Awesome people to deal with.

While I am very pleased with ordinary FedEx deliveries, yesterdays freight delivery was very disappointing. The driver refused and made no attempt to drive his 28-foot truck up my driveway that all the other FedEx and UPS drivers have driven and that I have run a 35-foot gooseneck trailer up and down on several occasions. Jeff from FedEx dispatch then called and stiff-armed me into having the 600-lb package unloaded at the bottom of the driveway, lest they take the package back and end up charging me more for another delivery. All of this was after I had clearly told Bonnie from FedEx exactly what the driveway was like, and she assured me they would get it delivered to the house. This bait-and-switch false advertising is giving FedEx a bad name.

Visited as a vendor on a delivery. It was clean and well kept. The a/c was out of service that day, and there were fans and portable a/c units in the office, but everyone was still courteous and professional.

Keep rescheduling my package with no attempts being made to deliver jt.

All about service. Great staff and caring drivers. Wonderful experience every time.

This is the third time I have had a package delivered late within 4 months they say they attempted delivery even though they never showed up and reschedule the delivery about 2 or 3 times before they actually deliver the package

I was having a laptop delivered, I saw through fedex website the computer had arrived and I was worried it would get to my location after I had left for work. Fedex was very professional and kind, they informed me that the computer was out for deliveray and would be at my location in one hour, way before I had to leave for work. I know they must get tons of calls like mine and must get tired of such calls. Great work Fedex, you made my day.Jon.
