Elvis has a great thing going at Micalline! From start to finish, his team took extraordinary care to make sure we were in love with all the surfaces they fabricated and installed for us. They completed a full kitchen remodel, master bath, my son’s bath, laundry room and wet bar. All applications look stunning and we could not be happier. David and his team included me from start to finish so that every detail was covered. Can’t wait for them to complete our media room and additional bathrooms. I will gladly refer them to friends and family!!

Good customer service & selection

We had Micalline install one of their cultured marble countertops in our house and we were very happy with their service. Our countertop looks great and we save a lot of money choosing their cultured marble instead of traditional marble.

When it came time to update our kitchen counters, we looked at a few places but heard rave reviews about Micalline. Their selection of granite pieces were so more varied and colorful than others, we wanted something unique and they were the one who delivered. Clean seamless lines, beautifully rounded edges, we are still I love with the results and recommend you let them be your choice, you won’t be disappointed.

Good and VERY bad. Originally our experience with Micallines was a positive one. We met with a consultant, chose our slabs, went back in a few weeks later to make sure our slab was good and they wanted to discuss cutting out a bad area with us and where our sink would be placed.They came to install it Aug 6 th but didnt attach, seal or caulk a small section beside our stove. We noticed it a day or two later and contacted our contractor who informed us that he would take care of it .After weeks of it not being fixed, we called Micallines ourselves on Oct. 19 th. to inquire if someone would be able to come out and complete the job on the granite that they installed months earlier. The gentleman that called us back scoffed and stated he was one of the people who installed it and remembered the section. He actually said its not like Im just going to hop in the truck and come all the way out there, well finish it the next time we come out that way. We asked when that might be and he said he had no idea.So apparently its not too far if they are taking thousands of dollars from us.. but its too inconvenient for them to finish .It has now been nearly 4 months and they still have not finished sealing our granite or even attempted to keep in touch to let us know we havent been forgotten.NOT good customer service if you ask us. They are aware of the unfinished job and are clearly in no hurry to complete it. So at this point we would highly recommend you DO NOT use this company, unless you want to pay thousands for incomplete countertops and to be brushed off as an inconvenience.Update: That bit of info had zero value to the response from Micallines when the man called us back. When we called on October 19th we in fact, informed the man that the cabinet had been secured. He responded with the reply about not just jumping in the truck and coming all the way out here. He told us that he would contact us the next time they were out this way. That response had nothing to do with the contractor that we had.We have politely been very patient, even though the man who called us back was so rude about it.After paying so much and being so patient, you would think it wouldnt take a bad review to get the attention that should have come with the product and service we paid for or even the friendly reminder call that we gave. We are busy people as well and gave your business the benefit of the doubt not once; but twice, so I disagree that we are misplacing the heat as far as finishing the job and customer service up to this point. I will be contacting you when my schedule permits and appreciate your willingness to complete the job I have already paid you for.

The owner, responded very quickly to my yelp quote request. I appreciate his quick response time as he answered all of my questions very promptly thru email as well as my phone calls. He was very accommodating while I chose the granite slab. Everything was installed professionally, meticulously to achieve the best results. They are highly recommended for their excellent customer service, great price and quality of work.

I have been in multiple times to look at cabinets and counter options. Everyone was both really knowledgeable and approachable. I recommend if youre remodeling a kitchen or just a partial update.

I recently had a water damage in my kitchen so I called my insurance right away and this company was recommended. Let me tell you, I am very happy with their services from the start to finish. Mind you, I am very hard to please. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. Micalline did an amazing job with the counter fabrication. they are hard worker as well and friendly.

Not impressed with the quality or warranty of work. We installed counter-tops in our kitchen, the resin/caulk (their mixture) did not bond and there are gaps between our counter-tops and back-splash. I called the company and they refused to come make any repairs, additionally the owner I spoke with was grumpy, rude and threatening. I would think this would be a simple fix, however it wasnt one they were willing to make. They over promise and under perform. Look elsewhere, there are plenty of other reputable companies that actual value their customers.

Perfect Remodeling was fantastic! I had 7 contractors look at finishing our basement and 5 submitted bids. After meeting with Micalline group, I could just tell they knew what they were doing and that they could be trusted. I was 100% right on both counts.

