful job. Cleaned up really good behind themselves. Ronnie and Aaron are very professional and should be recognized for their work!!😀😀😀

Windows were installed with ease, the installers where very professional and polite. They did a great job. Great Customer service. Southern Siding has called several times after the installation to ensure all windows are working properly. They encourage us to call if there is any problem. We had 19 windows installed. The salesman that sold us the windows came by on the day of installation! I cant say enough about this company. We thought we had a crack in one window, they sent someone out to look at and he said we will order a new one to be on the safe side. Less than 4 days later there were 2 guys that came out and installed the top part of the window. There was no crack it was only a stratch. Before choosing Southern Siding & Window Company we shopped around and they were the best choice for quality, cost, and customer service.

Southern Siding does good work, but does not honor their referral fee, I have not received the fee after more than 6 month, have called over and over again. When a company make a promise they should honor it and not have the customer call about it, have other windows to complete but not with them.

Rachael Looney sold us our new beautiful windows. She was extremely polite and very friendly. Not condescending or pushy at all! Which is probably the main reason why we chose Southern Siding. Now, the windows are unbelievably beautiful. They removed rotten wood trim and replaced it with sleek clean aluminum. I wish I had before pictures because the transformation is truly amazing. I could not be happier. The cost was better than expected. Better than a previous quote we received. Installers were professional and worked well as a team. And their cleanup was immaculate. Only slight downside is to be prepared to put blinds back in place or any alarm equipment. I was warned beforehand that they could not do that. But other than that, we are very well pleased.

I purchased my walk in shower through Southern Siding and Window. When I met with the sales reps, Daniel Cooper and Bill, they were very professional. We worked through what I wanted and they made sure everything was available and perfect. They were so patient because even though I thought I knew what I wanted I did change my mind half way through. They wanted to make sure my dream shower was just as I wanted it. They also explained all the financing to me so I would understand everything I was agreeing to.In the days to follow, Katie, from the main office had some questions for me. So she contacted me and we went through some additional options for my shower. And whenever I had any questions for her she was always available to talk.On installation day, everything went so smoothly. The installer, Adam, was fantastic. He was so professional and a hard worker. I work from home and I had no problem doing that even though he was installing in the bathroom right next to my office. And when he left everything was cleaned up and the mess was hauled off.I will definitely call this company in the future for other work I have planned for my house .

I decided to have southern siding install my gutters. the salesman Stancel gave me the information about the process from start to finish and was very knowledgeable. the crew of Ronnie and Aaron installed my gutters on site clean up the property and we conducted a walk around to ensure the work was done as requested. they did an awesome job. i will recommend this company for service.

Jeff Graves came out to my house and quoted me price to enclose our back porch into a screened in porch. He gave me referrals to places that I could get sturdy outside fans. He followed up after the install of everything. We were so impressed with all levels of service that we asked for a second quote and install for two doors at another location. The unprecedented attention to detail and follow through is why we are a repeat customer!

Worked with Mike Bowers 5 years ago to have our windows replaced. We ended up having 1/2 replaced and love them. It was time to have the rest replaced and to our surprise Mike is still working there! We not only ordered the remaining windows but will have them install vinyl siding and new gutters on our home.

I’m gonna be honest, this company is not for millennials. I have a 1700 square-foot home and I was quoted $48,000. They have outdated sales tactics and they are extremely pushy over the phone. Our sales person was very nice and I appreciated him coming out but I wish I would’veBeen told that the project was going to be that expensive before going in to the whole sales presentation . Nothing about my home or myself says “I have $48,000”. I’m sorry to say but it was a waste of my time, my husband’s time, and the sales person’s time.

Michael Doyle shared helpful information but no pressure when giving me a quote. I was expecting a longer wait time from quote to installation, so was happily surprised when in less than a week service was scheduled. Ronnie, Aaron and Gabe did a great job installing my gutters. Efficient, neat and friendly.

I called on Jan 7, 2021 and we had someone out to give us an estimate on window and gutters. On Jan 8, 2021 Andrew McGauley and Larry Davis came out to my our house. It was a rainy day so they were polite and took off their shoes just after entering the house. We went into the kitchen to talk about what we want. They then went out to look around the house and took what measurements they could in the dark and rain. About 15 min later they came back with a sample gutter and a window. Both Andrew and Larry were knowledgeable about all the product. Larry explained how most gutters and windows work then they show us their gutter. We were impressed with the volume that it could take on. Then Andrew showed us the window and explained how how we could clean the top and bottom and he showed us how we can move the screen up and down. Plus he showed us how we could open the window and leave them cracked open with the safety latches. Thank you to both Larry and Andrew for being so informative with us.

