I just wanted to take a minute to commend you and let you know what a positive experience Ive had working with the Porter Group. I was referred to Kelly by another person who also had good things to say about her. Ive worked with recruiters in the past and was not impressed by their efforts or results. My expectations were so low that I almost didnt bother calling. Since I had nothing to lose, I called and was immediately impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but also extremely focused and results oriented.Within a week of our initial interview I had 3 quality interviews lined up. The things that really impressed me were the prep beforehand and the follow up after each interview. Have lots of openings of interest however, they lack in follow up and follow through. Say they work for the job seeker but have yet to experience that aspect of their business model.
