I had an appointment at 9 AM (when the shop opens) to get my car windows tinted. I guess they were late opening/ forgot they had an appointment. I waited for 20 minutes and called before I left. The doors were locked and no one answered. Extremely disappointed in their service. I’ve gotten two cars tinted by them but won’t again given this experience. I recommend going somewhere else.

I took two cars here and called them and asked when they could schedule the cars. They said immediately. The cars were done in under an hour and the staff was super friendly! For fast and conveince, it comes a high price point. I did get a discount for taking two cars, which made this place even better.After a month of having this tint there are no bubbles or peeling! Below you can see the white car, and red truck (the two vehicles I got tinted) and the tint looks amazing.

Got my Audi windows tinted. At first I thought they had just messed up and accidently cut a slit in the tint that was installed. I went back to get it fixed. I was told that the line I was seeing was because my factory tint originally had a cut in it and I didnt notice. They replaced their film on my car. Took me a while to figure out but they cut into my factory tint when installing the new tint and now the damage is irreversible without getting the factory tint redone.

Horrible service paid for a strip was told it was going to be a certain length but was nowhere near close to what i paid for. Left trash in my backseat. The guy doing my tint had a terrible attitude!

Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the receptionist’s name but she was so pleasant and helpful over the phone and was exactly the same in person. Very personable. This is the third vehicle I had tinted at Palmetto Pro Tint. Always look great.

All in all the tint job itself was quality. The customer service was not good because the normal girl who works the desk was out. They should close when she’s gone because the guys just weren’t equipped to be in front of customers. Also worth noting, I took my new freshly cleaned black car in and when I got it back it was covered in obvious water solution marks all down the sides. I’m just saying....$349 for tinting a 4 door sedan should at least include cleaning up after yourself. I’m not say rewash it, but wipe it up with a rag or something, just try to care it. Like I said, the tint job was good and at the end of the day I guess that’s what mostly counts.

Just got my car done today, so I have no long term opinion, but the service was great and they were super fast.

They put some bubbles AND lots of smudges on the windshield. We SWEAR we wont go back. Investors be aware....

Good job of applying tint. Website said you get a conciltation about their products, but I didnt get one. The receptionist was not very friendly and seemed like shed rather be somewhere else.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Ms.Caroline figured it was okay to put someone that arrived after me in front of me. My appointment was set for 11am. My car wasnt pulled back until 12pm. They only do servicr by appointment, so when you come in you expect to be served at your appointment time. That kind of customer service is unacceptable.

I had a blow out on their tires, so I had to buy another one. Instead of refunding my money they gave me a indefinite voucher for another tire. When the blowout caused over $700 in damages

I would not use palmetto they do not stand by there warranty and they damage your property my back window is peeling off and they refuse to take care of it this is there store down town as a retired police officer I state my reputation on this dont use them