When I first called the intake guy was very detailed and I felt relieved that I finally found a perfect window company to handle my needs. This was a unique situation with us being a property management company and on a timeline and I even agreed to order extra windows to meet minimum requirements. They came out and we were told we would get estimates via email. I have been calling and keep getting hung up on and the run around. This entire experience is frustrating and no-one seems to know what the other person is doing. I just want the estimate so I can approve this and be done with this transaction.

I had what I thought was an issue regarding my replacement windows and was upset that I wasnt able to place my blinds into the window frames like they had initially fitted in the frame of my old windows. The general manager personally came to my house and explained why I had to change the placement of my blinds (no fault of Southern Siding & Window Company.) He provided exceptional customer service by coming to my house, which was on the other side of town from his office, to please a temporarily unsatisfied customer and was very thorough with answering all of my questions - this during the initial wave/phase of the COVID-19 pandemic!

I purchased their expensive gutters years ago and theyve not honored their warranty. Ive called year after year for someone to inspect/service my gutters and all of my requests were ignored! With the 2015 flood and all the storms weve experienced over the years, ofcourse, my gutters have taken a beaten. Ive noticed some cracks and Im sure therere leaves and other debris clogging the flow. My last contacts were with in the last few weeks and still no reply.They didnt hesitate years ago when they wanted/secured that high pressure sale!ADDENDUM: 5 STARS NOWOn yesterday, 3/24/21, the service team came and they inspected, ran water through to check for any leaks plus made sure the gutters and downspouts were still secured. Ronnie and Snook did a great job, they were very knowledgeable and efficient. Ronnie acknowledged anyof my concerns. A picture was presented to assure me that theres no build up of leaves in my 10 yr old gutters, and the few that were present, will wash away during the next rain.Satisfied now that theyre good for several more decades.

Nice salesman came at appointed time, gave impressive presentation and I signed contract to install new windows. Also gave him a check for down payment. That was June 10th. He said it would take four to six weeks to get windows from manufacturer and have them installed. This is September 8th. Installation completed one week ago. The installation was efficient and the product is great, but I had to get stern with them to complete the job. Now that everything is completed, I am a happy customer.

I chose Southern again because of my first replacement of of windows I experienced excellent service. However, I must be honest regarding my recent installment. While the widows are great the installers stepped on my flower bed and killed my precious flowers which I am still trying to replace. Would I chose Southern again Yes, But I would would be very cautions of the installers values in getting the job done.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Southern Siding and Windows rep Ricky, the electrician, and installation man, Adam, on the installation of our Koehler walk-in tub. From the very first day of specking out the work area to the very last caulking job, Ricky and Adam were responsive and understanding of various situations that occurred that were not of their doing and immediately rectified the situation. Southern Siding Columbia did an outstanding job with our windows. We replaced our grid style windows with beautifully custom made picture windows in our sun-room and breakfast room. We now spend more time enjoying the view with our new windows. The installers were also very good, they installed everything in one day and cleaned everything up before they left. Horrible experience, would NOT recommend them hands down. Extremely difficult to work with. We are looking for an estimate on gutters. Contacted the company and scheduled. They called to confirm the appt and want both homeowners present. Sorry but my husband works while I’m home with our child during covid. I explained that we would not be making a decision on the spot because as an educated consumer we are getting estimates from other companies as well. They didn’t want to schedule because we wouldn’t make a decision on the spot. We will call a competitor and give them business.

Once they finished, one of the team members took us around to see the work that had been completed. With service like that, how could you not like this company. Friendly staff, easy ordering. Very friendly and competent installation. Had an issue with the bars that were sent to be installed for the shower. Requested via telephone with the supply and the billing staff on 3 separate occasions that textured bars would be better than smooth, especially when the person using them is unsteady on their feet and needs to be able to grip them even with soapy hands. Supply staff said they would let them know and billing referred me back to supply. When the installers came the second time I asked if they had been given the bars to be replaced in the shower stall and they werent aware of the issue. So, we went to Lowes and bought some textured tape to put on the smooth bars.

We really like our windows. They are easy to open/close from top or the bottom. They are expensive, but we are counting on the long term benefit of savings on our electric bills. We know they have added value to our home.

They do not keep their word. Had an apt scheduled for a certain time. They called the day before and could not get me because I was on another call. I called them back. They put me on hold and left methere. I finally hung up. I received a call the day of theAppointment telling me they could not come out because I did not answer the phone the day before. I told them not to worry about it and that I wouldfind someone else. The manager called and said she would see if they could get someone out and that she would call me back in 5 minutes. I never heard from her. After several hours, I finally called her back. I was told that she was on a break and could not come to the phone. If it is this difficult to finalize an appointment, I can’t imagine how many problems there would be in the purchase and installation of windows. I am done.

