People are very friendly and helpful been using them a long time being a tile installer.

Everyone was very helpful directing us to exactly what we were looking for. Polite. KnowledgeableWe will be buying all our tile from them during our renovation.

We used Creative Tile for our two bathroom remodels (previously used another company in the area for our tile purchases). The tile selection may be less compared to another business in Columbia but the bright, organized showroom was perfect for us. We experienced great customer service by Sherri and Brett who were available to answer questions throughout the process. They have been very accommodating based on changes in the projects, even after our purchases.

Tammy was great, pleasing personality, went out of her way in helping us. Very knowable in the products. Creative tile needs to hold onto her. Definately will be back for our next tile project.
