Everytime I try to call for help, they get an attitude. They don’t follow up and I have been following this temp agency for years and they never helpWith jobs. You are better off applying yourself, they are open for no reason

My experience with Randstad has been good my recruiter made sure to reach out to give updates constantly when the job was on hold and when the job was open she made sure to call to get us started ASAP. She was definitely there to help and gave fast responses.

I reached out to them several times and haven’t heard from anyone since.Update... someone finally called me back after I left several messages. Of course they said someone tried calling me for the interview but was unable to reach me. They then proceeded with the interview and I got the position!

If I could put zero stars I would!!! Ranstad is extremely unprofessional and neglects to assist their clients promptly. When I went into the office for my initial interview, the phones were ringing continuously; and nobody answered them! They were engaging in side conversations and conducting themselves very unprofessionally. The communication is terrible! Each representative fail to reply back to emails, phone calls, and like to play the blame game. They pretend to be so busy, but they be out of conduct in the office. They don’t do any work! They never answer the phone when you call. They may call back days or weeks later! I will never long as I live work for this temporary agency again. They play too many games! I have already notified the Better Business Bureau! 🥴😊

Im so blessed to be working under them. I had an interview schedule them in less than an hour after I submitted my application and after my interview in less than a week I started working. They are always on it. They will make sure you are satisfied with where they place you. I was called by Randstad offering me a job. I was already working but since this was a better opportunity I accepted the job and told my employer that I found employment elsewhere. I did everything that I was told to do. When I showed up for training, I was called out of class and told that I could not start because my background information did not come back in time and now I am unemployed and it seems as if it doesnt even matter. I have called and left a message detailing my situation and have not received a call back. Every time I call, I get the answering service. What company does this? I have a family that I have to take care of.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working through Randstad! I’ve never had any issues with them. Everybody is super friendly (Christine is the best!). Also, everything runs so quick and smoothly!

Working for school district is the worst of the worst I wouldn’t recommend you to work for any school district. Lauren was my Recruitment advisor always busy never bye the phone an the Manager there is not helpful at all she told me she would write me a letter but since I didn’t put in my two weeks notice she not going to do she told to call a number a give to the person that want the letter. Very worst of the you if I don’t get paid she don’t get paid. An we get paid on Fridays why my check wasn’t in my account I went to the office that Friday to report didn’t receive my check till Monday.... so good lucky working with them glade I’m working lol lost one job gained a bigger one facts

Around 6 months ago I got a call from ranstand saying for me to come in for an interview and I got the the job the same day as an custodian at an elementary school but eventually I was hired permanently by Richland 1. But when it’s time to get paid you may have to wait a while to get paid and when a site doesn’t need you anymore you will have to call them to get your last check that takes a long time to get and it’s hard because they don’t answer

I absolutely loved working for randstad. This had to be the best experience Ive ever had working with any temp company. They found me a job until something was a match for me and really worked with my schedule. Any time I ever had a problem or a concern Lauren was a call away and was always helpful. Ive received several phone calls from the Cola SC office and the Atlanta office over the past few weeks. Theyre both offering the same job; a mechanic position at Akebono in West Cola. Its obvious they dont have any communication between branches. And neither office follows up. They just call, say they have my resume, then you never hear anything more.

Randstad has been a great blessing to my family and I. When other temporary agencies were playing around, sending me on a wild goose chase and waiting to start an assignment. Randstad didnt play. I went on Facebook and filled out the application and that Tuesday evening I got the phone call to come in the office. I did my paperwork and drug test. And was sent out on my job assignment. I have been on my job for 9 months and I am proud to say that I was offered the job fulltime for Richland One School District. My start date is on Monday, August 20, 2018.
