Spent close to $20k to repair a leak and damage from the leak in an addition including all new siding and windows. A month later a leak re- occurred in a corner where a lot of his work was done. Edgar agreed to come out and look and if it was from his work he’d fix it because his work is guaranteed. He came out, opened up the walls and we figured it was leaking from cracked exterior brick mortar. He would not cover it which I understand bc it was not in the contract but he also didn’t offer to fix it for additional money. On top of that, he informed me he needed to charge me $100 just for coming out to look and additional money to close the walls back up. That information was not presented before he came out and basically left me in a position of either I pay him right then or he leaves my walls opened. I refused to pay and he left my walls unopened and the leak still not fixed after $19,000 worth of work. I’m ok paying for his time and materials if I was informed ahead of time and not after you’ve checked your work and opened up my walls. I know it’s not a big spot but as far as following through for your customers and making sure you solve their issues, he failed. I think it’s bad business to leave a customer in this position especially after spending the money I did. His work is guaranteed and good work but be careful, if there’s follow ups and it’s determined it wasn’t from his work, he will charge you for his time. I would not recommend him.

Edgar and his employees did a great job for us. We have had them install a new shower and also refinish a lot of banged-up drywall in our home. Edgar listens carefully to your needs and comes back with a very reasonable written proposal. We are going to ask him to bid on our upcoming interior painting of the entire house. I highly recommend Edgar for your home improvement/repair requirements.

Great experience with ED CONTRACTOR. Very professional and friendly company. We had our bathroom repainted and tub / sinks caulked and they did excellent work. I even had a follow question after the job was completed, and Edgar took time out of his day to meet and discuss.

I had Edgar and his team remodel two bathrooms for me. One was a guest bathroom and the other was our master bathroom. The work was outstanding and Edgar’s team are experts in the field and make sure the job is done right! They do the extra things like extensively cleaning after each day and provide plenty of communication throughout the project. Amazing work for a very reasonable pricing.

Edgar Lopez and his team have done three projects for us over the past year, including repairing/updating a bathroom, completely remodeling a bathroom, and carpentry work/drywall/painting of a living room area. He and his workers are all very professional, courteous, hardworking and prompt. Edgar’s estimates have been reasonable and projects have been finished within budget and he has also been very helpful in guiding us through project decisions. Edgar and his team did an outstanding job replacing the old doors in my home with 10 new interior doors, installed a dining room light fixture, installed blinds, installed bathroom and shower fixtures to include towel bars, showers rods, toilet paper holders, mounting 2 TVs, complete wiring for a ceiling fan and installed the ceiling fan, and painting my entire house. These upgrades Edgar completed in my house made my new house feel like a home.

The owner Edgar started strong and finished strong! He was recommended to me by my plumbing company Erhardt Brothers and I am so glad they did! Edgar came out himself the day after we called to give a quote to demo and repair drywall, subfloor, tile floor and wall tile the plumbers needed taken out to complete thier work. We had a ITEMIZED quote via email that afternoon! I loved the itemization vs contractors that just give you a lump total. You really get to see how FAIR and RESONABLE this company is with this method.The demo was amazing! The workers protected everything and cleaned up, they even vaccuumed. There was no drywall dust left behind. When they put everything back together the work was better then the bathroom remodel we had done onlu a year ago!As they were working I found out they are a general handyman and do pretty much everything. I was so excited I promptly started adding things and asking, oh can you fix this too? They repaired my cabinet appliance box door, recaulked my kitchen cabinets and even fixed a lopsided door knob on my french doors.The real saving grace was while I was cleaning my shower after all the work was done I noticed my grout that was only a year old was cracking and crumbling in the corners. I rushed to my other 2 bathrooms and realized the same thing was happening on all of them. We now had no shower to use in the house due to worry of moisture problems. I texted Edgar at 8 p.m. at night in a panic. He responded right away that night! He had one of his guys Layo come on a SATURDAY to repair it all! He even explained why it was happening (the type of grout the orginal contractors used) and how to fix it so it would not keep happening. They did not just do the problem spots, they did everywhere to prevent us from having it consistantly happening.Long and short of it is these guys are fantastic. The owner is involved, friendly, helps do work and resonable. All of the guys who work from him are friendly, polite and do great work as well. Oh, they also wore masks the entire time!
