Absolutely horrible. Completely unorganized, unprofessional. Paperwork wrong, incomplete. Completely unaware of everything. Wrong appointment. Thank God the customer were good people and very accommodating but this broker is one of the absolute worst I’ve ever had this misfortune of dealing with. Driver beware.
