My son has his hair cut here by Kia. She is prompt and friendly. She instantly put my skittish 6yr old at ease with getting his hair cut. I give her 5 stars!I have however had at least 4 occurances with other stylists/barbers that gave 2 or 1 star experiences. My husbands 1st appointment, the barber didnt show. I know things happen so we excused that. Another barber stepped up and took great care of my husband with made it a little better. We made all my husbands appointments with this new barber however 2 or 3 times hes had to wait 30mins-1hr because the barber picked up walk-ins. This wouldnt be a problem if my husband was late to his appointment but hed been on time if not early each time.I also made an appointment with a stylist to have my daughters hair braided and she didnt show. I will just continue to use Kia for my son as she is excellent!

Best barbershop around for all types of hair! Followed James from when he worked at the downtown location, and had continued to have him for a year before moving. Conveniently able to schedule appointments online, and always on time. Normally am skeptical of mall barbershops but this is truly an exception. Thanks you James and No Grease -Matt