Poor customer service. This company installed several windows for us a few years ago. One window began leaking. It took three months to get this window replaced. It involved many phone calls. Selecting a number from the menu resulted in getting an extension where the person who answered was rude. After this initial phone call this person never answered her phone. Leaving a voice mail was useless because calls were never returned. This went on for about 6 weeks. It also took 2 service reps to come to the house and take a look at the window. We finally received some service from the second service rep. So, after three months this window was replaced. Long story short, if you want good customer service after installation this company might not be a good fit.

The Southern Siding & Window Company installed gutters on my entire home. I did not have to be home for the installers to place the gutters, and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were installed very professionally. They are practically invisible. Yet they complement my house. Actually because the installers finished and cleaned any debris from around my house before I returned home, I remembered gutters were installed after two days. At first I thought they did not show up, but I walked around my house and I was pleased. Most importantly, the areas where I needed rain to redirect is resolved. Although, I did not get to meet the installers, I was please with the politeness and customer service of the sales reps.

Horrible experience. Called for a quote, the sales guys showed up, their whole focus seemed to be on selling me an overpriced solution instead of listening to my problem and providing me the information I need to make an informed decision. I feel like I was on a used car sales lot with some sleazy car salesmen trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I know I dont need. A wasted 1.5h of my day.

Quick, efficient, and cleaned up the workplace very well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. I discovered that when I turned on my sprinkler system several months later that the spray was impeded by the downspouts of the new gutters. When I contacted them, they were very accommodating of my schedule and within a week, came to the house. They redirected one downspout and shortened the other. Again, they cleaned up the area and were very friendly. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer concern. If I need other work done, I will come back to Southern Siding and Windows.

Southern Siding installed gutters on our house, screened porch, and garage. The garage gutters also have the guards because its a 2-story building and difficult to reach for cleaning. The gutters have stopped the water from puddling on our porch and have controlled the runoff from the house and garage, which our prior gutters could not do. We love them!!

Southern siding & Window installed a new front door on our house. The door was installed at the agreed upon day and time.There was a minor problem with the door that they returned and corrected. Were are happy with the door.This is the third project that Southern Siding and Windows have done for us. We are happy with the company and would recommend them.

I worked with this company several years ago. They came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. When I called, they scheduled the work promptly, and performed it quickly and neatly. Ive loved my windows ever since! My lovely dogs tore out some of my screens and, although I contacted the company years later, they quickly came out to my house to replace them!

I had three broken windows that were all on the back side of the house so I needed new windows to take care of the broken ones, but also wanted the new windows on the front of the house for curb appeal as I would like to sell my house soon. When the crew arrived, and I discussed this with them, they said they would see what they could do....and they were able to make my request happen. Best value for your moneyI reviewed windows with several Sales Reps, discussed the pros and cons of what to look for in insulated window, from the RV blocking factor to just the overall energy savings and warranties. Southern Siding and Windows have the best product and warranty. They only make one grade window; they dont try and sell you a subpar product. After the sale, a Southern Siding Rep comes out and measures all your windows. It took about three weeks to get my windows made and scheduled to install. I have a large house and replaced about twenty windows. The installation team was professional, replaced all my windows the first day and the second day they installed the trim, caulked and then we walked through a final inspection together. Before departing I was given the warranty information and contact phone numbers.WR Jewell

Have emailed, called, NUMEROUS times, and STILL no response from ANYONE that will help me.. this company took my money,gladly, and fast, but wont respond back to a concern. HORRIBLE customer service

If you ever need follow-up from the company or have an issue with the installation you can forget about getting assistance. I have tried for 6 months to get resolution to an issue. The standard response has been we are busy but we will put you on the list. Terrible customer service and ability to stand by their product. Buyer beware!

The conversation and information about my needs of installing gutters was absolutely the best.The initial person of contact thru to the end of project and follow-up could not have been any better. The administrative staff are the best in the business.The crew that came to my house was very respectful of my home and property and of his purpose to install the gutters. Each person had their own task to do and as the work progressed the TEAM came together like a well oiled machine doing what it does best. Everyone did an excellent job up to and including clean-up. My gutters were indeed, an excellent buy. The gutters were installed professionally and have performed perfectly since installation.

Had almost an hour of my time wasted with a sales pitch after I was given an outrageous estimate to install gutters on our house. And I mean absolutely outrageous, $33 per linear foot for basic gutters. This is around 3-4 times what they should cost from a reasonable business. The part that made me the most angry was that I bet some uninformed people actually pay what theyre asking. Absolute nonsense.
