I would not recommend their services. The individual I worked with, who was identified as a lead recruiter, seemed to have very poor communication skills, both in lack of attention to client needs - and in general sending email communications laden with typographical errors, and in the weeks I attempted to work with their agency he failed to get me a single interview to the position to which I applied despite the fact he said in the beginning that they were eager to hire and my scoring over 90% on a test he said all the other previous applicants failed. While I repeatedly expressed a preference for email communication he insisted on calling me, perhaps not wanted to put in writing things he was willing to say, and only secured one interview for a company and position that I had not applied for. Further, he made degrading statements about other applicants and about the business he secured my interview with, and when I asked questions regarding specifics of the position he was never able to provide me with details. I have had more progress in attaining employment on my own, and believe you can too. Look elsewhere.

This place is absolutely worthless as an employment agency. Very rude. Never return calls or messages. After 6 mos. waiting for placement, waiting tables part-time, I gave up and tried other agencies. Highly unprofessional. Never returning phone calls or messages. I have absolutely no idea how they function and are able to remain a legitimate company. A sincerely humiliating experience.

They called me in for an interview just to tell me that they have ZERO openings. I also called ahead of time because they took down their ad for indeed and the man who answered (I think his name was Bill), said he didn’t know, proceeded to laugh, then hung up. The building is very worn down and smells funky. I highly recommend that you go through different online resources, go to a resource specialist, or go to Burrell. This place is VERY unprofessional and is NOT helpful whatsoever. You’re best chances are with Burrell or go online and do some research on what jobs are out there. Good luck to those still looking!!

When you walk into the Columbia branch you will always be greeted with a hello. They will do their ultimate best to help out. Mary Kate and all the staff are wonderful.

I feel like I have to keep such a close eye on my pay that I should be getting extra pay for that. Worked for them five months and have seen co-workers have errors and my own paychecks have errors. Im tired of babysitting they keep the errors I guess Im buying their families Christmas presents. Missed some money last check. Their payroll person needs to be updated. They gave me a job I like so thats what one star is for. Now Im stuck doing payroll job and my own. If you work her get the portal so you can see your paystubs, get ready to keep a accountant like eye on it, and get ready to call and explain. All Im saying is why does this happen over and over.

I had a wonderful experience. I walked in, the office was very busy, and filled out and application. Mary Kay interviewed me immediately, and I started a job two days later. Couldnt have been better!

This is the worse staffing place I have ever encountered. They are rude and unorganized. I called for two months straight with no leads to a job or nothing. They then had me email a resume to which I was sent back a reply that said what you looking to do? I have no idea how they are even still in business. They should be closed down or all new employees bc I could find people jobs better then this place they dont even try! Sad

I was seen late for my appointment even though I had shown up early. I was told about a position that fit my interests and never heard back from job finders. I tried calling to speak with the person handling me, Mary Kate, and was told she would call me back. Three phone calls later and she would not get in touch with me. I haven’t heard anything for weeks and I already found my own job. They are unprofessional and uncaring.

Really not a good place to find a job. I called 5 days straight and they just say the same thing everyday. I’m wondering how they keep the doors open

All around a horrible experience.They lied about everything.They tell you one thing and do another. I had an opportunity and had the job. But then they changed their mind **after** they told me- said that the client changed their mind. Too bad I had already left my other job

They are very racist and I know from personal experience from working they are told not to hire black men.
