Honestly, if you are going to be known for “quick” then try to adhere to that. Not only that, but thanks to Quick Lane, I now have an oil spot on my garage floor. If a mechanic has accidentally spilled some oil on the engine block or anywhere, I would expect the spill would not end up on my garage floor.Will avoid Quick Lane in the future.

The first two times I went here it was a pretty decent experience. My main issue with this place is that the service is incredibly slow. Even if you make an appointment, you’ll be waiting 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also they do the mechanic thing where they try to upsell you but won’t tell you why. It’s annoying but I guess to be expected?

I stopped in this morning in the middle of a downpour with windshield wipers flopping off the frame in my new-to-me vehicle. The service agent was simply remarkable, helping me above and beyond good customer service. The technician came out to the vehicle and fixed my wipers right away. I use Quick Lane regularly for oil changes, but this was just such exemplary service in a pinch, I was very grateful.

Twice now, I have come here and gotten poor service. The first time, a simple oil change where I sat for 3 hours after my car had been done I asked multiple times about it and was only told they didn’t have any updates for me. This time, I get my oil changed and pull out of Joe Machens parking lot to a clicking coming from the rear. I went right back because of a screw that was in my tire and get to pay for an all new tire.

They didnt have any parts needed for my cars repair. where i told them that I really needed it fixed . They called around and got the part shipped from jefferson city and fixed it in like 2 hours.

I came to Quick Lane looking for help getting my truck door access code reset. Matt helped me find the code and helped me add a new one. He was awesome to work with, and very fast at what he does. I would high recommend using Quick lane!

Asked for every filter to be changed and tire rotation. All I got was a 2.5 hour wait to find out they just changed the oil and rotated the tires. It seems like they had only kids working there and it shows. When I asked about all my other filters they went and had to ask the tech and he said no and they said theyd take it back again and I had left work to get this done and I didnt have another 2 hours to spare for this. I travel for a living and see several Quick Lane service centers a year. This one is by no means Quick. By far the worst one Ive ever used.

I have been waiting 3 hours for an oil change. They advised it would be an hour 1/2 wait. I called after 2 1/2 hours and was advised they were taking my car in then. Coincidence? This is the slowest Quick Lane anywhere!!!

I brought my vehicle in because one of my relatively new tires was leaking air. I took it there because they sell the same brand of tire and I expected worse case. There are some damning reviews here but nobody complains about getting ripped off or taken advantage of, so I thought Id give them a shot. Thankfully Quick Lane was able to repair the tire (for approx. $18) and did so within an hour despite a full waiting room. Two weeks later the tire is still holding up so I cant complain at all.

Complexity new staff since my last visit 3 months ago. The new cashier has zero customer service experience and is more focused on playing on her phone and doesn’t pay attention to customers wanting to pay. They take 20-30 minutes to finalize your ticket from when they pull your vehicle out of the shop. Nobody cake in and went over my vehicle report card. What happened?

Ive been here several times and have always found the customer service and the work done to be exceptional. They make suggestions, give me options, never a hard sell but give me all the information I need to made good decisions about safety and best practice care of my car. The manager, Ryan, goes above and beyond, so if questions should arise, hell take care of you!

I have to agree with everybody who posted negative comments about this place. The lady at the front desk was on her phone the whole time. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a oil change. And they put the wrong oil in it and had to do it again. I’ll never go back.

I left my truck at 8 a.m. for a 40,000 mile service and I was told there were 4 vehicles ahead of mine and that the time to completion of the work would take 1 hour. When I came back at 3 p.m. to collect my truck (7 hours later), it was still not completed. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish the service.Hard to understand why a 40,000 mile service - which entails the most basic checks and services - took longer than the time I was told, but I could have taken my truck to a shade tree and done this myself in a quarter of the time and saved myself the money.I cant complain about the work though because they did a good job on that which is why there are 2 stars and not just 1.

Omg! Dash lights popped on after leaving the highway! We went to several places to get a diagnostic. No one was able to help. Was riding and saw quick lane. Never heard of them. 30min before closing we went in to explain our problem.When i say the team was amazing! So kind and professional! They were both concerned and reassuring. They do excellent work, but with the newer staff and owners in place they dont realize Ive been a customer since 1986 and I miss the special treatment that i received. Now Im treated as a number and not as a valued customer.

Been multiple times and haven’t had to wait more than an hour yet which is quicker than most spots with an appointment.

Ryan the store manager and other team member were amazing they made me feel extremely welcome and confident that they would give me great service. They also have a shuttle that will drop you of and pick you up while you car is being serviced. All in all it was a great experience !!!!

They are always so courteous and I have had No issues at all with the work they do.

This place should be called slow lane !!! Got here at 10:45 am and still not done with a oil change and tire rotation. Not to mention there is not communication between employees. Was told the car was ready twice when they hadn’t even started !!! Don’t waste your time here!!!!!!

Literally sat here for 4+ hours when I was the FIRST car in-line. That’s probably the reason my service and labor costs were so high, just saying.

Terrible experience, terrible service. They change oil but dont check to make sure about leaks, so a mess in my garage. They caused the damage, they should come do the clean-up. Stay away.

Drove one and a half hours. Got down there and they said there was a 2 hour wait. So know have to go try again later😔

Worst customer service ever. No one was at the desk so I looked for someone and then she told me to pull my car into the garage. After I pulled in the lady had disappeared and so I went to the waiting area. My car sat in the waiting garage for an hour before someone finally asked what we I was waiting on and come to find out no one filed any paperwork on it and they just left it sitting there just like every employee Ive seen besides for the one and only employee who helped me after an hour. Ill never come back nor recommend it.

Very surprised with the lack of customer service here. Definitely a younger crowd working, but the complete lack of acknowledgement, or problem solving is a little scary. I called in and asked about an oil change, and here I am 2.5 hours later. When asked about the length of time there was remaining. the front counter lady seemed highly uninterested and did not care. Customers passing through were completely ignored as well. Pay your help a couple dollars more an hour, and get people who care about their job working. I am glad that my local company does not require that we send our fleet vehicles here.

Worst experience ever the Communication through this company sucks! My car has been dropped off since 6am saying it would be ready at 330 currently I am still sitting here it’s 6pm ridiculous all it needed was oil change breaks inspection should I remind you I left & cake back because inspection was NOT DONE. Not impressed at all!!!!

Fast service, great staff and a very nice waiting room.

Very fast! Needed a state inspection done which usually takes 30-45 mins. They had me in and out in 15 mins! I work long hours next door at the Joe Machens Body Shop and couldnt find anywhere in town that was willing to get me in for an inspection when I got off work at 5pm. Quicklane was able to get me in immediately and got me on my way quick!

Should be called slow change. Almost two hours for just an oil change and couldn’t rotate tires because of mud in/around the hub caps? Now I’ll have to take it to another facility to have have the tires rotated. Wrote this review while standing at the counter waiting to pay.
