I worked for recruiting solutions for about one full week and two days. I was employed under the unemployment office and today was supposed to be week two day 3 of my 3 week training class. In the middle of training when we haven’t even learned all that we are supposed to know they put a group of untrained reps on the phone to assist customers and it was a frenzy. I have never in my life worked for anyone who didn’t properly complete training, even with the assisted help it was many of us and few of them so the response times weren’t quick leading to long hold times for customers. I would not recommend this place of work to anyone I know. The unprofessionalism was extremely distasteful and I did not show up to work today because I and many others felt as though we were set up to fail. I will seek employment elsewhere.

Work for this company for two years and never had any complaints until I was terminated for no reason. They will let you go under false accusation without doing any proper investigation. Basically, the branch manager will go base upon he say, she say drama just to fired an employee. Unprofessional decision making and playing with people livelihood. I am irritated and disgusted with this temp agency. Also, once they fired you, you will have to remind them to included you on their payroll because they will act like they forgot or they have to go through approval just to make sure you work. I believe this temp agency just care about their money and not finding people great careers and opportunities.

During the instance, you will have to fill out paperwork regarding previous employment, references, etc. After giving details about your career interest with an associate, they will recommend a position(s). If the position and/or company is not ideal for you, they will tell you they will follow up.In two instances, they did not follow up. At the end of one discussion, I was told the position I applied for (and discussed over the phone) was not available. They did not recall the first interaction or did not notice my information from the a recent visit. The associate recommended the same position from the previous meeting, which they said I was not suited for. Also, company posted multiple positions matching area of interest on their website and never bothered contact me.This companys practices are questionable. If you are looking for a job or ways to further your career goals, highly recommend you consider multiple other local recruiting agencies.One year later, I have not been contacted and seen multiple ideal positions on their websites via job seeking websites. Whenever I see the company name, I simply do not apply for the position.

I have had the worst experience with this company. so fake and racist af! They waste it my time my effort my gas driving back and forth doing everything they asked me to do just to be told that I don’t have a job! it all started when I got a call, so I go in for interview and was told to come back for the in office orientation then I did all the forms even took my drug test and passed that with flying colors so the only thing I will do is wait for the date to start. the day comes I was on my way to the job and was told that I don’t need to show up due to the fact they never received my drug test result and they never heard from me that day that I was supposed to reassure them that I went there. On second thought how in the f’n world they didn’t get that result from the place I took my D TEST AT? isn’t that their job between them? and the crock funny about it is I asked them if I was supposed to call them and they said NO, they just couldn’t find my forms and turns out they had misplaced that darn forms somewhere. I was so frustrated and disappointed at myself for allowing these people to fool me into believing that I have a job. I was really looking forward and excited on my first day FYI. I could have been working by now but due to their lack of unsuccessful job I am now STILL jobless. THE WORST! I was contacted by a recruiter by the name of Ginny Bush. Drove ALL the way from another state for the interview which was 4 hours away. Got there, did the interview and assessment, got the job...or so I THOUGHT! I was planning on moving to the area based on the fact that they confirmed my position with them. When I actually relocated and got settled, I reached out to them to let them know I was here so that I could get my start date. I received no response. For 2 WEEKS, everyone ignored my emails and phone calls. Now here we are months later, I explained my prior experience with a different recruiter because theyre hiring again. Guess what? We apologize but we decided to move on with more qualified candidates. WHAT??? If that was the case, what made me qualified in the first place??!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. So to the person who said theyre unprofessional, you hit the nail on the head! I experienced it first hand!

Very unprofessional. Went in to complete paperwork, scheduled an interview, conducted the interview and never heard anything back. The interview was supposed to be based upon MY needs.. As far as my availability, what type of job Im looking for, the location ect.. At the end of the interview my interviewer (Lauren) said that she would contact me within a week and that she was going to use that time to see if she could find anything that matches my requirements and skill levels. Long story short, never heard back from her, tried calling her several times within one week and couldnt get a hold of her because she was doing off site job fairs. Which imply that they are still jobs available and I havent been contacted. They was hosting an in-house job fair at their location on main street downtown Columbia, I went, spoke with a different lady; she also made the same promises and I never heard anything back... Again, I tried calling, couldnt get a hold of her either and no one every reached out to me. This pass Labor day I called and left a voicemail because their office was closed and the automatic system said they would return all phone calls the following day.... NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL! Even if I didnt get the job it would of been nice to hear back and know that. Not hoping and being led on.

One of the hardest things to explain is the how behind mistreatment by a Caucasian person, especially if it isnt physical or extreme. Microaggressive tones and invalidation are rarely things that can be articulated to someone not of the minority culture. Sadly, those were expressed by Madison and it has tainted my view of this company. The seemingly all women staff was an empowering feeling initially. I can only suggest staff being aware of microaggressions and their impact.Edit: Looking through the other reviews saddens me as I note the repetitive demographic of people experiencing less than professional services.

Its been great

I worked with this company in the past and they were able to place me in a job relatively fast, which was great. I was then laid off almost a year later from that position (at no fault of my own), so I went back to them thinking they could help. I sent in a request and it took over a week before they replied back asking me to send in my updated resume which I did that same day so they could check to see what openings they had available. I have never heard back from them and its been almost 2 months. This is really not good customer service, especially for someone who was a previous client. Very disappointed and will not use in the future, nor do I recommend.

Im a recent USC grad and was having a lot of trouble finding a job. Once I started working with recruiting solutions I was hired and working within three weeks. Their staff genuinely cares about finding you a job and making sure that all the pre-employment work goes through smoothly. I highly recommend working with Recruiting Solutions.

Recruiting Solutions is wonderful staffing agency! I work with Hannah, and couldnt ask for a better representative to have on my side. We spoke on the phone and did a phone interview, I was setup for an interview 2 days later and offered the position on the same day. Those people that are claiming they are racist against minorities - not everything is about race. Also - Microaggressions arent a thing - stop trying to make that work. There was one person claiming racism and was cursing in their post. No wonder they didnt get placed. Look at their typing skills. Look at their communication skills. If you are going to call an organization racist and slander their name and their company, you better have proof. And no, just because youre of a different race and you didnt get a job is not proof. Im white and have had jobs jerked out from under me. It happens. A staffing agency is JUST THAT. They look for opportunities for you. If they dont have anything that fits YOUR or their CLIENTS criteria - they are not going to call you back. You are NOT guaranteed a job somewhere. To the person that is claiming that they are still unemployed because RS didnt find them a job: No. You are still unemployed because you are not looking hard enough. There are jobs posted on many job boards and also with other staffing agencies. RS isnt the only staffing company in Columbia and the surrounding areas. Stop making your failures or setbacks the fault of someone else. Take responsibility for what you do and stop being so self-entitled. The entitlement that Im reading from most of the 1 star reviews is astounding. No wonder you havent found a position. No wonder you dont get call backs after interviews. Learn some couth and respect. Be an adult. Set a better example for those around you because right now, I wouldnt have hired most of you, either.