They dont stock the product the advertise or seem interested to assist with questions. There are more personable people and less expensive options in Columbia.

Micalline just installed 35 linear feet of Santa Cecilia Light granite for my new bar in the game room as well as a double bath sink with the same granite. It looks great and the job turned out well. The company was very good about communicating with me about various aspects of the job such as the offset sink that I had to special order. They created a template for me to come and look at before they cut the granite. I had to insist they caulk the top of the back splash under the bar and help them remove some sheet rock that was pushing the back splash out in 2 places but it all got done and looks nice. I would recommend Micolline just be there when the work is done and communicate well.

The service and work are amazing! We are very pleased with what we have. Ill refer their team to everyone I know.

Fabulous place

Micalline renovated one of our bathrooms. They removed a countertop, two sinks and lights and then replaced them. The countertop is beautiful as are the sinks and lights. The team is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They completed our renovation in a matter of hours. They removed and cleaned up all debris and left the bathroom spotless. The value for the money is exceptional. I would recommend Micalline to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful experience!! We had a custom-made granite countertop made for a small half bath and it fits perfectly and looks amazing! Also had new granite counter tops put throughout our kitchen and they look gorgeous!! The experience from Melissa in the show room to Mike measuring to the installers was a very pleasant one!! We had them buff out the 23 year old countertops in three other bathrooms and they look brand new!! Thanks Micalline for a wonder experience all the way around!!

Wow! It is really a pleasure doing business with Micalline Products. From our first visit to their plant in Columbia they were so helpful and courteous. The front staff was courteous and knowledgeable about their products and guided us in our decision. Ernie and Melissa Williams are a joy to work with, and the installation crew was actually a day early to make the installation. The cultured marble shower and vanity top is gorgeous. The quality of construction was worth the price and will serve our needs for years to come. We look forward to working with you folks again as we begin Stage II of our remodeling! Again, THANK YOU!

This company damaged my marble slab during transportation to my house to install it. (Not to mention they showed up 2.5 hours late). As soon as the gentlemen realized it was damaged they called their boss to let him know what happened and that they would be bringing the slab back to the shop with them. Instead, the boss (Bruce) told them to install it anyways and he would resolve the issue later. I was told that someone would be out 2 days later to try and fix the problem, and if it was unable to be fixed only then would they replace the slab with a new one. It is now a week later and no one has been back and no one has called. This slab is holding up the rest of my project. My contractor cannot install the back splash, the counter top cabinets, or the faucets until the slab is fixed or replaced. I unfortunately do not have the luxury of waiting for an indefinite period of time for this to get resolved as it is our only bathroom and I am currently 8 months pregnant and need this project to be completed in a timely manner. I would not use this company again if they gave me their products for free. They have been a complete waste of my time and money. They have clearly shown that they do not care about their customers. Their management style is more about individual transactions then customer retention. That is a shame for the contractors that use them because it is often the contractors reputation that suffers because it makes them unable to meet the deadlines which they quoted. Save your time and money and find yourself a different company to use...there are plenty to choose from all over the midlands.

Southern Places, Inc. uses Micalline for all of our Interior Design projects. Their staff and installers are the best in Columbia! For small or large projects, they are the place to go!

I dont know the name of the crusty curmudgeon that I spoke with via phone at this place, but he was about as friendly and useful as a speck of dust. I was told to visit them for a bathroom project I have underway, and after speaking with cc, I called my contractor and told them I would go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company. Two gentlemen came to install the bathroom sinks they broke one sink and had to take it back to get a new sink in the process they damaged the vanity, the walls, and shelves. They left without saying anything and left a complete mess in the bathroom. It took a week to come out and replace the sink and when speaking to the manager Bruce he got irate on the phone and then instead of resolving the issue he hung up the phone.

Service was fast, the custom pan very sturdy but the crew that cut the wall surround panels did a sloppy job that left some jagged edges.

Very friendly staff and lots of choices.

This is the most pitiful excuse of a professional company.I was treated with total disrespect, called names, and told not to use them again by the owner, when I told him I would not be talked to the way he talked to me.The product workman ship was poor as well.If you need this product, there are many many other suppliers in the Columbia area. WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
